Nice place for middle class or a little but high class people

Vry few brands were available in size xxl, and above all we wanted to buy joggers shoes but only one brand is available SCETCHERS no other brands available for shoes, although the brand boards are there like Nike, Puma, addidas . Etc etc but ONLY BOARDS NO SHOES

It used to be awesome. But now because of two incidents I am giving 3 stars instead of 5.
Incident 1:
1.I want to pay by future pay wallet (I have already loaded money in my wallet) and staff says payment from future pay cannot be done at first floor counter so I need to go to ground floor and again stand in Queue to do the payment. Just awesome.
2. Winter sale : All winter clothes were supposed to be on discount. I went to buy a sweatshirt which itself was recommended by the staff and also it was not misplaced by any of the customer because I was the one who entered the brandfactory very early when hardly few people were there along with me. Now what happened in I went to pay to the counter, now during payment the staff told me that the sweatshirt I have picked isn't in sale and now I was told to get something else instead because of this I missed my office bus and this way Brandfactory made my day superb!

Sales employee and counter they both are lazy in there work and not focused

I visited brand factory Miraroad on there Free Shopping Weekend. Well after all the hype they created for Free Shopping weekend, I was pretty disappointed after visiting. They didn't have good collection of Apparels and seemed like they are just clearing there stock. Neither did they had enough sizes for all the apparels.

The quality is ok and the products are decent. Do not expect reputed brands and latest trends.

Its a good place but the staff members dont know how to talk to Customers.They don't have control on their anger.I was asking them to bring the trolley he was telling me to go there and get that.One of their member on the counter was taking to a lady in a arogant way.Staff's were busy talking to girls. Staff's are not trained enough.But overall the place is good.

Place has a wide range of collection of brands to choose from with deals everyday. Men's section has a wide range of brands & perfect to try & buy any product.

The employee was rude. She didn't have change. And her exact words were "Mere paas change nahi hain pehle hi bol rahi hoon ". Is this how you behave with a customer?

All branded clothes at a lower price and mind blowing offers choices will definitely take you to this place.I personally liked this place because I can get branded quality at a lower price but the quality remains the same

This outlet of brand factory offers limited variety as compared to its other outlets this was little disappointing. The lift is also very small and very few people can manage to get in even the ground floor platform of the lift is not safe for elders. The staff is good. The discount offers are great but the variety is so limited and average that you feel it's not the best buy. Overall not a good shopping experience. You also have to struggle for parking outside.

Huge quantity of clothes, so much brands are there...!! And prices are cheaper than others.

Nice store. Have 2 floors divided in different sections. It also has a lot of variety. Heavy discount on all items.
U won't find fresh fashion(newly launched items)
It will be old stuff > 6months old....

The place is ok. Not much is new fashion stuffs. A but over priced even with the discount tag. Also, parking for vehicles is on the main road at your own risk.

If you are lucky u can get good things in cheap prices during sale... apart from that u ill get casaul cloths...if you need fancy and in to the fashion things..you ill find it hard to get it here....
