Due to the nature of the place it is sometimes hit-or-miss whether you're going to find what you're looking for but you will always find some amazing deals

This place was interesting. We spent about an hour there. Shopping.

Most prices were way overpriced and even though they had a decent selection, it was high and very used. U be better off going to Ross for clothes and the Goodwill for everything else.

Great place to look for some name brand great stuff at a great discounted rate.

I'm a huge fan of the labyrinth and was excited to see hoggle! The cloths was a great variety but price was so so. Was sad to see a used night gown robe more pricey than the brand new one at its original store but hey, it was interesting and the employees was very nice!

This place has everything from TRIBAL breast wear, model SHIPS, VIOLINS,and APPLE ..

Always a bit of a treasure hunt when you come here. Great prices on clothing. Electronics prices are relatively close to the eBay used prices.

Didn't think I would enjoy this place, but they have the best deals, the only problem is that the men's and women's clothing are sometimes mixed together.

Was passing through the area, so decided to stop in to Unclaimed Baggage. Neat store to look through. I hadn't intended to purchase anything, but I had been wanting a pair of wireless headphones for travel and the offerings they had in the headphone department were great. Georgia, the sales person at this counter, was great and helped me sort through the options to find a winning pair that I acquired for a nice discount compared to a brand new pair.

This has been on my list to visit for some time now. As I was driving through Scottsboro, to Huntsville, I finally stopped by. I expected a decent store with a few deals here and there. I was wrong. This place is huge!! Great deals on everything from Bose headphones to Jewelry. It really is a cool place to visit. I'm gonna make it point to stop in every time I travel through Alabama.

Very crowded. Couldn't walk through the aisles. Some things marked way more expensive than they should have been for something used.

Nothing against this place, but for me it was not worth the drive. Most of the stuff is heavily used, didn t really find any good deals, the electronics area just seems like leftovers from goodwill. I ve heard of some good stories finding deals with fitbits or e-readers but I guess you have to be incredibly lucky. In my opinion this place is overrated.

This was our first time visiting and I was completely blown away by the inventory and prices! And the staff was helpful as well

Have fun buying other people's vacation clothes. There are good deals to be found with a little hunting. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

There is a wide variety of things to find here. But now that the internet is so easily accessible, the prices aren't such a deal anymore. Expensive items that are USED WORN AND STAINED are way over priced. Occasionally you can find a great deal. The food and coffee at Cups Cafe is amazing.

Place is ok. A little advice to the owner, bring the prices down 15 percent across the board. People would then go out of their way to get there. I went once. No real desire to go back. The town is wonderful. Would go back for the lake and the people though.

I was disappointed that the departments were rearranged and that there is basically no ETC building any longer.

Fun finds....cute dressy top $6.00...makes me happy.
Or if you need a $32,000 Rolex they have that too

Super clean, full of great buys, much of it was new with tags. Bought new ski jackets for under $40. Worth the trip!

Saw this place on TV and decided to check it out. Very cool place with lots of amazing deals. The place is huge and we needed more time to see everything. They even have a program that allows you to open bags they just got! Will be back for sure!

Really loved the selection and can't wait to go back!

I love this store and we stop on our way traveling to and from Florida. However, I will not return until the dressing rooms are open. How can you buy clothes without knowing if they fit. Good thing I stocked up on swimsuits last year!

Family fun stop while traveling to the beach or through Alabama.

If you can go during the week that is the best time to take the time to look for gems ;-)

Don t waste you re time. It s one big store of used items that s Way overpriced!!!!! Electronics over priced as well due to condition and how old they re. Can t believe I wasted the time driving here. If there is a original tag on the item that s showed price or a sticker price. It s been removed.

Really great store, Tyson Sexton was really sweet and helpful with my handicap father. All of the employees were nice tho :)

Always a must when we are in town. But the prices keep going up. Check the item online before you buy. You may be able to purchase it new for $10 more.

This place is worth visiting once if you're in the area. It may seem like a destination that you can plan a day trip around, but it's really just a huge pawn shop. They have have TONS of clothing, mostly things you don't want. There's likely deals to be had if you're willing to spend the time looking for it.

They also have lots of electronics, sporting goods, and other pawn shop type items that may be good deal. Would probably not go again.

Have shopped there several time s in the past . Prices have tripled since the owner past away . Find their stuff at yard sales a lot cheaper .

You are better off going to the Goodwill closest to you, or ordering from Amazon.

Neat place to shop for discounted and used items. Everything from suitcases and travel gear to clothes, electronics, shoes and more! The warehouse is huge, so plan to spend a while perusing for you new (used) items.

In the past we had gotten great prices on used goods. Such as sunglasses and watches. Today the prices were increased dramatically! I would rather pay full price or get a better deal at Dirt Cheap!

Clean place.... Prices are hilariously high. Stick with eBay. You'll do better.

Don't buy stolen goods, would you like them to sell your baggage? I don't believe they couldn't find the owners of so many baggages. Sometimes there are personal items inside that could help to find the owner, are they contacting them?

Still a great place to look for theft store type bargains. But as with all things prices have increased. But it is still worth the trip to just have a look around.

There is a lot of Airline unclaimed baggage here sometimes you can find a deal sometimes you see the regular old store products , you've really got to check Daily for deals. I've Been back a couple times this time during the covid 19 virus , I waited a little longer in line due to covid season, but you may wanna come in and spend some time there are new rules.

The new layout is great. Not jumbled up and crowded. Psst might want to do a better job at letting people know the men's department is in another building. We almost missed it.

Have to be willing to dig to find the bargains.
Got a (slightly scratched) Kenneth Cole Automatic watch for $35. New it retails on Amazon at over $200.
Bought brand new Ping Pong paddles for $5/pair. Looked up the brand and found they sell on Amazon for $50/pair.
Almost all of mine and my wife's clothes are from here.

Fun place to go poke around. It seems like prices have gone up there in the past few years as it's become more tourist centered, but there are still good deals to be had.

So much to see here! They have everything from laptops to clothes to household goods.

On a lot of things they want full price for used items. You have to know your prices. Thought very expensive for items they didn't have to buy.

I lived 10 miles from it when it opened. The more it grows, the less I've enjoyed it. It's still interesting, but bargains seem to me to be fewer and far between.

Kind of like a big, nice thrift store. Didn't have much time but will come back.

I didn't think it was all that. But some folks love it!

Had high hopes for this place. It was a beautiful drive from Brentwood Tennessee, but don t waste your gas. It s a huge garage sale!

Needed a new phone but didn't want to pay new price. Walked out with a great working phone for under $100.

We were kind of hoping they would have more unique items for purchase. However I did get a great deal on a PSVR Game!

This place was fun to go to but most of the stuff was way over priced.

This is the same as going to any Goodwill store but with higher prices. Anything in their electronics and watches can be found on sale in a store or on the internet brand new for similar prices. You would also have a warranty...with this, who knows what you are getting.

The hype about this unclaimed baggage store which has people coming here from far, far away is ridiculous. The store is the tourist attraction for this area of Alabama and I'm sure they make lots of money because it's here. From what we observed looking in all the departments in this large store, there was a lot of merchandise and we're still looking for the bargains. The prices were not bargain prices as you might imagine and this visit was our first and will be our last visit to this business. The only reason we could justify stopping here was that it was actually on the way from where we were in Alabama to where we were headed and we did not drive out of our way more than five minutes to get here. Had we spent a lot of money to get here or taken a huge detour to get here we would have been upset and disappointed. The reason I gave this location and business a rating of four stars was because it was a very large place and the people working there were polite and helpful and there was a lot of unclaimed items to select from if you wanted to buy clothing, jewelry, accessories such as sunglasses or hats, cameras or computers. Also, if you could be an item at a great price, you could not buy a quantity of items in such a way to do re-sale for business and make this a worthwhile source of your inventory. I am glad we got here and saw the unclaimed baggage because we at least will know in the future what we are not missing.
