Great, friendly service around the store. Good selection of wines and private label products.

No problem finding parking here as they have a very large lot.

Pretty standard Trader Joe's with a lot of parking, which is rare.

TJ's, Hastings Ranch, East Pasadena. Helpful staff. Usual good products, usual good value for the money.

Now this TJ's location is wonderful. PLENTY of parking. Unlike the one on Hyperion, what a nightmare.. staff are much more relaxed and helpful here, and they ordered a HTF item for Mom. Thank you!

What is there to say about Trader Joes that hasn't ready been written? Staff here is extremely friendly and willing to help. I've gotten great recommendations on different foods to try. There is also an endcap with new porducts, I spend too much money because of it and have some new favorites.

Came in during the evening, it was weird; 2 minutes in some of the staff on the cash registers switched positions with the ones that were restocking. Which caused more employees to pass by us and kinda had to be more cautious on not to bump into them.

Trader Joe s Soy Milk Cherry+Chocolate chip Ice Cream - is one of the best ice creams (vegan and non-vegan) that I ve ever tried. Please never stop producing it!!!

It's always a pleasure to shop at Trader Joe's. Everyone on the staff is so friendly and helpful.

I like Trader Joe's Rolled corn tortillas chips that have chilli and lime on it but, gladly it doesn't have scientifically made dyes it has natural instead. So none of that red 40 or yellow 6!

One of the workers walked me out to the bus stop carrying my two heavy bags of groceries for me. Went way beyond to help, very nice.

Big parking lot. Easy to get in and out of, always spaces available. And it's right next door to Stonefire Grill which has great take out food. Two birds with one stone.

Always helpful and friendly staff, good prices and product selection but parking seems to be an issue with just about every Trader Joe's I've visited. Maybe it's just because they're always busy.

Spacious, nicely organized store with a wide selection in all departments. Good variety of wine and spirits, and a nice section for specialty cheeses. Produce and meat are fresh. Clean, with wide aisles, and abundant parking.

Great space for TJ'S, only issue is the parking sometimes.

Everyone tries to be nice but I felt so descrimimated by a few employees because of my skin color.

This place is so disorganized and the employees are talking to each other.From the moment you wait outside you don t know if you can get in to the store or not and when you trying to go inside they said wait on the line while they are distracted talking to their co workers. I been so many Trader Joe s and they all clean your cart or basket but here they give you a wipe cloth so you clean yourself.

When is time to pay its nobody running the lines so you don t know where to go and when somebody call you to ring you up they treat you like a kid to give you orders not polite at all like stand over there. never ask you please or would you mind.

My experience was very bad and I ll come back again just to yell at them soonest they don t treat people the right way.

So if you go there be prepare to raise your voice
And if you are the supervisor reading this train your stuff better.
