A Very Bad Place
In my experience, Scientia Clinical Research has an entrenched culture of bullying and harassment that is widely known in the industry and internally but is consistently ignored. Concerns raised by staff are not addressed effectively, which creates an environment where intimidation is normalised.
The leadership team appears complicit in this culture and continue to fail in challenging inappropriate behaviour.
Hiring practices are a serious concern. Roles being awarded to friends and close associates instead of genuinely qualified applicants.
Ultimately, responsibility lies with the CEO. Ignorance of these problems can no longer be excused when they are persistent, well-known, and deeply damaging.
I would not recommend this organisation to anyone seeking a safe, ethical, or professionally run workplace.
