Absolutely appalling. Infuriatingly difficult to cancel. Ended up charging me two months worth of subscription (24quid) when all I wanted was the free trial.

The reply from onthatass below is a total lie. I have emailed their customer services around a dozen times and received no reply except one over a week ago rejecting my attempt to close my account, which came from a noreply address so you can't even respond! Disgusting practice.

How can they possibly look at my account when they don't know who I am?
Also, the entire business model is based on making it difficult to cancel subscriptions. That's why the billing cycle is so strange. Look at all other reviews and see that everybody complains about this.
