Best chicken and salads without the Chic-fil-A wait.

I love Zaxbys chicken sandwiches! Their chicken is crisp and has a really good flavor. Taste as good or better than the other chicken restaurants. I brought mine home and didn t eat it until later so I put it in the air fryer for about 5 minutes and it was as good as when I bought it. Good eats!

We love Zaxbys,eat their atleast once a week place is clean,good service, one time we got a to go order and for it home too far to take it back it just wasn't up to their quality, kinda looked like the bottom of the barrel on the chicken strips and wings, we called and they gaves us our meals free next visit and was very apologetic about it all.

For some reason people seem to have missed that this restaurant is here, it has fantastic food ,great service, it's clean and it seems to never be busy I can feed a family of four for under $40.there is a Chick-fil-A next to it and you can't get into their parking lot but the zaxbys is never crowded which I'm really good with lol give it a try you won't regret it,my fav is the kickin chicken sandwich meal...

Food was cold and half of our order was taken by another group of people who thought it was theirs...wrong dressing was the only difference!!. There should be an employee to check your order before you take it.

Was very underwhelmed by quality and for price charged I expected much better.

Nice clean restaurant with a large variety of chicken plates. I had boneless buffalo chicken and my kids had a kids meal and chicken sandwich. We were all please with the food. Will definitely go there again.

Sandwich and onion rings were good, but we only got five small onion rings which didn't seem like a full order

When this location first opened it was great. But for the past year it's just gone down hill. Food is sad and the employees are just rude. They constantly mess up easy orders and then argue about it. We used to go a lot, but we probably won't be back to this location.

Delicious chicken fingers. The restaurant is clean Everytime I go in and the service is always great. Rookie tip: if you want your chicken tossed in the sauce make sure you let them know or you'll be getting a dip instead. There's no reason to complain about it if you don't ask for it.

Zaxby's would be better if they had less bread and more decaffeinated drinks. It is good.

Well had not been for awhile . So when ordering we always ask for our fries to be well done . No problem they said . Well not only were the fries not done but they had so much seasoning on them we couldnt eat them . Didnt say anything not in the mood to hear the reason why. The last time we eat there the fries were not like that being seasoned . To many places to eat to think they couldnt get the fries brown .Thanks for asking

I really liked their house salad with grilled chicken on it

I thought this place was 'ok'.. I got the grilled chicken ceasar salad. It wasn't anything to brag about. The croutons were kinda chewy. Not the most appealing. My husband got the chicken tenders which he liked. I would maybe give them another chance

Excellent chicken fingers. Very nice and clean inside. A step above normal fast food.

Boneless wings were 75% breading. Really dry and tasteless. Way too expensive

Haven't tried one of their salads until today. It was huge! Had the blackened filet and the chicken was good and pretty moist. Unfortunately I forgot to ask to leave off the fried onions. Ordered with blue cheese dressing which was pretty good. couldn't finish the whole thing because it was so huge but it was pretty tasty

The tenders are always good, but some batches of wings are better quality than others. We always enjoy the sauces and it's one of the best chicken options around!

AMAZING food! I prefer Zaxby's over Chick-fil-A anyway.

Always get the original sauce traditional wings. Tasted great!

We hadn't been to a Zaxby's before and found the menu to be to our liking. The salads and chicken are delicious.

Yummy salads with lots of toppings. The greens are green and not just iceberg lettuce. They have Coke Free Style which has so many options. Great place for low carb eaters.

I had a chicken finger meal. I never buy chicken fingers from anywhere. But I couldn't decide on a sandwich. They were very tasty along with the seasoned fries. Friendly service and all.

First time here. Pretty good food. My children liked their chicken strips. Ranch sauce was good, but the buffalo sauce was just okay.

Everything was awesome! Good portions and everything taste great. Fried pickles and fried mushrooms. The chicken is seasoned well and the sauce is great!

Like the food options. Nice to have another options for bone in wings with lots of sauce options for wings. My daughter loves the chicken tenders and my husband loves the sweet and spicy wings. They have a freestyle fountain which I don't care for, but may be a bonus for some customers.

First time in, got take out, drove to Franklin from Greenwood with it. Still delicious after a 30min drive. Fresh must be amazing. Will be a return customer.

Good food, rather a lot of salt- even in a salad. But it was buffaloed chicken and blue cheese, so...

Second time I've visited this location, probably my last. Staff very rude, chicken over cooked, fries cold.

$11 for 6 small pieces of bland cold chicken, 20 cold fries, garlic bread (I think) and a small ramekin of cold slaw. Never again...

I was told they had good chicken, I wasn't impressed. Their chicken tenders were not crispy and undercooked.

I had my doubts before trying them. But lil bit chicken burgers are the best! They always have a variety of sauce available. My preference is the Zaxby's sauce!

Love this place

Really tasty chicken. The fries are seasoned nicely. Good variety of sides. I recommend the fried mushrooms. The tenders could be a bit larger but the quality makes up for that for the most part. Excellent sweet tea. Fast friendly service.

I have gotten sick there twice after eating their food.. it is good chicken but 2 times is going to out weight the food.. each time it simply tasted like it was cooked in old oil. I just know dihearia is not fun

I have never had an issue with the food here, but the service is awful. There are a bunch of high school girls that work in here and none of them know how to speak or treat a customer. They roll there eyes, don't smile and just have an attitude the whole time. I would give it 5 stars if service was better.

Good place to eat inside very comfortable and clean

So good, only complaint is the amount of fried mushrooms they give you for $7.00. We got a tiny plate and that seemed like very few. Other than that we love zaxbys.

I've had zaxbys a few times, and I just don't quite get it. I mean it's okay, but dude, there's is a Chik fil a right over across the way. Go there Instead.

I'm a lineman and travel all over the country. I became familiar with it down south and love it. I was excited when i learned we were getting one by my house. I'm extremely disappointed that my order of buffalo chicken dip was only half full. I've been to several from charlotte to all over Georgia to florida to noblesville. This is the first time I've ran into this. Gonna hafta step it up if u wish to compete with your neighbor ;)
