Excelleny hospitality, nice ambience and good ballrooms for corporate events

Stay is not that comfortable as compared to other hotels with same star

It was a true five star experience, right from reception lobby to rooms. The buffet was immense and delicious. The staff is good and management of a big event like new years eve was done in an efficient way, making the experience hassle free and full of fun for the guests. Will recommend this hotel to all those who intend to have a luxurious yet homely stay.

It's a very beautiful hotel. They have a beautiful Christmas decoration setup for the festival. I came here to attend a conference and was taken away by their choice of lunch menu. Each and every dish was perfect in taste. Kudos to the chef and his team.

We went there for a team lunch. I haven't tried a buffet better than this before. Really quality food and different varieties were available.

One suggestion - Number of items in vegetarian starter should be increased..that day there were only 2 item.

No doubt about the ambiance. Also the service was also fast. They arranged the table chairs for us so quickly.

Really good place for eating food and for staying enjoyed alot as I went for dinner.
The vibe over there is Peaceful and food over there is so good it's different as the buffet is completely dependent on the main course rather than starters.... Desserts are really good loved the place

We should choose correct shop for purchasing food else lunch will b overpaid

The rooms look old and dirty( at the moment of my arrival). I also had a second door in my room under which the smell of diner served in the room by my neighbors and noise came into my room. Don't bother calling the reception complaining about loud noises or other stuff- the staff will definitely ignore you. All in all I would recommend you get another hotel- this one is really bad.

Find it average for the price. Heard that it used to be great sometime in the past. Variety was good, the mutton gravy was good which needs a mention. Some items weren't fresh especially the curd they used was half spoilt so do the lassi and raita.

The stay was comfortable, however what really stole my heart was the breakfast spread the next morning.

Unlimited drinks for ladies on every Friday.. if you really want a dancing floor go there.. good dj

Great Hotel with some real good luxurious interiors. We had an annual event here with lunch and Dinner, the food was really good and hi tea was above average. Totally a great place to hold big conferences.

Food was not good specially desert was horrible.
And all other things was ok

Amazing hotel, the staff are very helpful and courteous. The breakfast has many options and the buffet evening meal is also of a 5 star standard. Rooms are lovely and spacious with top nitch decor. Highly recommended.

The hotel is Grand and beautiful but the location is not that great. I visited to attend and event. The staff is very courteous and cleanliness is taken care of

Had Buffet Dinner here during Christmas eve. Very Nice.

I had ordered butterscotch cake for my kids birthday last year. It was freshly caked and so soft and tasty.

This time I visited to book a candle light dinner, staff was courteous to take me around and show me all the options.

Incanto in this Zuri has a very good seating if anyone would like to try out..

Nice nightclub, open til late instead of closing at 11:30 like the rest of Bnglr.

It was amazing place for dineout. Very lavish and spread buffet. Ravindra at restaurant was amazing in terms of services. Sudhanshu and nisha at reception was exceptionally great hospitality champions. I would definitely recommend this place for dinner and visit once again. Thanks team ZURI

A very good staff who takes care of you and good amenities as well. Great food options as besides the menu of their 4 different restaurants, they keep theme based food festivals.

Excellent property in Whitefield, with a lovely view of Lake Hoodi behind it.

No lift to parking , food is OK , Halls are not that huge .
Around hotel feels unhygienic.
