Horrible. Don't every buy on the online site. My 10 year old daughter made her first big purchase online over the holidays for a shiny purple metallic hockey stick. She ordered it Nov 16th and then when Christmas came, she opened it and realized she had ordered a right handed stick and she shot left. The refund button would not recognize our return order and we messaged and texted the hotline over the holidays. with no response. I emailed from work when back form holidays and Natalia :
Senior Warranty Ecommerce Consumer Direct Coordinator refused to let us exchange her stick. we missed the return by 9 days, although we tried and the system would not let us return the stick even when we were within the timeframe. she was horrible, unbending and cold. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. My daughter is left with a 340$ hockey stick she cant use.
