Took my family for an event and we all loved it the staff were very courteous and helpful with our questions

Nice area with comfortable seats and it's easy to navigate. Big but parking is not very good.

The one Scooby-Doo was my favorite. I would have given 5 star but they charge too too much for cotton candy$20 popcorn $10.00

Awesome arena. Hubbies company rents the arena for work parties every year. Great location with lots of space to let your imagination (for themes/decor) wander!

I attended the 2018 graduation for Housatonic Community College there and when I arrived security was checking people as they went in. I felt really safe. The seats were really good and I liked that there were two huge TVs so that you couldn't miss any parts of the graduation. The arena was clean also. They also had different vendors open also. I recommend this place to family and friends for games shows concerts and graduations.

An awesome setting for the NCAA Division One Women's Regional Basketball "Sweet Sixteen" and "Elite Eight" games.

Your typical arena that has seen it's share if wear and tear. Parking is a nightmare so get there extra early.

Needs a little love and respect. Nice venue, concessions a bit weak, easy access and egress. Could use better support from patrons.

Parking was too expensive. $20.00 for one event. Staff was rude & discourteous. I went there for a concert & after a certain time, they closed off the smoking area. But people could still smoke outside of the bar area. Limericks? I think that's the name of the bar. I was told by the security person that only "special" people could smoke there. I don't know what that means! This man, employee / security person does not deserve his job there since he only allows HIS certain favorite people outside to do what they want. It's just really BAD customer service!

Parking was horrible and you had to have cash to get in the ramp garage.

This was the best hockey game I've been to, Hands Down! Action was intense. I wish I could have left with a jersey or at least have been one of the winners of one of many cool prize giveaways like my son was. Can't wait to see the globe trotters. #Litdapuck,Up!
