Showed up for the zipline with my family. 6 adults and 1 child. Was told I had to wear a mask. Although I'm medically exempt, was told there are no exceptions. That is not the mandate from panhandle health. They should have told me when I was making the reservation not after we were already there. The man who stated he would be our guide was extremely rude. I would not recommend your business to anyone and will let everyone I know (Facebook,Twitter,etc) how I was treated by your staff.

This was more for kids or the elderly who have heart problems. Definitely not a thrill as a teen. Had I been nine it would have been great. Besides that the staff were nice and engaging.

My three boys and I had a great time. Spiderwoman and Sweaty G were awesome guides - though one of them embraced their nickname more than the other :)

My husband and I did the Full Zip Tour which is seven different zip lines.
Our guides Emily(Cheese) and Sheldon(Shelly) were very professional and very personable and funny.
The views are spectacular and the guides take photos that are for purchase.
I felt very safe the complete time, because our harness was hooked on at all times when we were off of the ground.
It was very exhilarating! I loved "hanging" out in the tree tops. The last zip was the longest and at 400 feet high, it took my breath away!
Dress for cool mountain breezes. I definitely would recommend this experience!

This was definitely an experience I will remember forever. The view were great, the crew was knowledgeable and very attentive! My only regret is I didn't pull out my phone and take more photos!

Fun! I would give 5 but there's always room for improvement - like another line I would do it again! The guys are great!

7 different lines, each getting longer. By the last one I was comfortable enough to really enjoy the ride. The staff was perfect and didn't say anything negative about my weight, which I had been self conscious of. I am ready to do this again!

This was an awesome experience! Our guides (Markey and Grant) were so hilarious and fun to be with during the tour. There is a lot to do (7 ziplines total with each getting longer and faster) and you definitely get your money s worth. Awesome views too. I will definitely be telling people about this place.

Awesome experience! Our guides Marky and Britt were amazing and helped us feel very safe and prepared (even some in our party who are afraid of heights). You get beautiful views of the mountains, lake, and town. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to do something a little bit adventurous.

We took our son for his 10th Birthday. It was such an amazing experience! Our guides, Anna and Chase, were phenomenal! Professional but fun! As a family with young kids, I never once felt unsafe. Our son even screamed "Best Day Ever" on the last line! As a side note, I would highly recommend doing ALL 7 lines!

Fun time for all of us. The lines get progressively longer and higher to end up at the 1600 foot line across a 400 foot high valley. The staff was great and made tree experience that much more fun. They took photographs of us as well. I can definitely recommend it!

We went out today zip lining with Rose, Grant, Shannon. They were wonderful! We had a good time and would recommend doing this to everyone! Even locals :) thank you for a great Sunday! Oh it was safe too.

Absolutely recommend as a must do while in Coeur D'Alene!! The views were amazing and the course was great! My guides Grant and Aaron were awesome, they were very funny, super nice and really made the trip enjoyable. I also recommend getting the cellphone lanyard, it makes it extremely easy and safe to take pictures and videos while on the course as it is hard to access jacket pockets while in the harness. I would definitely do this again!!!

You never really know what you are going to get on a tour like this. I am happy to say that all expectations were exceeded. Guides were fun, displayed expertise with safety, and made the excursion a blast. The views were majestic. Highly recommended!

Lots of fun but too many bees and too many people in groups so we had to wait on each platform w all the bees for waaaayyyyy too long.

The zip lines are played out nicely to get you ready for the largest one. The views are awsome, along with the whole trip. Will be back again. Thank you for the great time Grant and Maddy.

It was the most excited wait all the way there...I won't spoil it for the ones who haven't gone but I can surely say one things a fact...it was exhilarating life changing and scary lol...I would definitely recommend trying this once in your life it was so awesome and the staff was amazing and so fun. They really took care of us and my us feel so safe and comfortable.

We had an absolutely amazing time! My wife and I agreed that it was the best zip line course we've ever been on. Our tour guides were M&M (Maci and Mark)... They did an excellent job! They were very pleasant to be around and did an awesome job making you feel comfortable - and there was never a dull moment! The last line was the best! (but they were *all* pretty great, too) We look forward to doing their zip line course again. We will probably do the night-time course before the end of the year, and then do their day course again next year after their 8th line is installed. Thanks for such a great time!

My amazing experience all began when I had the opportunity to accompanying my granddaughter to Idaho. While there we had a truly exhilarating experience! We began our adventure in downtown Coeur D'Alene where we got outfitted with our gear. Then we were transported up into beautiful mountains above Coeur D'Alene where there are superb lake views. We learned the "ropes" with super friendly, thoughtful, and accomplished guides who took us from platform to platform, across suspended bridges, and soaring into the treetops, sometimes above the birds. There are a total of seven zip lines, getting progressively higher and longer. The last line was spectacular! 350' above the land below. What an adventure - one I would repeat frequently if I lived closer. The staff is exceptionally courteous, friendly, funny, all the while assuring our safety. My only regret is I didn't have a GoPro camera attached to my helmet to be able to relive the experience!!

We were 2 zippers in an assembly of 9. It was the first time either of us had zip lined. Our guides (Grant and Jake) were very entertaining and always made us feel more than confident in their abilities. The staff at the office was excellent also. We had a blast and look forward to taking our family later this summer.

7-line adventire seemed expensive at first, but once we went through all seven zip lines, and with our fabulous hosts Grace and Hannah, the experience was once in a lifetime and priceless. Worth every penny. Book with them today!

Professional, easy to work with, and the course is SO much fun! We LOVED our guides M & M! They were funny, easy to talk to, and worked hard to make it such a fun ride! The lines were well built and had beautiful views! Definitely was a trip to remember!

My husband and I went for our anniversary and it was the highlight of our trip! I have to admit we were a little nervous because we are both afraid of heights, but the safety procedures and great guides (Cory and Michael) made for a fabulous experience!

Awesome experience for all ages, fantastic view and the best personnel. This was my daughter's (13 y.o.) and my own first time ziplining, the guides JT and Grant made that time smooth and save supported with a lot of fun. We all (it was 7 of us - all different ages, the youngest 9 y.o. and the oldest - retired couple) felt save and really enjoyed all 7 zip lines and 2 bridges. Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for an unforgetable, pleasant experience full of excitement!

Loved it, a must go for all ages. Starts with smaller lines for beginners and works it's way up. The final zipline is 400 ft high, and you can go up to 50mph. Also great guides that are really friendly and helpful.

It was amazing. It was so much fun to glide thru the trees and feel like your flying. The staff were awesome as well. The two guides we had were super nice and made me feel safe. Plus they were still having a blast even with so many people to get thru. I will definatly be comeing back again for another round.

The views are amazing! The first few zips were fine, but the zips keep getting bigger and bigger. By the last zip, you cruise 1200' to 1400'! Plus, it's more of an outdoor adventure; the last bit of driving, you ride on a utv. Plus, there are rope bridges and a rappel off the last landing pad. All-around, an awesome adventure!

Outstanding adventure and unequaled quality staff at Timberline Adventure. Our family of 9 went zipping (some for the first time) for the morning. From start to finish it was a memorable experience. Kudos to the trained, friendly, and helpful staff. We were reluctant to leave our Timberline hosts.

We did a tour today, and it was the best zip line tour I have ever been on. You start in downtown Coeur d Alene (walk into the mall it s in the back left hand corner) they fit you for your harness (I suggest getting the phone lanyard. They were super helpful.) You then drive to the tour site via van, then go up the mountain in an ATV. I loved how they start you out easy and then gradually build up to the grand finale (even a true adrenaline junky will get a thrill out of this last line!) Our guides Mateo and Spencer were great, and had our young kids ages 7-13 conquering all kinds of fears.
The only negative (which is out of their control) was the bees. There were a lot at each platform and 3 members of our party got stung. My advice is use their precautions and don't wear scented lotions or perfumes.
Even with the bees, I would do it again!!!

Timberline was awesome from start to finish. Located at CDA resort, parking was convenient and central. The check in process was quick and simple. Lockers are available for the little things, keys and anything you don't want to leave in the forest. The gear was given first and available for inspection before so as not to be unaware until arriving at the mountain. Guides were with the group from beginning to end. A quick 15 minute ride and the adventure begins.
Our group was 5 from Spokane, 2 from Michigan and 2 from WSU. A good mix of older and younger,60s to 20s.
The guides were fun, encouraging and definitely knowledgeable. Emily the commander, Rosie the safety wizard and Grace the encourage. Absolutely wonderful to experience the views and surroundings with such a great crew.
We did the 7 zip lines. Each had a bit of special feel from jump off or go straight at start to miss the tree. The 2 bridges even added to the feeling. We wanted to do the lunch time adventure but the schedule was booked. The 2 rappelling added a bit of adrenaline even for 30ft. The heights were impressive, trust the equipment, no fear.
Have fun, enjoy, challenge yourself.

we had a lot of fun, came up for the weekend and decided to get the adrenaline kick, and we sure did the last two lines are pretty high and give you the kick you need our guides were pretty awesome as well will do it again soon

The most fun thing to do in north idaho for sure! The 7 line zip tour is the bomb, next time will try the treehouse lunch too!

We had so much fun! Went for my husbands 30th birthday. Guides Justin (Red) and Noah were so nice. Great amount of fun and such a good price. Spending the day in the trees was amazing. So peaceful. We will have fond memories of this place!!

We went on the 7 line tour today for my birthday and it was an absolute blast. Fish and Jason were our guides and they made it fun, knowledgeable, and worth while! The guides took their time to explain the rules (in a fun way that ll make you laugh) and also helped ensure we were comfortable and enjoying it. You get a complete view of the beautiful lake and gorgeous scenery. If you are stopping in CDA take the time to stop here! You will not regret it! Thank you Fish and Jason for making our adventure so enjoyable with the jokes and great attitudes! Managers need to give them a raise!

What a nice experience. Our guides were Jake and Jade amazing young man and young lady. The 7 line zip was fantastic, its all about having fun and the guides make it so. I cant say enough about how satisfied I am with the experience. I never got to thank my guides because I got a little sick during the ride back so I just kept to myself. So thank you for the experience, and letting me sit up front haja!
