I had never heard of you but I tried you out because of your amazing prices!!! And you were AMAZING. I will NEVER forget when I had spelled a name wrong and okayed the pre-print art. When I picked it up I saw my mistake and was so sad. Your people said, "That's not a problem. We can fix it really fast."
And while I waited they recreated the medal in about 2 minutes. I was shocked beyond belief. My drive to your store is 45 minutes and my event was 2 days away. It was my fault. You could have let me swim in my mess or have to drive back down but you didnt do either. You have TRUE customer service WITH smiles everywhere. What a special place Wilkinson's Trophy. THANK YOU.

We absolutely love Wilkinson Trophy shop we get are teams last names on their jerseys here at the shop and it has always been such great quality I won't go anywhere else they also have such great customer service they have great prices and always get are jerseys back to us quickly.

I've been using Wilkinson Trophy for the last 3 years and they have always delivered. Their staff is courteous, responsive, and does a job well done. The only reason they receive 4 out of 5 stars this time, was because they were out of stock of one of the trophies from the previous year that I used.

Great company and great products. From trophies to shirts and pens to nametags, they do it all, and they do it well. You'll be hard pressed to find better prices anywhere, and if you do, these guys will match it. So you always get the best price, and quality work. I used Wilkinson's for a custom shirt design and not only were they SO unbelievably easy to work with - they were also incredibly fast! They kept me in the loop during the entire process, from picking out the shirts I wanted to use, to the actual design and printing. Their designer is so talented - I love what she came up with for my design - she made my ideas come to life! Everyone was so easy to get a hold of via phone or email (with prompt responses!), and I never had to worry about a thing! I felt like their only customer, I was treated so personably! I would recommend them to anyone!

I paid twice for an engraving fee for 20 medals. (Photo is of 10 in my cart) What I got was stickers and excuses on how their machine is not set up to engrave them. I wasn't offered or given a refund for the engraving charge. I'm not an employee, I don't know what's set up to do what. What I do know is I was charged an engraving fee and nothing was engraved. When I asked if plaques were engraved she said yes. And I again stated that it says engraved on the order. You could tell they were annoyed because I wasn't excepting that engraved to them means stickers. I left with my stickered medals.

I've had quite a few plaques and nameplates made and Wilkinsons has always done a great job. Their excellent customer service has been quick and thorough, and jobs are done well and on time.

I brought in an order for a few shirts having no idea how or what I needed to give them the design of my shirts. They were very patient with me and helped me out, and got the shirts done as fast as they could. Very impressed and would definitely recommend going here!

Wilkinson's definitely went the extra mile. I dropped off my items for vinyl letter Monday evening planning on needing them by Friday. Unexpectedly I had to have them Tuesday evening. Wilkinson's Trophy got them done and they looked great! On top of that they were the cheapest too!

We have been working with Wilkinsons Trophy for several years. They are so friendly, easy to work with, and do a great job! I use to love this place. They use to always get our orders in time and we're very attentive. I called about a week and a half ago asking to place an order and they told me they were going to call me back but never did so I had to call back and was told they were busy again at sales so I had to wait and call back my self since I got no call back. Once I got a hold of sales they told me to find the article number of the item I wanted and call back and once I found it I called back and they said sales was busy again. So I asked if they could just take down the number for the article and to send me an art proof email and they said they would a week and half later and no email yet, that's why I'm giving a poor review

I have worked with Wilkinson Trophy over the past ten years and they are amazing! Their work is spectacular and their customer service is top of the line. You will not find anyone better for medals, trophies, and clothing embroidery and screen printing. They have never let me down.

They engraved and laser etched 13 knives for me. They had a fast turn around time and have been extremely professional with keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to show appreciation through personalized gear or for custom advertising on almost any item. I was very happy and am now racking my brain of what else I could have them engrave or screen print etc.

They are really easy to work with and always stick with the date they tell you. No hoops to jump through. We used them for a school event and now I use them for work as well. On the larger shirts I wish they would have made the logo a little bigger to look uniform with the other shirts but it still looked great.

As the PTA Reflections Arts Program chairperson for my elementary school, Kenny and staff were excellent to deal with. The prices for the Reflections trophies, awards and certificates were priced right especially for PTA's with small Reflections budgets. The quality of the items we ordered were beyond our expectations and they shipped out to us right away with everything indivdually wrapped and packed extremely well. I can't say enough how I would recommend this company if you needed to order any awards. Calling directly and talking to Kenny gets you so much better service than just ordering the items online.
