I would Recomend Yinglings to anyone the wants a good honest shop to work on their vehicle. I took my Tundra in for some long past due repairs. Sarah was very helpful and communicative about what needed to be done and what the cost would be. After the repairs were done-and came in under budget- one of the parts failed (no fault of the shop it was manufacture error). They sent a tow truck to my office replaced the bad part and got me on the road at no additional cost to me. I'm a 40 year veteran of the automotive repair business, and Yinglings has my business from now on. Honesty, communication and pride in ones work is a rare commodity now days, this shop does it old school!

Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent diagnostics and very thorough sending pictures and explaining any issues in detail. The mechanic that looked at my vehicle noticed that one thing that brought me in was just unplugged and they plugged it in free of charge. I dropped my vehicle off at night and by noon they contacted me with a list of issues and the price each would be to fix INCLUDING tax and all the work is warrantied . will be going back they got my vehicle to where it is running smooth however i couldn't afford a few other issues but with their honest upfront pricing and fast quality service I'll be back in as soon as i have enough for the rest of the work.

This was my first visit to YingLings but definitely not the last. They have amazing customer service. The manager took the time to call me well after they had closed just to keep me updated on the status of my car. They weren t pushy to try and sell me extra repairs and the pricing was upfront, honest and fair. We will definitely return to Yinglings for all of our future car needs.

10 year+ customer---Yinglings is the only place we trust with our vehicles! Not only are they professional, clean, honest, and uber friendly--but the quality of work for the price is comparable to no other auto body shop. In addition, the level of support they provide to their Topeka Community is outstanding! They give back to many organizations in our area and provide outstanding support for the schools in north Topeka. They are a local business supporting other local businesses.

It doesn't matter whether you are dealing with the mechanics, the front desk, or the pick-up service, the employees at Yingling's have you as the customer as their highest priority.

What I love about Yingling's is that I never feel pressured to do more my vehicle. They completely leave it up to me, without being pushy.

I have always walked away from Yingling's confident that my vehicle is better after Yingling's has taken a look.

Very nice customer service they have a nice complementary area for coffee and something to drink the service is really great they had my truck oil changed and no time and had it pulled to the door for me if you haven't been there you need to go really nice

I have taken my car to Yingling's Auto and have never been disappointed. I will continue having them work on my car - I trust them, they have been great to work with, they get the work done in a timely fashion, and the price is always fair.

I will go no where else from now on. They were recommended to me by a fellow employee. The were very helpful, enjoyable to walk through what I needed. They had trouble to find a filter needed and called to update me on the progress. They have a great oil change program. Left a nice surprise sweet treat for me. I didn t wait, but had a spot to wait with drinks available. Also offered a ride. I would recommend them to everyone.

Had some miscommunication or lack of communication but all went well. End result they did a great job, went out of their way to try and help me and apologized profusely for any shortcomings. Great group.

The best service I ve received from a mechanic shop. Pete was awesome and super helpful. Called me and kept me updated on the status of my car. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else, and I wouldn t recommend any other mechanic shop other than this place. 5 stars hands down.

This was our first visit to Yinglings. In the past we ve always gotten our mechanical work done at the dealership, but that is a thing of the past. We will be bringing our vehicles here for all future work. Fair prices, everything got done in a timely manner, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I m very happy with our experience.

Yingling's cares about their customers and goes above and beyond my expectations. I've taken them several different vehicles with a variety of maintenance and repair needs and generally been satisfied that the job was done well for a reasonable price. I know there are less expensive options, but I am a loyal customer because I appreciate someone taking the time to explain what is needed and what was done. They give me a ride when I need it, and once with a particularly difficult problem, they honored their parts and labor warranty at considerable cost to the shop without hesitation.

Beyond the world of automotive repair, the owners and staff at Yingling's are engaged in the community. They support local schools and clubs generously and host a couple of annual community events including a festive customer appreciation day. It is no-strings-attached generosity like that that shows the true character of a business.

My car died on me and I didn't have a mechanic. A friend had referred me to Yingling's and I am so happy I had my vehicle taken here. Pete was so nice on the phone and you can tell he cares about customer service. They had my car for a few days and were detailed in what they did. I am really happy with how they took care of me. I highly recommend this place. MY car runs great and plan to bring it in for regular maintenance.

Good service. BUT know your vehicle. They will tell you that you need repairs that are not necessary.

The service is great from top to bottom and their prices are comparable to other auto shops in the area. The free shuttle service is very convenient and makes the whole process easier, the driver is courteous and , so far, always on time for pick up. The guys up front are friendly and helpful, explaining the process in layman s terms and are happy to answer any and all questions. The technicians in back are very knowledgeable and do a great job repairing/maintaining the vehicles. And Yingling s stands behind their work with a three year warranty.

These guys are so great, knowledgeable, friendly,price for the work I had done was the best I could find in Topeka. Gave me a punch card for oil changes: buy 4 and the 5th ones free and they gave me a punch for this visit and I didn't have my oil changed this time! They can take you to and from work and if they need to keep your car for a bit they have loaner cars#whostilldoesthat! They do! Recommend highly

This is truly a class act establishment!! High end attention to detail with a home town feeling. Everyone is extremely professional and super friendly. The service is phenomenal, they walk you through every aspect of your repair/service. This was my first time here and I believe I ve found a home for all my vehicles service and repairs. I don t know why it took me this long to find this awesome establishment and meet these great folks.

We had a sudden issue come up with our vehicle and Yingling's got it in that same day. I was surprised by the thorough report from the various systems check they provided. Pete was friendly, informative, courteous and very willing to listen to my concerns in order to drill down to the root of the issue. And, instead of just automatically completing a costly repair, I was given options to consider. They are good people to deal with.

Paid $120 for a tune-up here 14 years ago!!! (On a '90 Plymouth Laser) Ridiculous.
Now I call to get a diagnosis on a power window, and they want $100+, while even the dealer (Honda) is only $75. I'm taking it to Automotion for $41. Wow.
Shameful!

Great service, friendly staff and clean waiting room.

I had called them because my vehicle was making a funny noise. They had replaced the timing chain with a new one. But my timing chain was already new. Then they told me it might be a throw out plate in the clutch. Then they finally said they thought it was a bad bearing.but by that point it was already costing me alot, so I ended up just picking it up and taking it elsewhere. I will say however the people over there we very friendly.

They did great work. My slave cylinder went out in my Ranger and it's good as new. They also did a complete diagnostic to let me know what else needs work and didn't try to scam me for more money. They even went above and beyond by fixing my leaky tire free of charge. I will definitely be going back and will be referring them to anyone. Yingling's is the place you want to take your vehicle for great service. Thank you.

Great people. Very informative about my vehicles on the electronic report.

They charged WAY too much for a starter. I could find a BRAND NEW starter at a local parts store for $160, not including the core charge. They charged $220 for a REBUILT starter, and that is just for the part. If I had known they would charge that much, I could have replaced it myself and saved over $150.

Great service, friendly staff, and my guys first name is my last, so that's kinda cool . They have me free diet Coke on my visit.

I was beyond impressed with the customer care I received. I called them at 7:30am, dropped it off around 8 and they drove me to work. I received a text message with a dealership quality inspection report explaining the status of my pickup, not only diagnosing the problem but finding a couple others I wasn't aware of. I then got a phone call to go over the report explaining the recommendations along with estimates. They had my pickup done in the same day but if they hadn't I was offered a loaner vehicle! Pete was fantastic to work with. The shop was extremely clean and very professional. I highly recommend Yingling's!

They re always so personable and offer ways to make yourself comfortable while waiting for services or courtesy van driver! They re just great people!

Just moved back to Topeka and needed work done on our Mazda, remembered Yinglings from my Dad. Took our car there and had no problem trusting what kind of service I would get and was very satisfied with the service.

They were able to get my car in with less than a 24 hour notice--very flexible. The service report they provided identified areas on the car to address which helped me put a plan together on repairing the car. Bottom line, everyone is very friendly and engaging

Yingling's auto service has truly been such a tremendous blessing to our family. Pete and the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, professional and honest. They have the customer's best interest at heart and will talk you through each step of car to make sure you can make an informed decision, with no sales pressure. Pete has always been available and answered all my questions, even helping us by phone to repair our own car when we got stuck in the middle-of-nowhere Kansas. I'll never take my car anywhere else!

This is the only place I take my car. I absolutely love the staff. They know me by name. They are always friendly. Their waiting room is very very nice! It has a huge fish tank that will keep little ones busy. 5 stars for sure!

My husband has been taking our vehicles to YingLing's for the past 4 years now. They are always pleasant and always give us an honest estimate if repairs are needed. Knowing I won't be taken advantage of is worth more than anything.

Simply one of the best shops in Topeka. If you need it done right, take it here. I've had work done on two different vehicles and was extremely happy with the results. I have a '72 Electra I've been restoring, and they were more than willing to work on it! Prices were reasonable, in that you are paying to have PROFESSIONALS fix your car, but still way less than getting it done at the dealer.

Great mechanics and service. They provide excellent service and work hard to fit me in their busy schedule. I have used Yinglings for years with different vehicles and always get the same excellent results. I have recommended them to many family and friends and still do. Pete is the go to guy.

This is the THE place for vehicle maintenance and repair. Repairs are completed on time at a fair price. Staff is friendly and professional. The 3 year repair warranty makes it that much better.

Trying to figure out if a vehicle is ready to be picked up they're decent and very reasonable in price

Service was excellent from start to finish. Got me in right away and took care of a minor problem on my end with ease at checkout. Even filled out a rebate card I didn t even know was coming. First-rate place every time I visit.

Yinglings Auto is the best. Always friendly, clean & professional. I usually work with Denton but everyone there is great to work with.
I ve been using them for a few years now. If you need a ride or a car (if available) while your car is worked on they ll take care of you. I really enjoy the safety & maintenance inspection report. Clearly shows what s good and what need to be fixed.

I live in Kansas City but still bring all my vehicles to Yinglings. They are the best in the business. If you want it done right the first time without the run around, then go to Yinglings. I even have friends here in KC who now take their cars here because of the outstanding service.

Had a great experience at Yinglings all around. Have always taken my Pilot to Honda however am glad to make the switch to Yingling after all these years. Definitely trust my vehicle in their expert and capable hands.
