I had never golfed before this but I had good time. The food was good and the driving range was fun

They have made alot of changes because of Covid . They added more tables and took out some couches. I didn't like the tables. The couches were more relaxing and easier to feel connected to your group. I wanted to apply hand sanitizer but saw absolutely none anywhere to be found. I felt that was a lost opportunity to secure safety.

It was a fantastic experience even for the people who had never golfed before. The staff was friendly and our waitress Honour was top notch. We have already made plans for our next visit.

Food was surprisingly great. It was cold but the heaters were awesome. If you don't like big crowds, go in the colder months! So fun!

Awesome place for golfers and non-golfers alike. The food is surprisingly good given the venue and the games and technology are all very cool and awesome. If you're new to golfing, I definitely recommend requesting one of the upper decks.

I really want to give this place 5 stars but I've just had a few too many inattentive servers who I'd see talking with other staff instead of working or being oblivious to empty cups. The price has also gone up substantially ($10-20 per hour) in the last year to the point where it's not as good of a value as it once was. To be fair however, there's often a long wait so it seems justified given the demand.

I also wish there was a more stringent behavior policy in place, I have seen people hoard clubs, violently "Happy Gilmore" their shots in a way that feels unsafe for neighboring golfers, as well as roudy intoxicated groups constantly shouting and screaming. These people should be warned to stop and/or asked to leave. They are ruining a rather expensive time out for the people around them and management should be happy to refund their foof/time and kick them out if they are causing a scene.

It was awesome for a first time!! Just the service in the bar was bad. I loved the games and all of the other stuff the have in store!!!!

Typically go to Top Golf in Denver. First time at this location was last night. It was about an hour wait and we got our bay. Our waiter was super friendly and got us everything we needed. The only con was when I dropped some jewelry off the third level. I wasn't able to get it returned. I left my number and never heard back from them. This unfortunate experience was disappointing that I didn't get a call back but I'd definitely still go back. Thanks for a great time!

I've been before and had a great time. Last night we went to celebrate my son's 15th birthday and the service was TERRIBLE. From the time that we entered the door until the time we finished playing. We reserved bays and the staff that we interacted with initially were rude and were not easy to work with. Service while we were there for 2 hours was very slow, and again staff was rude. I spent over $400, but I will definitely not come back for any of my kids events in the future.

Great place to relax and have fun. Perfect for work team builders, hanging out with friends and family or a night out!

The music sound is too loud and not quiet, in general!

Went to Top Golf for the first time last night. I was so excited because I've heard nothing but great things, but it was such a disappointment. Great idea, outdoor bowling alley for golf. Sweet. Unfortunately, we sat at the bar during our hour wait and each had two drinks total. We would have drank more had the bartender not left us alone for 45 minutes. We sat there with empty glasses for 45 minutes while he just kind of stood on the other side of the bar. A female bartender noticed we had empty glasses a couple times and failed to do anything about it. We're servers at a nice restaurant in town so we try to be understanding, but these people just didn't care AT ALL. After he FINALLY came back over, we ordered food and they transferred us to a server so we could play. She was incredibly slow too, we had to order another round every time she brought drinks because there was a solid half an hour between check-ups. Oh, my food came out cold and came up this morning. Never again.

Great place to go even if you don't know how to golf.

It's always a good time.... But super expensive. The food is awesome and the drinks are tasty but very weak. I had 4 drinks in 2 hours... spent $40 and didn't even get a buzz.

If not for the fact that it's way too expensive per hour, the experience is good.

This place is a blast! Whether you like golf or just hanging with friends, this place delivers. Fun games from great skill level to just hit the ball and see what happens.

My wife and I love, love this place. Great way to spend a date night. Excellent food and service. A must visit if you are in Overland Park.

First time golfer, I had a lot of fun coming here with a few of my friends. It's a bit pricey, but overall it was a great experience. Didn't get to try any of the food, but it looked pretty good.

Just talked to one of your employees on the phone and oh my she was soo rude.. Obviously you are new to KC and not everyone knows your policies or prices/information but courtesy is the one thing I would expect from you especially with just opening.

What an awesome experience. Fun for a couples night or a family day.
The bays have extra seating available for your whole group . Each bay has waitress service so you can enjoy your time hitting golf balls.
Lots of cool games available to play to make it more interesting .
Cant wait to go back

The kids and I had a blast..... Great customer service.

Came with a party one of the people in the group missed the golf ball and they kicked us out. I didn't get a chance to swing.

Food was great! Indoor staff was terribly slow, forgot napkins and would disappear for long, long periods of time. The wait for a box should be based on reservation and not 1st come/1st served. Terrible idea...our wait was about 3 hours. Parking is also a nightmare! A bit pricey for the games themselves but that part was worth it. Our outdoor waiter was very attentive and gave great service.

I recommend the Mango Habanero Wings and Quesadillas...tasty!

The golf was a lot of fun. We had a reservation for the wrong time and they worked with us to get us in. Only complaint is that if you pay for unlimited food and drinks, it's just beer and u get one trough of chicken nuggets.

First experience here and enjoyed it. The food was good and the staff was amazing. This is a great place that can meet the many needs of people wanting to just hang out with friends or to take their golf skills to the next level. Great atmosphere.

It was fun, though wish they had more room for sitting with group. Wish they had explanations on how to play the different games.

Customer service as ALWAYS at every TOP GOLF I seem to go to is lacking. Maybe instead of selling $20 chilled pitchers of beer, they should invest in some customer service classes. Great environment, and great system. But like I said, unfortunately, this seems to be a systemic problem across the corporation. Bartenders are,not formally trained, host staff dont know how to great customers, and servers at the bays are standoffish, with out recognizing when customers raise thier heads and are looking for them. They walk with thier heads down and avoid eye contact as though they don't want to be bothered.

Had a great time with my brothers. It's a nice twist on golf. I had fun even so I'm no good golf.

I continue to be impressed with just how terrible the service is. Drinks were often empty, orders wrong, long waits for everything and no one seemed to mind. An overpriced evening of mediocre fun...

fun times with the boys. a little expensive, unless you go in the non-peak hours which we should have done. Our boys 8 and 12 love it-a great fun golf experience.

First time ever to a golf range (of any kind), it was actually quite fun (thought I'd embarrass myself) but ended up being very fun experience

Loved it...and I didnt even golf. The food was amazing!!!

Expensive! Easily drop $200 without blinking. You pay $50 just to get in line and then they don't even deduct from bill once you rent a space $65, pay for memberships and then order food. Take family to bowling, save $100 and have just as much fun.

It is alot of fun even for the first time golfer.....one of the cool things for me is the transformation of how it was built since i helped build it and what it took to make it what it is today.
