Please get in touch for the bouncer who uses a facade of a make believe son to justify empowerment in his entry level role. The problem is this guy is a thug who uses his status as a thug to impose his delusional control over people who make an honest living. I am just flabogasted how people like this ever get into a position to have control over who and who cannot enter a bar as a customer willing to purchase drinks and add to the friendly atmosphere. We were in the bar and all was good. My friend had his phon e stolen and I left the bar after discussing with the bouncer that I may renter after sorting out this situation. Upon reentering the bar the bouncer aggressively refused my re-entry and threatened to kick all my friends out who were still enjoying their time in the bar. He then stormed back into the bar and came up with a fake story to my friends on how I threatened to attack his son. All my friends were kicked out of the bar who then informed me of this threat that I had apparently made. I feel ridiculous having to write this long winded essay but this is not acceptable. I have had advice from my lawyers who informs me I am very well within my right to sue. I suggest the bouncer get in touch before proceed with further action which I am more than willing to take.

Amazing place great food and service the view and how incredible the enjoyment was.

Customer service is always good gear, food and options (dinner) were perfect.

Came here for a Christmas dinner with some mates and was totally taken aback by the size of the place. Our table was number 623, and we were right in the middle of the seating area!
The food sections run down the middle with each section of cuisine, and the place is brilliantly decorated. It has a fun and casual atmosphere that we really enjoyed.
The food was pretty good considering it was buffet - not as good as you'd find in a dedicated restaurant, but still decent. We thought the variety was great, and I enjoyed stuffing myself with a ton of different foods!
Only improvement I would suggest would be with the staff, we had difficulty when it came to our bill because we were paying separately, and we constantly had to ask for more cutlery.

Pretty decent food, does what it says and offers a wide arrange of food options from an array of styles. The customer service is fab and spacing is ok. Would recommend

All you can eat restaurant of any and I mean any dish from all over the world. At lunch it costs only 8. There is a discount for students. You can easily find a place even if you don't book in advance.
Great food, dream desserts. I do not recommend sushi which does not always seem very fresh.

Mint place to go and stuff your face! Not sure if it is worth 18quid a head ..... But defo worth a try!!

Didnt like it here . Went with a friend for the first time . Went on lunchtime . Meals were cold . Only hot thing i could find was a risotto which was cooked fresh in front of me . Did speak to the duty Manager though he didnt seem much interested in what we had to say .

An excellent range of food and drink all in one place.

Usually it's a very busy place, they have lots of different foods so it's very difficult not to find something you like. My boyfriend and I always have problems deciding where to eat because we have different tastes, but we always know here we're going to find what we want. So it's a very smart choice for big groups. The food is not the best quality, but that's something you know in this kind of places. Now they have refills for soft drinks so you can drink all you want as well.

Great concept, terrible execution.... and it s not because of Covid. I got seated fairly quickly, but the waitress didn t notice me despite the fact that it wasn t busy at all. I appreciated all the effort put into keeping the customers safe, but the food was definitely not up to any standards whatsoever, and I e tried a few different things. I asked if I could switch table but nope, for some reason not possible, I got my drink after 20 minutes waiting and I had to ask cutlery and napkins to the waiter when my drink was served. After I finished my food and I was waiting for a waiter to come and get my empty plate, I saw 3 or 4 members of the staff empty handed walking back and forth. No one stopped. Overall, it really seems that the staff doesn t give a fig about the customers, which is definitely not ideal.

If you have a family who all have different likes and dislikes when it comes to food, then this place solved all your problems. There is definitely something for everyone. Staff is slightly grumpy and the place is incredibly noisy, but great for groups and the food is surprisingly decent.

We went as a table of eleven, and as it was last minute, we didn't book. We were seated almost immediately . It is an all you can eat restaurant with a timed slots. There were food stations from pretty much all the food types: Chinese, Indian, American, Mexican etc etc. The only thing holding you back is the size of your stomachs!

Good food and drinks, specially at day time with family...

Eaten here a few times and the food is always really good. The service however is poor. Being a buffet there isn't a lot of service required, but there is a feeling that customers are a nuisance to be tolerated. For example, having to que to be seated, without explanation when there are empty tables and staff standing around. I'm sure there was a valid reason, but talk to the customer. Running out of dishes for deserts so the customer has to fetch warm plates from other counters, slow collecting dishes from the table. It's not cheap and I'll probably spend my money somewhere else in the future

Haven't been there for awhile. Very pleased with the upgrade in quality of the food and selection. Even more to choose from than before and great quality.

The food! It's amazing, you should go on a family occasion.

It is all you can eat.There was so many options which were freshly made and delicious. Curry,pizza,burgee,pasta it was all there.I left feeling very full. The desserts are amazing. I recommend the sticky toffee pudding. I will be returning.

Great Quality food!!! A definite restaurant to visit in Bristol!!! Love the varied amount of food, especially the curry!!! It does cost a bit, however if you do happen to have a voucher it does make quite a difference. Well worth the price though. Definitely recommend!!!

Choice of food is fantastic, truly something for everybody. Extremely busy despite social distancing.
Staff are really nice despite being rushed off their feet, some of the customers would do well to remember manners!!

We will be coming back to here again.

unfortunately when we came to pay the waitress was quite rude and was looking over our shoulder when using the chip and pin. All in all a great place to eat

It's a nice restaurant that caters for a wide range of foods. It won't be everyone's cup of tea but the kids love it. Make sure you go hungry to get your money's worth though!

Going to give it a 5 star as been here loads before I know due to covid restrictions everything is limited but it went from 4 meals down to 3 and the price didn't change !!!

Went on a Friday night; the place was buzzing! The food was fresh, spicy, delicious, and plentiful. Terrific value for money, and the staff were dealt with were very pleasant Indeed. A fun world food experience.

Wow, what a place, so many different types of cuisine, and you can eat as much as you want! The staff are helpful and friendly, and I don't think I have ever eaten so much, I recommend the teriyaki pork on the oriental section, and the mini poppadoms and chutneys, the desserts are amazing, from cheese cake to endless ice cream, wonderful!

Delicious food, plentiful and unlimited quantities;) I strongly recommend it to everyone!

If you like world cuisine this is the place to go !

Amazing buffet loads of differential nationalities food. Chineese italian american tie ... loved it

Average all you can eat buffet with multinational dishes. Nothing special, food is good though some dishes can be a little past their best depending on turnover. Impressed with the fresh grilled Portuguese type chicken. Not impressed at all with the waiting staff person who took my knife and fork off my plate and put them on the table so that he could remove the plate. Most rude and unhygienic I thought. Not likely to go back.

Go here if you are under 10 years of age when having 8 or 9 different desserts on one plate is fun, or if you are a Trip Adviser reviewer where quantity of food is most important. The atmosphere is like being in some sort of slightly mad factory, the drinks are pretty ecpensive, and there's often a wait for certain foods.
I guess it's ok in a big group with kids but there's plenty of better places to eat and drink in Bristol.

The social distancing is not working. Can't get to do buffet anymore. They serve so tiny foods and are cold. Didn't enjoy it like i used to at all. Won't be going till things get normal.

You get what you expect. Basic fast cook food but alot of it. Seating is very tight.

The new door staff, have no people skills and seem to enjoy conflict with the public rather than defusing flare ups. Don't bring you kids here after six

Good dining experience for the kids but hygiene level aren't as good as they used to be and the environment isn't as good as somewhere like Cosmo's in Bristol.

Food was good plenty of room (only disappointing things we had was some food was cold refillable drinks ran out and might be an idea to have plastic cups or something similar for smaller children)

It is only good for the large variety of food on selection at a good price. The quality and authenticity is questionable.

Buffet place with a pretty decent selection and kids will love it. The Indian section is great and all the rest are more than decent. Very reasonably priced too. Probably best to book if you want to go at the weekend.

The place was totally worth visiting if you wanted to taste multiple cuisines for lunch/dinner and guess what their price for buffet is not highly priced, but perfect!!!

You find indian, Chinese, European piri-piri, wide range of desserts, drinks etc.. must visit place if you crave hunger badly when in Cardiff. We had vegetarian, and usually restaurants have very less options for vegetarian food especially indian.

You need to book a table in advance or you might end up waiting for a table sometimes due to peak hours.

Great setting, nice atmosphere, relaxed and friendly staff. Great food and good drink.

The food isn't the best but it is decent for the price. I would say the middle eastern food was the tastiest and was my favorite part of the buffet. The asian area was okay but the mussels and shrimp had no flavor. Service is pretty fast though..

Mexican, Indian and Portuguese piri piri chicken are great.

Food and ingredients are nothing special but by all-you-can-eat standards this place is awesome and surely the best buffet I ve ever been to.

Good range of foods from different parts of the world all freshly cooked some made to order. Starters, main's and puddings. Bit crowded at times. Staff friendly prices reasonable for a all you can eat restaurants. There is a 1hr 15 minute turn around time. Plenty of time to stuff your self with good food

Cool place to have a drink. Booths for more intimate seating and perfect views to the canal.

Lovely food. Some stations you can actually get freshly made noodles/risotto and so on. Also if your party is over 14 people and it's a birthday you get a lovely cake for free. Just give them a heads up when booking.

Giving it a 4/5 for a few reasons...

1. It is very loud(there's a lot of people which you can understand...But then music is on too and quite loudly so you can't hear things very well).



Other than that. It was a lovely evening with my family celebrating my early birthday

Spoilt for choice! Huge amount of cuisine to choose from, the Indian and Chinese range was the best in my opinion. The quality of food isn't amazing, it's just ok generally. Nice place though, the staff are friendly (if a little forgetful!) and it's very convenient for visiting @Bristol.

Great with kids as they can pick and choose what they like. The noodles they cook in front of you are good. Some of the rest of the food is just so-so

Portion sizes were disappointing to be honest don't really understand how you get an hour and 3 quarters to eat of a plate fit for a cup cake !!! Was a nice plate of food tho

With covid rules in place I felt like dining in a fine dine in buffet price. Initially I thought how can they manage us to feed in 1:45 as there were limited staff to serve but once started it was flawless . I felt safe compared to other fine dine nearby.pictures show how it was served.
