The customer service here is alot better then the the other fast food places here in West Chester

Good Wendy s. I ve had pretty good luck with their drive through. I don t really go inside.

I always like Wndys, however, today fries was very cold and not tasty.

Employees are reluctant to help customers! I had to wait to order while they were chatting and looking at each other, finally I had to ask them to take my order

I'll start by saying that my expectations were incredibly low coming to this Wendy's due to the 1.5 Yelp rating and Google reviews talking about food poising and hair in the food. So when my friend and I arrived at the drive through, it was quite endearing to get exactly what I was expecting. As I began to talk to the person through the drive through speaker, I could tell that things inside were chaotic. I repeated my order several times to make sure I was heard correctly, then pulled up to the window to get my food. It was verified; things were chaotic in the kitchen. As I pulled away from the drive through window I decided to check and make sure my order was right. I had ordered maple bacon chicken and sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I received two bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. Instead of frustration, the situation felt more endearing than anything. So, I decided to pull around and try again.

I explained to them that my order was incorrect, and was told they would get me a new one free of charge which was nice. As they were preparing it for me, the lady at the window frantically spoke into her headset, then said out loud "Ugh, they're making the wrong thing again." My friend (who was in the car in front of me) told me the same lady said "My people don't know how to work." They finally gave me the correct order, and I was on my way to breakfast on my porch with my friend.

This review probably warrants a 1 or 2 star rating, but I'm giving it a 4 for posterity's sake. It was like going to watch a bad movie knowing it was going to be bad and the poor quality actually making it more enjoyable.

Horrible food, horrible service, just horrible experience all together.

Got a Dave's double and a medium Fri with a small sprite and I gotta tell you, that my go-to meal. It was so good I metaphorically nutted.

Quality can be questionable at times, but there is usually pretty good prices and deals for decent food.

(Inter?)national drive thru fast food burger chain... 4 stars might be too many, as I'm not sure if any fast food chain should get more than 3.

Drink was covered in droplets of the drink food was a total mess

It's Wendy's. You'll get what you expect. The only difference between this Wendy's and some of the others that I've been to, is that this one always gets my order right.

Holy slow... been in line over 20 minutes. One cashier and everyone seems to barely be moving.

Service is always good. The food is the quality I expect.

They always get the order right the first time and they always seem to have everything available when ordering. Also food has been fresh every time I have stopped there

Really enjoying the new breakfast menu. Good size side order of apples as part of breakfast meal. App ordering is easy along with earning points.

Fries were not good. Chicken sammi h was so so. Why can't they do what chikfila, popeyes, and nearly McDs do and figure out a really good chicken sammich?

Is one of the better fast food places in wc workers look clean unlike kfc taco bell .Wendy's I've lived in wc for 33 years never had problem wit wendy's. Burger king dirty all of em.

The fastest restaurant in terms of Drive Thru Service. Its is filled with good people that are always willing to help.

It's your typical Wendy's chain. It can be hit or miss. Food is good for what it is.

Super slow during lunch but otherwise this is a normal Wendy's.

So, fast food is fast food pretty much. Cant spruce this up saying the chili is 'so good it will make ya want to slap yo mamma' (like southern bqq). But, the service was friendly and personal. Place is clean. Food was hot. All is good to me!

The manager was rude, they over chartered us, and didn't want to give us our money back.

Always fast, never had any problems with the food, and they're open late. Skip the one in Exton if you're closer to that one. This one doesn't disappoint.

At the time I went the drive through was fairly quick. Pleasant expierience. Efficient and my food was hot and very good.

We walked in and the place was disgusting, actually should call the health inspector disgusting. Poor service, poor quality. Just go to the mcdonalds in town its far better.

Very friendly staff, I'd recommend a frosty, cheap, and delicious!
