Sorry folks it might be convenient but Soo loud, confusing and poorly signed. Do not take overly sensitive children here ( or adults for that matter) it really left me feeling anxious and disoriented.

Everything you need - just avoid at Christmas - too many people and not enough parking.

Great place to shop but you need to have the whole day and not lug a 2 year old around with you

Very crowded, hard to find parking space and shops are hard to locate

Bloody HUGE! I set a new step record on the fitbit visiting this place!!!

Too many broken escalators, very slow in their renovation, but the biggest annoyance is their car park availability system.. it hardly ever is accurate..
The cleaners at Highpoint are friendly and the variety of stores is pretty good.

It s no Chadstone.

Hopefully one day, they will have all the shops leased.

Good for shopping around with families and friends. Big Cinema Time Zone and 2 Food Courts

I love this place. I visit a few times a wk. So many parking options, easy to get around , has great stores, the developed newish area looks really nice and I can wait for the rest to be done.
Lots of casual lounging spaces, accessible toilets near entrances, great if you have young ones. Def worth a visit.

Huge shopping centre. You can lose your time at once in it...

One of Melbourne's largest and it has one of the best varieties of retailers you could find

Been coming here for so many years, and although I've been shopping here less and less in recent years, the place just continues to grow. Some say it's the Chadstone of the Western Suburbs, I'll just consider it a great place to spend a weekend.

So many different shops, and so many places to eat and waste time. But one major question I have, why has time zone slowly gone from a massive place to almost the size of a shoe box now?

Keeps growing. Favourite big shop centre in Melbourne. I'm not a shop centre person but this is the one I stand most. Max therapy there is fab. Just moved shop.

This shopping centre has made a real effort to update itself and provide the West with great boutiques as well as the usual brands. The food is a problem however you really have to look around for the healthiest options but if you take your time, those options are available. Not cheap but rather delightful.

Big shopping center with plenty of variety, seemed to be kept neat and clean.

Usually I am happy here but sometimes it is just impossible to find a parking. I gave up after going round for 30 minutes.

Loved the extended part. Lots of new shops and options to choose from.

Huge and almost everything is there. Tiring for a family with 3 little kids to chase around haha.

Great place to visit with the wife. The seating in front of all the shops are comfy. So if your wife is out shopping there are plenty of seats to comtimplate life

Heaps of parking and easy to locate one. Pram and wheelchair accessible wherever you go.A huge arrange of shops and eating places. Shops range from speciality shops and the usual chain style. The help desk is incredibly useful and will point you in the right direction if you are unsure where to go.

Huge mall for shopping anything... great range of products...busy place...

Large shopping complex. Shops range from food items such as a Woolworths and bakery through to designer boutiques like Chanel. Has Myers and David Jones, an Apple store, as well as food courts, banks and a cinema.

Context: I came here several times when masks were required indoors due to COVID-19 restrictions.
It is VERY disappointing to see that Highpoint Management has failed to ensure that patrons abide by the mask rules. On boxing day which is one of, if not the busiest shopping day in the year, there were A LOT of people walking around without a mask on. They shouldn't even be allowed inside without a mask considering how crowded it was. Unlike Chadstone there isn't anyone handing out masks and ensuring rules were followed for social distancing and masks. Extremely poor COVID-SAFE measurements in place.

good large shopping centre with diff variety of brands, well maintained and always see renovations to expand bigger

Everything will get and so natural place for restaurants and shopping .. high point is just high level.

This is a great place to go shopping, it has all the major retailers like Big W, Apple, Samsung and Woolies, it s has two food courts massage places, jbhifi, Hoyts and Ebgames, plus it looks amazing

Big!! Large range of shops, got what I needed, including exercise getting there :D

This is our go to shopping centre any time we are on holiday in Melbourne!!

Really enjoyed coming to the Bavarian on Sunday afternoon was a little quiet but I really enjoyed the German beers which were amazing and the meat platter was great fed the 3 of us. Live music started at 5 with a guitar duo which was nice. Happy hour goes for 3hours with craft beers and cider from 4pm everyday. Definitely will come again soon.

Big enough to get lost in with multiple food courts and so many shops but great selection for everyone's needs from food to fashion. Keep up the great work
