I made a purchase on the web on 4/8 and since I was over $ 2000 I had the free shipping. I hope you will send it to me in 48 working days as it is described in the web. On Tuesday 7/8 the 48 hours were completed and I consulted via mail if the order arrived on that day. Since there were people waiting for the merchandise to arrive. To which they respond "We find out and inform you". I never got a response and the order did not arrive. On Wednesday 8/8 I asked again about my order but this time by messenger and they answered the same thing "They found out and informed me". I decided to go to the store to have an answer, nobody knew anything. After waiting almost an hour they tell me that the order was not there and was in the company that makes the shipments. I had to cancel the order, and if I wanted to buy again there and pay at the time again.
To this day 20/8 I am waiting for the refund of the card. I communicate many times by mail and NO ONE KNOWS SAYS NOTHING. EVERYONE WASHES HIS HANDS ARE DERIVED WITH ONE AND ANOTHER AND NO ONE GIVES YOU A CLEAR ANSWER OF WHAT HAPPENS. Obviously they do not know how to take care of clients.
