!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!
This was my second terrible experience, it s the closest bowling alley to me so I figured I d give it another shot. This was an AWFUL MISTAKE!! My mother is disabled and we asked for rails the refused, we then asked for the ball ramp (the sign specifically said for disabled people only) they then told us my mother wasn t disabled enough for the ramp, her back, hips and knees are complete metal and bolts and they told her it wasn t enough for their standards because she wasn t mentally retarded THOSE WERE THEIR ACTUALLY WORDS! The front counter workers were snotty and rude ESPECIALLY the little blonde in The Rolling Stones shirt.
I wanted to stay for about 4 games but left after 1 considering the customers around me were just about as bad as the employees.
My bowling total was also $25, it is suppose to be $3.50 a person, we played 1 game, 1 lane and a total of 4 people. Should have been $17 MAX.

Update from our last experience, which wasn't the greatest....And now I'm happier: Today I called Aztec lanes and Westside lanes for My daughter wanting to have her birthday at a bowling alley. For 1, Westside lanes customer service was a 10. Aztec 4. Westside lanes were way nicer to me over the phone, even with all my questions. Also westside lanes let's you pick how many lanes you want. I needed 2 lanes for my daughter and her friends and 1 lane for my younger son, my husband and I. Aztec lanes wouldn't allow that. She said you only get the lanes for the birthday. Well, that wouldn't work because my son wants to bowl too. And bowling with his older sister and her friends wasn't going to work. Thank you westside lanes for accommodating our needs.

There is bowling, and yes it is exactly what you think. Rental shoes and all chaos that comes along with families and indoor sports. If you are an adult and have no kids the bar is a good "dive" to spend afternoons or even days in. The food is the type you would expect with fried or burger options but it is all done well.

Ok place, the update of the bar is a huge improvement! There was a really cool guy that used to work there.. Longer hair, looked like he stepped out of a 70's TV show, like CHiPS or Starsky and Hutch! They shouldn't have fired that dude! He was very helpful! And was always there it seemed. That's why I didn't give more stars!

This place was great, showed up on a Thursday and there was still a decent crowd, we asked to throw on the rockets vs spurs on a tv and the put it in the projector just because they cool like that. Would be been 5 stars but some tweakers were being obnoxious in the parking lot.

The environment is good clean and good food. I wouldn't say it's the most kid friendly place aside from having games to play. There isn't any cosmic bowling and the staff is unenthusiastic and dont interact with the customers well in my opinion.

What an awesome alley! Friendly helpful staff, good working equipment. Kitchen and bar staff do a great job, quick with orders, delivery to your lane even on a busy packed Friday night. Pretty sure my balls have found a new home and gutters to frequent!!

This is a nice facility, and it has reasonable prices and even the food is good . I also like that it has a jukebox and some arcade games as well as loving bowling . Also , the staff is really friendly and helpful . I hope to go again , once the Covid crisis is over.

I called to see if there were any leagues going on so I can either get an open lane and the gentleman (if you can call him that) who answered the phone was probably one of the rudest people I ve come across. Not only was he very short with me but his pitch, tone and everything was as if I was bothering him and inconveniencing him. Then he hangs up on me before I even have time to finish my next question. That s not how you run a business. I would strongly recommend the staff at This bowling alley take some classes on effective customer service.

I can't really eat anything here due to my allergies but it's a good venue for live music and the items on their menu come at a relatively low cost. Staff are also friendly and check up on you regularly. Fair place to meet up with friends and play pool or go bowling.

My families first time at this bowling alley and was greeted by a Service Rep named Tru A. Who was ill-mannered and not friendly she should not be working front counter if this is her attitude. We had asked about pricing and discounts and she was very impatient and was rushing us. Once we received our answer and decided to proceed bowling she had asked for an I.D to put our lanes on hold and when we finish bowling they would return the I.D.. No a problem. We handed her an I.D. and she had thrown it back and said she could not accept it because the I.D. was expired. We had explained to her that the I.D. was not expired until July 2018. She then rudely explained that the I.D. was in fact not expired but close to it's expiration date and she couldn't accept it because of the rules. This wouldn't have been an issue if she broken it down explaining the policy in a professional manner. On two different occasions I requested to speak to a supervisor. In a aggressive outward behavior she said here is a piece of paper and pen write it. Her disrespectful negative attitude had set the tone for a very hostile environment to where it was very difficult to enjoy a family night that was supposed to be fun.

It looks much better then it did before new bar. However when they replaced chairs at the lanes s fee years back they not only seemingly downgraded quality but also quantity. We bowled every weekend for 2 years and having even 4 people is too many, people are forced to stand and then counter space becomes an issue with whoever is bowling next to you and boom. More drinks get spilled and less people are comfortable. That being said food from thst kitchen is really good surprisingly good. Also most of the staff are awesome

Incredibly dirty. Rude employees. Do they pay people to write good reviews? Bumpers are only allowed if you have a child under 10 and they are crazy strict about it. We had a disabled person in our party and bumpers weren't allowed. Our lane computer was glitchy and skipped turns. We ended up leaving after one game. This was our first and last time here.... (Did I mention I felt like I needed a chemical shower after we left?)

This is a great bowling alley. It is very clean and they have adapted to COVID by limiting 2 people per lane or to 1 person for one lane. Prices are reasonable. For 4 games, shoe rental, and ball rental for 3 of us cost $57. It did look like they were a little understaffed but everyone was super friendly. I will be coming back.

Affordable family fun. $4 per game $2 for shoe rental. Bumpers available for the little ones on select lanes. Variety of music, food and games. Friendly and accommodating staff. My only concern with our visit was the fact that the few TV's (one of which was infront of our Lane) that were on and showing sports has a very "scary" /not kid friendly commercial showing on a loop. As long as children have self control to not watch the TV and just enjoy bowling it shouldn't be an issue. We will be back.

Nice entertainment on the Westside. You can get your strikes while enjoying an icecold beer with some nachos and listening to songs you can pick on the jukebox. Get there ealy on the weekends, it gets busy a bit. PS: there is more than beer and nachos to chose from ;)

It's your typical bowling alley. Don't come here looking for other than that and you won't be disappointed. I went in when it wasn't busy and they put a family of six on the lane next to us which was a bit frustrating as there were 28 other open lanes but not a big deal. Beer was $10 bucks a pitcher and the games were about $3.50 apiece.
