Sharing my experience after working there for one year(2011-2012). Webguru is a web development company owned Brainware group. Technologies they work are PHP and MySQL based technologies. A small organisation is always better for one to expand skills in-depth. If you don't have better opportunity (offers from MNCs), you can start your careers at here and grow your skills.

Annual appraisal, industry hike is very low. Management and work culture, development process should be improved.
