It's a place of address for banker's quarter perfectly. All bank quarters here like IDBI, Icici, Vijaya rbi and others are here in Malad East. Auto rickshaw drivers generally don't like to come here b coz it's a place about 18 minutes walkable distance from Malad station.and a little bit high.

It is really a very calm & quite place to live. Persons who prefer that kind of life would love to live here. It is close to western express highway, so traveling by road especially by own vehicle is good. Only catch is the one who prefers walking, may find it little hard as it is perched on hill. It also has BMC garden at the entrance which is maintained reasonably well.

Beautiful Masjid following the true Path of Islam (Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamat) Maslake Ala Hazrat.. Jummah timing is 1.45 pm and the best part is they do not use Mic for Salah
