Awesome German meals and it's great that they have the QANTAS points set up now.

The staff were charismatic and a pleasure to deal with, and have the overall experience very positive.

The atmosphere was pretty good too, the outdoor area really did a fairly good approximation of a proper German beer garden.



The food was actually a bit of a let down for me, it was good, but seemed a little over cooked/dry. The quality of ingredients seemed good too. I don't know if it was because I was there on a Sunday or why, but I guess because I been told so many good things it might just have been my own anticipation of what I was expecting.

Over all I would go here again, even if just to sit outside and enjoy a bier. If when I'm there next time the food less over cooked I will give 5 stars.

Better atmosphere than most of these enclosed malls. Good layout, spacious, and a pleasure to shop there.

What all centres should at least aspire to. Easy layout. Decent collection of shops and eateries. Always clean. Parking a slight hassle, but not the worst I've encountered in Melbourne.

The best shopping centre in the west. So many shops and usually everything you need is here. Except a Kmart.

The place is clean and has most of the things you will need. The foot court is uninspiring but again, if all you want is a quick meal then you should be able to find something. There are other food stores scattered around the shopping centre that are very good (dumplings is a stand out) but you need to go and find it, should be easy there's always a line.

I went to KFC and as I realised they had forgot my slid food on top of that they didn't give me my drink before I picked my meal up I had to ask . There are a range of shops for young and old at good prices .

Always a great place to hang out with friends after school or on the holidays it so fun you can do so much things like watch movies, go bowling or laser tag! I suggest it so much.

Horrible customer service. Made me feel unwelcome after I asked to pay on card I didn t know about the minimum and I would of happily taken cash out and the server Chloe made it very clear that I was being a nuisance and said she could let me pay card this time but she was very annoyed with me already and just made that very clear. I then asked for take away when she took my order and then bluntly said tell me earlier next time! She didn t ask? I then felt ridiculed by other staff who were near her at the time. Just be nice! I m just trying to get some soup.

Good shopping center for locals with lot of places to shop and eat.
There is lot of parking space both open and closed. This shopping center is always busy whenever you visit. Which is good sign for any business.This shopping center has hotys also with LUX option.

Highpoint is the western suburbs version of chadstone. Lots of brand name shops and variety stores.

This shopping centre is rather like every other big shopping centre.
It has all the usual stores, the usual eateries and lots and lots of parking.
Cinemas as well.
If you live close by then you're sorted and if you go to another one further out you've simply wasted petrol.
They're all the same!

10 to 15 minutes away from CBD. In a good neighbourhood.

Very spacious and ample parking facilities are available.

Absolutely devastated the Highpoint store is now permanently closed. Sign says please check the website for other locations, there are no other Victoria locations. It was a local favourite.

I find Highpoint to be a maze. So large and so easy to lose your bearings as to where you are. Deficient in provision on information desks and frankly the electronic directories are confusing. You really need to have a personal gps to find your way around and the way back to your car. Shopping centres can be too large. Highpoint is not only large it is also multi level. Huh I walked 7 km around and around until i finally got my bearings.

Plenty of shopping, eating and entertainment options. Undergoing renovations and looking pretty good. Lots of parking although during big shopping days traffic around the centre can be heavy.

Confusing layout but has heaps of stores. Too busy on most days.

This mall is absolutely amazing! I would of given it 5 stars if the escalators to different floors were easier to find.

So many stores to choose from, great for the whole family. The updated Arcade area is great for the kids and adults alike!

One day when the world is nothing but shopping malls we will remember a time when it was us humans who ruled the shopping malls.

Timezone was fun but that's the only good thing except that one store with death note stuff. Oh and the Lego store. And EB games and zing but they're everywhere

The mall is kind of messy and also the building is considered a bit old

Bigger shopping centre for the western suburbs. Quiet during covid ofc, but generally has everything you need. The crime problem that spiked in 2017/18 has calmed down significantly which makes it a better place to shop now.

Great shopping centre, but get in early to get a park and beat the crowds.

Take my 3 year old here and they are so great . Friendly, professional
