Great place! Next time my vacation is anywhere nearby, I'm definitely making a pit stop!

Has a TJ Maxx feel to it. If you were going to spend any where near the original amounts...good deal.

Big let down prices way to high on a lot of their stuff

To crowded not enough parking had to wait 35 minutes and then get the finger when u finally get it

You have to dig for the treasures, but some items can be well priced.

It's nice very clean different too but prices are okay

OMG,,,,, my daughter and I visited on a side trip during a family reunion weekend, it was a blast, wish we had taken every body. Can't wait to get back again.

It is a pretty incredible place to visit. All of the displays of weird stuff are entertaining. I was honestly hoping for more vintage style things and I do think some of the prices are crazy high. Overall worth the trip to Scottsboro

Unfortunately, the best I can say about my whole experience at Unclaimed Baggage Center is that the bathrooms are modern, very nice and quite clean. Based on rave reviews posted by others, we decided to go out of our way to visit this place. What a momentous waste of time and gas. If you like thrift shops and bargain hunting, this is *not* the place for you. Prices are crazy high throughout, even in the "last chance" section. Not a lot of unique items. Selection is lame. I wish I could have the time back that it took us to get out to BFE to visit this place.

Unfair pricing! If I can only judge my their online shop the prices are completely out of wack! You would do million times better on Poshmark, the Real Real for designer.

Don't waste your time. It is nothing but a 'Goodwill' type store with moderate prices. From Atlanta it's definitely not worth the drive.

This place was interesting, but a bit overwhelming. I felt that some of the prices were a bit high, but I did get a nice pair of headphones for $10. Nice clean restrooms too. It was a fun way to spend a couple of hours.

Great place to see and to find good deals on almost anything you can imagine.

Wanted to do a more thorough review, because the place warrants it. Personally, it is worth the drive every so often, because it is kind of like a high-end thrift shop. The reason it is 4-star and not 5-star is that I feel like the pricing is a little high for some things.

They have a large selection of electronics, and they are aren't in bad shape, but the pricing is about the same as anywhere else. The good news is that if you have to buy second hand or want to you can get some nice stuff at a fair price.

There is a lot of clothing in the store and it is all of very good quality. Some of the stuff looked new, and probably was. I got the feeling that not everything there was "Unclaimed Baggage," but a mix of overruns and end of season items from retailers. That's a good thing. I found a belt that was new for about half the price or maybe less than in stores.

Finally, the star to me is the "junk" electronics area near the books, sporting goods, electronics case and actual bags. If you are looking for a travel adapter, they have it... cheap. They also had some interesting audio gear, and even fiber jumpers. If you are a tech guy, this place is a gold mine.

Unclaimed Baggage has become one of my new favorite stores. It has an incredibly large inventory of everything from laptops and appliances to cloths and shoes. They get new items daily (7000 each day, according to their sign) so you never know what you might find. I personally found a dress coat that fit perfectly and purchase it for $50, not realizing until later that the original price tag, still attached, read $895. This was only one of the items that I purchased for way below what it retail price was. Overall, Unclaimed Baggage is a great place to browse, and you never know the gems you may find.

Way overpriced for a bunch of unclaimed stuff. They want nearly new prices for most of it. It s ridiculous. I don t understand how they could possibly have a 4 star review.

You can find some good deals but not always the best prices when compared with some internet shopping especially when these items are used and may not include all pieces.

Over priced on most items,looked at camera,it was $29 cheaper than on online

Everyone complaining about it being an over priced thrift store clearly doesn't understand what this store is. This store is a wonderful place to buy name brand items at reasonable prices. I recently was able to buy an HP laptop for $179 and my husband found an Xbox one controller for $30 and a pair of barley used Reebok shoes for $15. There are good deals if you look and do not expect everything to be dirt cheap. If you want cheap junk go to a thrift store.

Drove 4 hours to check out what seemed like a fun adventure. Very underwhelmed. Old dated clothing, zero organization. Struggled to make any sense their womens clothing department. Prices were comparable to retail in my hometown. I'm not sure how they calculate these prices. Don't make the drive as I brought 6 other ladies for what we thought would be a fun outing.

GOOD: Peculiar goods! Fun! Reasonable return policies, excellent prices on some items IF YOU SEARCH: I bought a Chinese cam, 4 belts, and a hiking stick. No smoking! Diverse persons come from everywhere, etc.
BAD: No inventory database for online search, most prices are about retail +/-. Blatantly this appears as a jacked flea market.
UGLY: Xmas hype (a 'den-of-thievery'), a fake picture-painted-portrait of owners, an in-your-face loud speaker blasting rock ... in the parking lot.

Much over rated, sort of an indoor garage sale. Lots of stuff, especially clothing that Goodwill didn't get. Interesting for a onetime visit, can say I've been there and move on.

There's quite a bit of stuff in the store that was probably left on planes. Plenty of cell phones, tablets, computers, lots of clothing, jewelry, etc. I believe a lot of it is liquidation items. You can find some deals, but you really have to look. It was kinda neat going there, I probably won't go back.

Service was slow and some things, especially designer bags were priced too high. Higher than new. Electronics were a good price.

Got some decent Bose nc headphones for a good deal. Otherwise it's a hillbilly nightmare. Customer service sucked unless you're female or look like a hillbilly, so maybe dress accordingly Hey, I call it as I see it. Sparkling men's room, though

This has become my favorite place to shop with my family. They have the best deals on all types of merchandise. The service is also spectacular. We received help from Alexis Bolton, she s one of the best sales reps I had a long time. She was so knowledgeable of the merchandise and was able to direct me to exactly what I was looking for. It s great to shop and have help from someone who s honestly trying to do her best with making sure we were satisfied. If you've never visited unclaimed baggage center, you don t know what you re missing.

It s crowded and crazy with the COVID-19 rules and regulations. But I love the place. New Men s Only where the Annex used to be is awesome.

We drove 575 miles one way to shop in this store. What a joke it is! We do not believe this store is honestly "Unclaimed Luggage". In the clothing section, which is 90% of the store, I found NEW men's T shirts lined up. Dozens of them same color, same size, all new. In every color imaginable. ($6.99) Would they get these out of luggage? NOT! Plus Walmart is cheaper!! They had designer handbags hanging at full retail prices and they included the dust bags inside, women don't travel with the dust bag in luggage?, NOT! If the story they tell is true they would have a warehouse FULL of luggage for sale too, they did have about a dozen or so suitcases is all. in closing unless I lived in the same neighborhood I wouldn't waste my time there. Very disappointed in this bogus store. OVERPRICED, OVERPRICED, OVERPRICED!

Great place for a bargain if you're willing to dig a little.

This place has so many cool things and a wide variety of interesting stuff. I can normally find something here to either wear, read, or use.
Also lots of cool novelty items.

If you ever and Scottsboro Alabama and you have time you have to go to this place they have everything from luggage to electronics. I love it here give yourself at least 2 hours

There are some good bargains to be found if you don't mind used items

This store has lots of fun things. The prices are similar to a thrift store. Definitely plan to spend 2 hours minimum here.

Great place and a must visit for out of town guest. I ve heard it told that this is one of the top tourist attractions in the state of Alabama with approximately one million out of town visitors each year.

We trekked out to this large multiple building complex from Huntsville only to be truly disappointed. This place is just an overpriced Goodwill. Everything is almost as expensive as buying it new. We will not be back.

Very cool experience. You never know what you will find! Everything was fairly well organized and prices were decent. Haylea in the fitting rooms was great and so helpful!

Know what this: an overpriced thrift store. Falsely advertised as access to unclaimed baggage, yet a majority of what they sell is priced at retail value with tags that lie about the actual retail value. Every chance at a "spectacular find" that they like to advertise is already filtered out by their distribution center that gets everything of value before it even goes to the store. Moreover, around 30% of the store is from the superstores after their stock is old. Save yourself the 1hr trip off the freeway, shop online you will find better deals.

Get stuff here that you can't get anywhere else in town

This was so disappointing!!! It's more like a resale shop. Way over priced items. Worse than retail. There were several areas marked unclaimed cargo which was code for lots of the same stuff at retail price. The store was packed full of dummies packing their carts with over priced USED clothing. Clearly not experienced shoppers. The handbags, the shoes, the clothing all over priced. The untested iPods and music players with no cords was a real deal...NOT! I scoured the entire store not a deal to be found. If people would stop loading up their carts with these non deals then maybe they would go down and have reasonable prices for the used items they purchased in bulk. I am not penny-pincher either. What I am is a smart shopper and I do my homework before making an impulse buy.

I go here every year for Christmas and I always walk away with one item I really love that fits me perfectly. We found a wonderful Calvin Klein coat in great condition for $26.

Some things are overpriced but there are good deals to be found if you're willing to hunt for them. That's the draw of this place; the thrill of the hunt. They have a little bit of everything.

Used to be a great store. Now they are extremely over priced. You can buy the items new for what they have them priced or very close to it. Today was the last time I'll shop there.

At one point in time this place was great but it has become something of a victim of its own success and it no longer houses all great deals. The problem is that they have different people setting pricing... some set lower prices than others. There are some very good bargains but do not expect this across the board ....it is more like a treasure hunt where there are some great deals among a lot of not so great or mediocre bargain's. Also many people come with "buyers fever" from other states and countries and the store seems to be able to charge higher prices due to this.. There are still good bargains but be aware you will need to look- not everything is a bargain.

I do think it is worth a trip but only if you are aware of and willing to search for the bargains: if you expect everything to be a fantastic price you will be disappointed.

The staff is extremely nice and friendly. The " returns" policy is terrible- all you will get is a store credit -not of much use if you leave the area or do not frequent the store.

I loved it! The drive was relaxing coming by way of Atlanta, GA. Great road trip for you and your special someone...lol. We went there as an adventure trip just to see what the hype was all about. We found a wonderful Cannon Ti3 camera for the low $300's and a fabulous London Fog Garment Travel bag on wheels for less than $150. The jewelry, diamond rings and such was a treat as well. Ohhh don't let me forget, the funky cow girl boots for $45.00. Heck my other cow girl boots cost over $300.00 elsewhere. Planning on another trip in the next few weeks...holiday grab bags...hahahaha. Live a little and explore a lot. Peace.

Rare find. Its more of a upscale thrift store, but usually you can find good items if spend some time.

It's always like a treasure hunt to see what you can find. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Five days later, my wife is still smiling at all the great deals she got! We want to come back.

While employees seem friendly enough, assistance is hard to come by. Used electronics, firearms, and other items that would bring people from far distances for a great deal are way over priced. Save the money you'd spend on gas and purchase online.
