Great heritage hotel with large and very well furnished rooms and bathroom

Very nice place. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly. Halls, rooms, restaurants all are cosy inside and comfortable. I used iron room it is good and clean. The place is quiet. The rooms are easy to access: building has a lot of lifts. Breakfast is fantastic (they can cook omelet especially for you, it is included in breakfast price). Bathroom stuff was excellent and clean.

I cannot remember anything bad or uncomfortable. The city view from the rooms is very ugly, but it was not important for me. Well... I did not find clothing brush in my room, when I suddenly needed it.

Comfortable room and courteous staff. This hotel is surrounded by lots of interesting places to visit.
On the 1st floor there's a restaurant, sauna, beauty salon& confectionery. 2nd floor includes cafe, conference halls, meeting room & guest rooms. On other floors there're guest rooms.

The staff, the best. Good buffet. The TV in the room, the only bad thing only broadcasts in Russian and the few stations in English are very bad. You cannot tune in to international tve.

Excellent 4-star hotel in a main street of the Petrograd area full of fashion shops, lively and well connected to the historic center. Friendly and caring staff. Good restaurant with Italian menu.

The hotel is located close to the Petrogradskaya and Chkalovskaya metro stations. In walking distance of many cafes and shops. Hall decorated nicely. The staff at the reception is very polite and helpful. Settlement passed quickly. The hotel has several restaurants, one of which serves a buffet breakfast in the morning. The range is quite diverse, I liked the breakfast. Unlike public areas, the room was decorated simpler, in the spirit of minimalism. But everything necessary was there, and for me, functionality is more important than design delights. The room is spacious enough, the curtains are thick, so the light does not interfere with sleep. Two bottles of water standing on the table - a compliment from the hotel. But, for some reason, it is issued only once, regardless of the number of nights spent at the hotel. The room has a mini-bar for an additional fee.

Comfortable hotel located on Petrogradka, polite and helpful staff. The upper floors have a beautiful view from the window to the rooftops of the city. Were in July 2020, when the restrictions regime was still in effect after the coronavirus pandemic, so it is difficult to fully appreciate the cafe and restaurant - food was ordered to the room from the menu, but everything was very tasty and beautifully served. I only used the breakfast buffet on the last day, but I liked everything. On the 10th floor of the hotel there is a wonderful bar-restaurant "Weightlessness" with excellent cuisine and a gorgeous view of St. Petersburg, although during our stay only an open veranda was open by prior reservation of tables. In general, I recommend taking into account the location - on foot you can walk to the Peter and Paul Fortress and the zoo, it's nice to walk around Petrogradka, where there are much fewer tourists than in the Nevsky Prospect area, and feel like a citizen of St. Petersburg. Take a public transport ride to Vasilievsky Island and the Botanical Garden.

The hotel was recommended to my husband by a colleague. At first, we biasedly rated it as too pompous for us, but expectations were not met. This is a great place with a price-justifiable quality of all the services provided. I want to separately note (after more than one stay at this hotel for many trips to St. Petersburg) incredibly sincere and high-quality service, which is rarely found for such a democratic price. The staff is great: from the cleaners in the room to the receptionist - everyone is friendly and attentive, they will never refuse any question, you will never feel ignored! Thank you very much for the pleasantly spent days visiting Vvedensky to all his friendly team! I know for sure that I will visit this place more than once, and I recommend it to everyone 100 !

Rooms are comfortable. However there was an electric kettle in the room but no tea coffee or milk. We were not allowed to take these supplies from the restaurant. So why put a kettle in the room ?
