How can one design such horrible passage for the parking! I mean you don't need an architecture degree to understand that. Is that even legally approved to have such narrow, dangerous parking passage? I won't be visiting this mall again. Everyone - if you are taking you cars, be carful! Some nuts have designed and just not designed, got it approved too - horrible and risky passage for parking!

Our large group of friends visited FML, the rooftop restaurant here. It happened to be Ladies Nite and we won a 15% discount on our bill, which was great. The food was good and service fast. The spray misters were a great help as it was a hot night. Mostly a young hip crowd. The dance floor/disco was very basic though.

There are a few restaurants at the ground floor and some nice restaurants and lounges on the roof top. The mall is at an odd pace so don't know how much it will last for shops, but for restaurants it's surely going to work. Ample parking space on 3 floors especially when not much things here.
Good crowd. Good food. Perfect place for a romantic evening or a happening time with friends.
Amazing mall and offices in the upper part of the Building.
We have been to this place to meet someone. It took 2 hour to find the correct location as per GPS navigation We have been taking lot of different turns. Which actually didn't lead to the place and everytime new location. Finally spoke to local people and then reached. The best landmark to reach this place is Dorabjee as this is after leaving 2 society on the same side. It's a commercial place but not fully operational. The roads are broken and narrow.

A new mall upcoming in NIBM area and much awaited too. They promise to bring a lot of brands to Wanowrie/NIBM making shopping much more convenient for residents of this area.
The building has ample parking space.
Right now only the "R" floor housing some great restaurant options is operational.
New upcoming Mall. Only the Restaurant section is open to public.
Best place for hangout . Basically you can eat , shop, work and play here.
Still shops are not sold.. but good mall.. good food options..

A commercial complex for restaurants and offices. It's located at NIBM near dorabjee. It has lift, pay and park facility. Barbeque nation, FML and many exclusive food joints are available in this complex.
Construction delayed ..hoping for good brand outlet in this mall .Nice architecture design .
