Wal-Mart #1992 Review

Very courteous and making an effort to keep up stocked merchandise.

They take almost a month to have a pickup order ready this is frustrating, and when I called the store the had me waiting for a long time. Worst waltmart I have ever shopped.

Prices going high very little help it is no longer worth shopping at Walmart.

They never have enough cashiers. Nobody wants to do their job.

Customer service is non existing. No one was available to help get an item out of a locked case....
An employee told me to press the help button, as he kept walking along...didn't help what so ever

4 checkouts now?? And the self check was out of order!!

A dog had messed right in the entrance and wasn't nice. People were rerouted around it but the smell was horrible. Thank you

Rude employees so is the manager the only one that's nice is the greeter at the door. It's really sad that everyone's complaints is the same (RUDE )but evidently wal-mart don't care about our opinion cause they haven't changed.

As far as Walmart goes, nothing impressive about this place. Store seemed shabby around the edges, staffing was average, products were what you expect to see at a Walmart. Prices were what you expect at a Walmart, and roughly 28,000 security cameras watching your every move.

People were in the middle of the isles no one would help my disabled uncle and I.

This Walmart lacks in selection, trying to modernize but still not the same store it used to be.

Good place the bathrooms are horrible they don't get cleaned takes forever to get them cleaned

I came here a few days ago to get Delectable Stews for my cats. This store has a good selection at a reasonable price. I saw there were also some plastic cat bowls that are the size and height that I prefer. I bought 2, then today I went back to get the other two colors. I'm getting them to replace the ceramic bowls which tend to chip and break.

Little hard to find some sections that are easy to find in other Walmarts. Other than that, this location is a quick visit.

Theres a newer better Walmart just 2 miles away on Mountain Ave. This one doesnt have a real produce section.

Always fully loaded with everything you need. Everything is in place, which is a huge plus for me. Things are not all over the place. I love this Walmart location.

So happy they brought back the fabric department & that they are selling craft items

Dirty too many items for the footage of the store and no staff around to assist. Items locked in cases. Sad!

Disgusting! Tonight, Thurs 5/17/18...8:40 PM, Gal (employee) at the front door made a rude comment to an old man about 80 years old. Tom boy looking gal, short nasty red/purple raggedy looking hair color was at the front door near the red box dispenser. Old guy finished shopping, walking out and leaves his cart by the rude employee. I could see the dude is about 80 and not real good at walking. So he leaves his cart there. Rude employees shouts," 3 FEET FROM THE DAMN CART RETURN, YOU OUGHT TO PUT IT AWAY!!!!:. OK, a good employee and as many times I have seen, would say, "let me take that for you sir!". This gal ought to be demoted to mopping the floors as rude as she is! Boooooo!!! :-(

I tried to return a sewing machine and they made me wait for 1 hour because I did not have a receipt. I had the day, the amount and the debit card but there was no body to help me because the only one who knows how to do it was in lunch for 1 hour. This is ridiculous!!!! I wont come to this store anymore

It has some of my favorite items that aren't available anywhere else!

Pre ordered my PS4 here thinking they would have a midnight release like anywhere else. But no, they close at midnight and are making us wait until 6 am. The point of a pre-order is to get it at midnight. At least in my opinion.

I have been waiting for customer service..cosmetics..for a good 15 minutes. Lousy customer sevice

Not as crowded. Got in and out of there. I didnt get the young man name with glasses and cool pins on his vest. Gave awesome customer service at THE cash register. He started work at 4pm on sinday 25 Aug 2019. Thank you !!

I like using the men's bathroom. Facility clean and always stocked.

Dr. Vu, Optometrist, is outstanding. The optometry Dept has a nice selection of frames. My husband was very pleased with his new glasses. As far as the department store is concerned, I bought a couple of nice tops.

One of the employees was stocking the shelves, when she asked me if I was finding everything okay. I was not and asked for what I was looking for. She took me to the other side of the store where the product was located but then she proceeded to tell me about the product I was looking for was actually on sale saving me a couple of bucks. She was awesome unfortunately the cashier had absolutely no personality whatsoever barely said hi, but had absolutely nothing to say to me. She did say thank you when I left which I was surprised I thought she wasn't. The store was busy but the shelves were stocked the way they should be. The store was clean and other than the cashier everybody was friendly.

I've been coming to this Walmart for years. I know several of the employees. But this lame supposed service manager " Katie " thinks she's all high and mighty lmao... So as a lot of customer may know Walmarts lame return policy changed, so if they cant bring up the transaction or u don't have the recipt your screwed, and treated like a criminal. Lmao yeah ok I dont need the stupid return but it's only right or fair if the product doesnt work to allow customers to return. On top of that they dont tell customers that the policy changes untill you happen to have a product that doesnt work and cant return it without the recipt. 90% of the time as I'm leaving the store I thow my recipt away or even when I get home. My thing is that I was treated as a criminal, asked to leave the store just because I didnt agree with the policy. Most likely itll end up in a class act law suit. And the way Katie is with customers, she should be fired, acting all high class and smeaky.. Calling lost prevention as if I was going to do something. Lame. All I wanted was my money back. On top of that she said she was the top Manager for the store. Please....BTW as I was leaving Katie is not the manager of the store someone else is. So I'll be in tomorrow to talk to the real a manager about being treated as a criminal not as a customer..

Save money...leave better. Walmart rules. And not fake people like Target

I know that Walmart is trying to cut costs, why I'm not sure as they are worth billions of dollars, but they need to put more live cashiers in the store and get rid of most of the self-checkout stations and pay their employees a better wage

Long lines, rude employees, dirty bathrooms, obvious lack of management

This store is very clean and the employes are very polite I had some medicine and they had attention care folly with my medisen

Worst customer service I've ever seen and been through, so bad I'm filing a verbal and written complaint to Walmart against Leilani, Patricia and Curry who work the front area as people are coming in and going out. We got it all on camera including the stare down while driving out the parking lot by Curry. Will never shop there again.

Great prices (of course) AND very friendly employees!

Stopped in to pick up some noise reduction ear muffs for the drag races got a pretty good deal on it really nice pair for $9.95. Also picked up a nice t-shirt and a 12 pack of Stella Artois cans. I was looking for a California t-shirt but they didn't have any there.

Find everything and not need to go elsewhere. Doesn't get any better than that.

A big well stocked store, but only 1 entry, so despite big parking lot be prepared to walk a distance & wait in line with limited cashier's for checkouts.
