Wembley, wembley, it's a great big place in london...

Had a great day out at Wembley cant fault the staff or anything about it really.
Great sporting venue. Even better when you win there.UTV
The stadium is massive and there's loads to do around the area as well, you could honestly sepnd a whole day there and have something to do every hour
Not enough ale. Didnt take cards pitch side.long queues
Brilliant place to watch a great game. Well run well organised and friendly and helpful staff.
Very good, venue, fantastic seats, but the steward at the turnstile didn't know how the app worked and kept telling my mum she needed a barcode.
Watched football match with the family nice time there would of been 5 star if people didn t keep on standing up but still great atmosphere
Took the tour...amazing visit...Even Had Gareth Southgate There
It would of been good to there again one day to see your favourite football team win
Lovely stadium. Great views not matter how high up you are. And England beat Czech Republic 5-0.
Lovely atmosphere, nice pies but a little confusing trying to find your block at first.
Legendary stadium, amazing atmosphere, had my best time with my family watching the Spurs Vs PSV. The access to the stadium is easy, remember to pre-book parking, otherwise you have to pay some dodgy people to look after your car, although everything was alright with mine, but still, parking is a little bit of a hassle.
What can I say? It's Wembley stadium. Lovely stadium. Comfy seats. Lots of toilets. Lots of places to eat. Easy to get to for us at least. Traffic gets busy in the area on event days but doesn't take too long to get out.
Went for the P!nk concert and found that the security personnel were amazing at dealing with the crowds both entering and exiting including managing the flow into the tube station. The food and drink inside the the stadium, although more expensive than general London prices, was not what I would consider extortionately so.
A great time watching a great concert including some very good support acts.
I great place, could do with a smoker's section as not many people who smoke get chance to have one as soon as they are in there as respect to the non smoking law many other stadiums have one, other than that I would recommend a visit
Amazing grounds the atmosphere is better than expected. Food options are somewhat limited.
Its the new Wembley stadium.
Opened 2007.
England never won the world cup here.
Freddie mercury never set foot in this place. It was built nearly 20 years after he died.
Went to Wembley stadium on Sunday, February 2019 to watch a Tottenham Hotspurs premier league home game.
During match days you have to use the Wembley Park tube station as the Wembley station will be closed.
Recommended to leave early or stay late after the game, if you are taking the tube as there are long queues towards Wembley Park Station
Brilliant stadium. Well organised and easy to get around
Was here for Tottenham game, the atmosphere was one of a kind! If you wanna enjoy a real football experience, watch a game here in Wembley.
NO TOILETS AFTER 9:30PM. Everything closes, I was waiting for my wife and daughter in the arena, j needed to answer a call from nature (I have an illness that affects the bowels) and no where does it say the times of access.
I worked on the roof there and it was a brilliant experience for me.
I had a great day out in club Wembley. Shame the game was boring. Thank you Wembley. The jazz band were fantastic.
Had a great tour with Ray last week. He was awesome - very enthusiastic and so knowledgeable. I am not into football that much but my dad (football) and son (NFL) were in seventh heaven and even I got the WOW factor walking onto the pitch and seeing the scale of it all
Well worth it! Thanks Ray!
Went to see Bon Jovi here. Nice set up but had a bit of a walk down to get to it.
Wembley station is the greatest
90.000 seats
Perfect and unique design
Easy to get by public transport
Disabled easy access
Parking available
Top security around in and outside
Pubs and restaurants and shops surrounding this venue.
Well located for easy exit
Great job to the FA.
Fabulous stadium, easy access, so much better than original stadium!!
Went to see PINK in concert. It's a huge venue from the out side. Lots of walking to get to where you need to be. But we did it, she was out of this world. First time to Wembley I'm impressed loved it
Easy to get to, harder to get away from as there are always big queues at the train stations to get away after the games. But allow yourself plenty of time for travel and you'll have a top time!
Brilliant atmosphere. Exciting football match with a great finish for England!! Wembley stadium is well worth a visit. It's a great day out.
I went here to watch Bon Jovi. This place is well sign posted as well as helpful staff. With easy parking within walking distance and a great show and experience from start to finish.
England's football teams home.
Good venue
NFL games
Rock concerts
Brought daughter here for concert. Probably the most organised large gig I've ever seen. Everything handled like clockwork. Lovely area around the venue with plenty of places for wayward parents to wait.
I'm not visiting the inside of the stadium because there's no show whatsoever, so i don't know what's inside the stadium. But the stadium looks great on the outside. A lot of buildings are being constructed around it.
BTS were amazing. Loved Jin's purple hair. They looked like angels. Also the staff were really nice and helpful
We visited for The Spice Girls. The event staff are all very friendly. Security was really quick and surpisingly it wasnt too chaotic leaving the venue
Beers not as expensive as I had worried (only 5.50 for a pint of Hobgoblin), which wasn't too bad. Service, although friendly, wasn't as efficient as it could have been - why not have pints pre-pulled, to facilitate service at half time? Also, the place somehow lacks atmosphere....
1st time at the new Wembley & loved my trip there 2 watch the mighty Spurs #COYS
Staying only minutes away from Wembley Stadium on FA Cup Final day. 90,000 empty seats but they still wouldn't let me in. Lovely area and impressive housing developments and shopping areas adjoining the Stadium.
Great view from wherever you sit. Good access in and out of the building. Plenty of food and drink outlets.
I worked in wembley kitchen side. Professional head chefs. Great organization. I really enjoyed mi shifts.
Wembley has been regenerated and looks amazing. Thinking of moving near by, really cosmopolitan.. I never thought I'd say that.
Great day out but Wembley is so over priced it's a crime to your pocket. No where near enough staff serving food & beer & they talk to you like your a idiot . Going toilets is a absolute nightmare but the stewards were very helpful & my overall experience was a good one.
National Football Stadium which has over the years evolved as community with lot of Eatery options around and walking distance to tube station.
Wembley is a fantastic place but please please can we have more ladies loos. The wait was unbelievable.
It is such a great atmosphere in Wembley. Although I was a little disappointed about the result of the Villa V Man City.
Wembley, the home of English football. So very different to the original ever famous Two Towers, that used to occupy this site.
This newer modern stadium is just as fantastic in its own way, but as an older guy, will never quite hold a place in my heart. Well, that was until Sunday 31st March 2019.
As a stadium, it is very much like many of those that are home to the biggest clubs. Certainly those across Europe. It is fast becoming a standardised size and shape to those big guns, who have recently, or are having new stadiums constructed.
With the fast pace of ever smarter and technologically advanced improvements in the tech and construction industries, Wembley is no longer quite the state of the art masterpiece they possibly envisaged it would be. That said, it all really depends on the event it is holding and certainly, the people that pack the stands.
The stadium sits surrounded by plenty of food outlets, bars and other retail units and has local bars, pubs and restaurants within walking, or wheeling, distance. But obviously give plenty of time to get into the ground once the main throng of fans or concert goers start to descend on the place.
There are plenty of merchandise vendors dotted around the stadium and prices are fairly reasonable.
Unfortunately I can not tell you what kind of prices you would pay for food and drink, either around the stadium or once inside, as I don't drink and take my own soft drinks with me.
It is a must, that you check the website or your tickets or contact the stadium before your visit, as rules on bags, drinks, etc, can change, dependant on the event you are going to. All bags are subject to search and there is a huge list of items you can't take in. Wembley will make certain exceptions and allowances for medical needs or requirements, but you must contact Wembley first and obtain an Exemption Certificate. That process is very easy, via Wembley's Disabled Services department.
The one huge warning I will give, is that at the end of your visit, be prepared for long queues to get away from the ground. I have only ever driven there, due to being disabled and can not comment too much on the public transport, other than what friends and others say. However, from the pictures I have seen, prepare for big crowds on the train platforms.
If you are driving, learn to be patient. Getting that many vehicles out is a logistical headache. If you drive, visit the toilet before leaving and take a drink. It can take up to an hour to get out.
Wembley hosts numerous different events, mainly sports and music concerts.
Predominantly designed as a football stadium, the one with the round ball that you kick with your feet, for our American cousins, it has held some of the biggest games in the football world. With a capacity of 90 thousand seated patrons, it is huge. However, you simply do not get the true feel, until you see it packed to the rafters and you do not get to appreciate the true atmosphere, unless you have it packed solid with real fans instead of masses of corporate suits, just there for the prawn sandwiches.
My last visit was on 31st March 2019, at the record breaking Checkatrade Cup Final. 85'000 true supporters crammed into the stands. Portsmouth Vs Sunderland. A fantastic game with an out of this world atmosphere. The noise levels from the crowd were deafening. God knows what it would have been like with the stadiums mechanical roof shut.
Best advice I can give, plan well in advance and check the website. Failing all that, just contact them.
amazing anytime you go you get a tingling sensation that just doesn't stop the hole time your there amazing place.
Good stadium. But over priced beer and food when the NFL is in town. I would recommend trying to get a seat lower down as we were far away from the action on the field
Big and beautiful. Had a great time seeing Pink. She was so good. We went twice.
It is big and the atmosphere is great there and the staff are really helpful, just a bit busy getting out after a concert.
Great friendly atmosphere for the NFL from the fans to the security. Stress free, no standing about, well organized event!
Only been here to watch bands play and fit that it is an amazing venue. You can feel the essence, atmosphere and energy of the event rolling round the arena when your there. Good facilities for food, drink and public amenities.
Had a wonderful time. But people at the top was smoking. And I thought it was a non smoking place. No one came round to stop them . It would have been very dangerous.
Great venue. But not enough toilets for the girls! Fab atmosphere.
Wembley stadium is just superb as we looks in TV. Underground station and bus stations are nearby . We can easily reach there from London central . Ibis , holiday inn hotels are very near. One shopping complex is very near with movie theatres . 30 pounds charges for entering the stadium . Excellent location .
My first visit and still can't believe I was there yesterday. Had the most amazing time. The staff were totally amazing as well.
Amazing stadium with a crazy atmosphere. Came here to watch my first England game and was absolutely blown away, such a surreal experience.
Newly refurbished nice on the eye with good shops and restaurants
Historical Landmark. England won its world cup here. 1966
Great atmosphere at the Challenge cup final. Easy access and good facilities.
Good stadium, the crowd control was great the speed we managed to get to the underground was amazing bearing in mind the amount of people!! I think the gate idea of the food and drinks queues, isn t great they make it hard to move around as it makes the area smaller. Also just hotdogs isn t great
Fantastic fully accessible public areas stadium.?great for a family day out.
Footfall to events is well managed. Decent amount of toilet cubicles so overall little time queuing. Food and drinks prices are extortionate for the quality you get. Better off filling up on a meal before arriving at the venue. Staff are friendly and helpful.
A lovely stadium lots of friendly staff . Not to far from the train station . Lots of parking if your going for a tour . All in all it's very nice
Couldn't fault the staff or the food or anything .. perfect venue everything I come here, and got spoilt by a top top game to go along with it .. but perfect experience if you've never been to Wembley then you're missing out.
Been several times but today for carabau Cup final is up there with the best, CMON City
Good views of the pitch, even from the cheaper seats
Went to the Jacksonville Jaguars game here and had one of the best experiences of my life!
Impressive stadium, well appointed. Great idea to have escalators to the upper levels. Excellent idea to have water dispensers situated around the concourse for people to refill bottles or cups instead of paying a fortune for alcohol or soft drinks.
Always a pleasure watching a game in your local stadium.
