Start of the new school year and again Umass Amherst ranked #1 college food for the third year in a row by Princeton Review. There is a large selection of foods with vegan and veggie options, gluten free and kosher food. Great Asian selection as well as nori rolls. Deli bar, Italian section and 10 feet of fresh salad bar

My favorite DC at UMass -- stir fry is good and the veggies are always good. Not the best food of all the DCs, but the best experience. It's rarely overcrowded, so it makes a good spot to study or hang out.

Wonderful staff, wonderful variety, locally (even campus) sourced food.

I miss it and I love it. Much variety of food. Well cooked. Many beverages. Sweet desserts. You also get ice-cream!!

Franklin is my favorite dining common on UMass campus. I prefer it to the other ones because the setup is intuitive, the food is of a steady high quality (in terms of both flavor and content), the staff is friendly and it is usually relatively (compared to other DCs) quiet.

Better than worcester worse than berk en hamp. As of 2019-2020. Only DH w/grilled cheese everday.

The people are fantastic and the food is out of this world.

The best dining management i ever seen.... they need to include some indian food also to perfect it
