I have not booked my "free cruise" yet, however I am very turned off by this company already. I decided to do a quick internet search to see if I could save time by booking online. I thought maybe it isn't listed in the packet. After a cursory search I have gone down the rabbit hole that is the Yelp! and Google reviews. My goodness I feel like I'm in the upside down. It isn't the bad reviews that have bothered me, rather it is the good reviews. Look closely. There is obviously some sort of internal campaign to artificially raise the rating. Read the positive reviews and use a little deductive reasoning. They are all 5 stars. Then look closer at the reviewers. The reviewers with multiple reviews are located in Arkansas. The other reviews are almost exclusively local venues in Arkansas. Where is this company headquartered? I would have to be a fool to believe it is coincidence. I am still going to attempt to book my cruise however. I will update this rating accordingly. If it goes well I will add stars. If poorly, I'll be reporting to Yelp! and Google.

I won a free cruise from them (just pay taxes and port fees) at a local ball game. I only had to listen to them tell me about their company, they swore they were not a time share. Nope, they buy/rent unsold timeshares and rent them to you. You only have pay $8,000 or so for the right to book with them. Fast forward a few months and I try to book my cruise that I won . It s great for a couple buddies to go on a trip as the free cruise is a bottom level bunk bed only stateroom, since we were trying to book for our anniversary we asked for the price for an optional upgrade to a king size room. The price for the taxes, fees, and upgrade on our free room was more than I could book the cruise directly myself. Beware and don t waste your time.

Total harassment. Received a call, because I made the mistake of giving Bass Pro my info. Was told it s a one time offer. I said no. 6 calls later I said send me an email and I ll look it over. The email was oh thanks for your purchase. Total bs. Avoid this company at all cost. Also avoid basspro as this is where they got my info.

I received a random call around dinner time, when most sales calls unfortunately happen. Lol being a car dealer on business in DeSoto Texas I decided to give the man a chance since he politely told me it wouldn't take long, he chose Branson as an example, some friends and most of my family have been there multiple times, but I haven't. He asked a few basic qualification questions places in the same business as tend to ask customers. I was gifted "100 Thank You Points" for my continued business with Choice Hotels. The man asked me if I had ever been to Branson before and I told him "No"and told him I wanted to go to the Dixie Stampede Show and eat there like my friends and family have in the past. He gave the details of the getaway package and a Carnival Cruise as well. I started digging for my Discover Card just in case i decided to go ahead and get it, of course I did become a little skeptical about being offered a lot for almost nothing at all. I asked why and he explained that it is was only because of my continued business with Choice that made me eligible, plus the 2nd day of my getaway they are asking for two hours of my time to visit Bluegreen Resorts. I've been a Choice Privileges Member a very long time and this is the best promotion I've ever been called for so I decided to do it, and figured no scammer would tell me I couldn't bring more than 2 Adults & 2 Children without paying $20 per night for my 3rd child when I check in. I didn't even have to pay it until we went on the getaway. I couldn't say no. I felt pretty comfortable giving him my credit card information over the phone by then because I and knew they had to be legit because Bluegreen is wanting two hours of my time making it obvious to me. I honestly had no argument at all after the promptness of his answers to all of my questions so i said "Let's Do This Before I Change My Mind." And we both had a laugh at my comment, he confirmed my address and credit card info wished me an awesome trip to Branson and transferred me to a Manager lady I wish I could remember the name of to give her a little Google Review Recognition. She was very sweet and helpful. She asked to charge my Discover Card then provided my Confirmation Number and the Customer Service Number like the guy before said. She went over everything with me and answered a few questions. I didn't have to pick a destination or date to travel yet. Then we were ready and she told me to hang on and yelled out in the room she was in "give it up" to the Thompson family for going on Vacation. It was funny hearing what sounded like a thousand people clapping and a few whistles in the distance. Then she wished us a fantastic trip where ever we went and ended the call. Two days later at home my wife wasn't mad at all about my lone decision and was ready for a getaway after the passing of her father recently. Five days later my confirmation letter came quicker than the 7 - 10 Business Days it would take to receive. We looked it over together and decided since we live in Alabama, Orlando was a little closer to us than Branson and called the number and booked it for October 16 this year and upgraded to the Fountains Resort there. Everything I experienced dealing with this company was very professional, prompt, and exactly what I purchased and cheaper than a travel agent. The Two Hour Tour wasn't the "Tie You In A Chair And Force You To Buy Type Sales Pitch You Can't Run From" horror stories that are normally associated with the whole time share industry I honestly didn't know much about timeshare. I'm a used Car Dealer The whole Bluegreen Staff didn't bore us to death like we expected over the usual Time Share Resort hype. The Fountain Resort in Orlando is beautiful. I'm glad we took advantage of such an awesome offer just for doing what I always do,sell and buy cars, and stay at Choice Hotels while gone and to think I almost hung up on the man who called me just to eat a bologna sandwich and watch the News. Glad he caught my attention quickly Thank You Vacation Tour & Travel keep doing what you do

ASK FOR REESA! This is the absolute best place to book your cruise with through carnival! At first i was unsure about the whole process because we won a free cruise at a event and the people we won it from did not tell us everything we still had to pay for like port taxes and fees and well as gratuity for the ships staff but in all it was only about $300 extra.. i now have been on multiple cruises about 7 the last 3 years and have went to the same person there each time! REESA IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! She has answered every question along the way no matter how many times me or my wife call! other staff their has been rude but she is the one worker that seems to actually care about her customers and want to ensure you have the vacation your dreaming of in your head! Me and my wife love that she has been able to help us travel the Caribbean and we will continue to go to her! Thank you so much for your kindness and dedication to your customers!!

Believe every negative review you see on here. These people are an absolute joke and this organization deserves to be shut down. When I mentioned the awful reviews online, Reesa the biggest joke of them all informs me "we have an A+ rating with the BBB.." Oh that's great, so you paid the BBB to give you an A+ rating? Because that's what the BBB does. Pay your membership dues and they'll give a solid rating and protect you from the negative ones. They wanted $150 for a name change on our booking. Carnival wasn't going to charge anything because it was for our infant child that hadn't been born when we booked the cruise so we didn't have a name or DOB to add to the booking. Keep in mind the spot was already paid for. We just needed my wife taken off the booking so we could add our child and move my wife to our other booking. VT&T wouldn't budge. Said the border patrol charged for name changes...what? We're not immigrating out of the U.S., we're going on a cruise. Do you guys just keep a bucket full of weak excuses to pull out when you don't know what else to say? Finally gave up and called Carnival directly. They made the change free of charge. Maybe the border patrol doesn't charge them? Or maybe VT&T is hot garbage because the final manifest is not set and given to the port authority (not the border patrol) until the ship disembarks. Kept getting the same thing over and over...."you just don't like the answer because it's not what you want to hear." Keep up that mentality until you're out of business. Can't happen soon enough.

This has got to be the biggest travel scam in history. The "discount" price is more than if you just called the cruise line yourself for a price. Customer service is indeed a joke. You have to book the "free" cruise at least 90 days in advance and apparently they put you in the bottom of the boat. My next steps is the Better Business Bureau
