I went for the Pet exhibition, it is a good event location. but the cafe on ground floor close too early and the direction sign is not clear enough, remember to visit the design gallery if pass by.

I came here for a large event and wow, this place is massive. It took awhile to get my bearings and find where I needed to go. My biggest issue with this centre is that there aren't enough bathrooms, especially for women. When you have large amounts of people, there needs to be bathrooms to accommodate them without huge waiting times and there aren't enough bathrooms here to do that. Lines were long and slow because there are only a few stalls in scattered bathrooms around here. Also, after the event, the staff only let the group go down the escalators and didn't offer any other means of going down, which was obnoxious. Other than that, the venue serves it purpose.

Cleanliness. There is a problem with queuing when there are many people in a large exhibition. There are too many stone steps to walk, which is very inconvenient for the elderly.

It has great facilities and location is quite convenient with subway station within ten minutes walk. However, if you want to eat something decent at a reasonable price you will have to walk out of its area of influence.
