No cashiers just one ...I refuse to go to a store who can't check you out...been at Paragould,ARKANSAS store in line waiting on one person for twenty .in

I have never bought anything from Walmart and I tried to write a check to purchase something and it didn t go through, they must have me blocked I will never shop there again they suck

noticed my online order said delivered today which I didnt get.. i called right away and spoke to a csr that had no idea what to do and was relaying msgs to and from a "manager" i demanded to talk to this "manager" his name was "benji s" and i was told to investigate the claim myself.. called fed ex and was told walmart needs to call them and start the claim.. unbelievable....... never again...

My Mother Betty Clover was injured is your store in Maui on Feb, 16th 2015.
She was hit by a cart that one of your employees was pushing. She has to stay in for the rest of her vacation because she was very bruised.
She has contacted everyone at your corporate office about this & they keep putting her off and saying they are to busy.
She is 80 years old and this should not be taking this long. This cost her a lot of pain and suffering not to mention she had spent a lot of money to go visit her Son miles away and had to leave early to come back to Nebraska.
She was told she did not need an attorney, but now I am thinking she does.
If something is not taken care of from this matter we will contact an attorney ASAP and this will be posted everywhere I can post it for anyone to see.
I am fed up with stores like this taking advantage of people when they can't train their employees right.

I want someone from Walmart to make this right. I found an item lower at the store(s) then online and they won't match it since they never match store with online. The item says it's at multiple locations, but when you go there it's never found. Please do the right thing, thanks.

I was on hold with their customer service department, Fraud Identity theft division and was on hold for 5 hours. Still Nobody answered the phone. I was told estimated wait time 5 minutes.

On the 24 of June while at the store in Burleson Texas , I bought $105.47 worth of grocery . When I went to check out I wrote a check of the amount. The cashier made a mistake when she input my check. She could not correct the mistake-take so she called the manager. All he could do is say you need to write another check at my expense. When I ask for his manager she. Said the same. I will never shop at this store anymore due to the way they acted and since it was there fault they should have corrected the problem instead of ensuring I write the another check . I will also tell all my friend about my experience at this store. One unhappy customer.

I am a loyal WalMart customer, buying all of my prescriptions and most of my groceries there. I recently purchased some Sam"s Choice Peanut Butter Chocolate ice cream and just knew it was going to be good. After all, it was Sam's "Choice". This ice cream had absolutely no hint of chocolate, not in taste, smell or color. It was so pale that it could have passed for vanilla. What a big disappointment! If this is Sam's "choice", I'd hate to taste Sam's Worst. Send your ice cream team to Baskin Robbins to get them familiar with chocolate ice cream. I won't buy Wal Mart ice cream again. I'm only giving it a star because it won't let me post it if I don't. After I clicked on "post" your system gave itself a bigger rating. How sleazy!

I wanted to purchase the Samsung 46in tv advertised for the 8 PM 'event'. This is the Jupiter,FL Walmart..beginning Black Friday event on Thanksgiving. I was in area at 5:15 so I decided to go and just do some shopping until 8. Many shoppers in store naturally for the 6pm event. I was given a 'map' that showed location where the tv's on special were located.
NOT THERE. asked and was directed to other end of store.
NOT THERE. returned found (finally) another employee explained which tv i wanted for the 8pm. she said wait in this line. I said are you kidding. this is for the tv at 8pm? yes, so I began waiting only to find out it was for a little tv offered at 6. find another employee. explained. told to 'find someone' handing out wrist bands for no waiting.. found someone:" I'm OUT, BUT YOU CAN GET A RAINCHECK ON THE WRISTBAND...i'm thinking what the ...is it me?? meanwhile lines are getting longer, I walk again the entire Walmart.

FINALLY I FOUND AN EMPLOYEE WHO ACTUALLY CALLED SOMEONE ELSE TO TAKE ME TO THE TVS!! LOCATED IN THE LIGHT BULB AREA WITH A BALLOON. (GO FIGURE)
GUESS WHAT! THE GIRL SAYS OH I GAVE OUT ALL THE TICKETS FOR THEM. "But it's only 6:40 AND THIS IS FOR YOUR 8PM EVENT. SHE SAYS SORRY.
To me, it's FALSE ADVERTISING. This was so mismanaged. ridiculous doesn't cover it. Oh, I'll get my TV ...elsewhere... What a huge disservice to not only me, but to so many others that were just as frustrated. Yes Walmart DOES give good deals, but they also throw in advertising that is misleading the public big time! (I used to work for Walmart!) Trust me, this is not what Sam Walton envisioned for his store.

I don't think I even give it one star on what happened to me I'm 35 and my husband is too we went to the store on frontage Road in picky in Mississippi Highway 43 and got groceries and One case of beer. the lady at the checkout Asked for our license. I said I'm not buying this beer he's buying it. he's paying for it with his card I don't even have a purse with me. she then proceeds to say I need to card every body that is in a group when beers being bought. I looked at her like she was crazy. what or you talking about. I'm not buying this beer he is she's said Walmart policy and state law policy says everyone that is in a group must have their license for one person to buy beer I said that's bullshit so basically a family store will refuse to sell beer to you if you have your kids with you and they cannot show proof of age. Or if you have one over 14 they won't sell it to you if they are teenagers even if you're old enough and they can tell you that even if the kids walk away and it's just you. you still can not buy the beer because you was in a group with younger kids. don't understand that rule. So if your kids are teenagers don't expect to buy beer at Walmart but we shop in there for my beer I'll find another store for anything
