Innovative Breakfast! I got the Huevos Benedictos which is an poached egg over a sope with black beans and salsa. It came with a side of potatoes and I got the side order of pork sausage which made the meal all types of delicious. The sausage looked like it was about to be tough but it was the easiest and most savory thing to bite into. The server was so kind. And I liked the outdoor space I got because I got a nice patch of warm sun.

I had a really good salad with beets and goat cheese here.

Such a cute cozy place. The egg sandwich was perfect, and the iced chai I got was also excellent. The fountain in the middle of the courtyard is beautiful. I ate here once before the pandemic as well and it was lovely, and the very good news is that their food holds up perfectly when it is in takeout form. Friendly staff and quick service, and I love the part of town it's in.

american food and the setting here is very good. It was so tasty. The service was very welcoming and observant. This place has a nice design.

Second time, my breakfast was oily, like beyond greasy. The kind where it just coats everything in orange grease and you can't taste anything. My Irish coffee was disgusting. That was the most disappointing part. Irish coffee is one of my favorites. The coffee mixes poorly with cheaper liquor so it's really easy for me to notice when a bar uses something other than Jameson/Baileys.

A preferred place for american food. Everyone at our table was enjoying everything. The staff was very welcoming and sociable. The bill was appropriate for the quality. Menu is like a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.

Wonderful ambience food his homey service is like at home can be good I'm sure it could be better like their custom drinks the honey ginger Coheed oh definitely worth trying hipster setting but comfort people

#2 came with 4 drumsticks, rice, salad, and a drink. The legs were good. I got it in teriyaki chicken sauce. I liked it because it had good flavor and wasn't drenched in sauce. Next time I'll try just fried without ant additional sauce.

Great outside eating the only thing that would make it a six star is if they put ice with the water.

I think it was really about enjoying dining on their nice patio than the food. Chicken and Waffle was good but I have definitely had better. The crab cake benedicts were just ok. It was a bit hard to tell if there was any crab meat.

Food is good but there isn't a large variety of food,. May take very long on weekends. Not for quick bites.

Nothing can beat this Howling Ray's sandwich.

Everything is great, flavors, spice, I've tried everything on the menu and various spice levels. I would wait 2 hours for their chicken sandwich.

I've recently tried to order their food on Postmates, most of the time it says " restaurant too busy" 2hivh I

The patio is beautiful and so is the ambiance. There is an extensive menu. Everyone can find something they'll like. Service has been great every time I've eaten there. It's not mindblowingly amazing food, but solid comfort food for the whole family.

Pretty decent place especially if you are going to have a happy hour or hang out with friends or are on a casual date. Good drink choices, plenty food options for most pallets and ample veggie and vegan options. Nice outdoor location especially if weather cooperates. Roadside tables can get noisy with traffic but overall recommended.

Cute spot with good eats! The service staff is good! The place has a decent vegan selection but could offer more. The vegan burger could be better crafted to not fall apart so badly. However, my overall experience there has been good and they have a bar!

We got there at 3:51 and realized they closed at 4:00 worried in the car about being rude I finally dragged my mom inside because I HAD TO TRY THIS PLACE! A couple of friends recommended me and all I heard were good things. The staff never rushed us or made us feel not welcomed like most restaurants do when people come 10 minutes before closing time. On the contrary they were super friendly and explained the menu in depth. We ordered the two soups, fried fish (MP today was $16/Ibs ), the combo fish and fried shrimp. Everything was delicious, I'm still dreaming of the fried shrimp.

I live this place. My first time a few days ago and I'm blown away. The hot isn't as hot as I thought I honk I can go up a notch. The guy that helped me was super patient he even recommended I get one hot one medium if I wasn't sure about the spice level. I think his name was Kenny great customer service. I will surely be back. Writing this review just now makes me want to go back there today.

Cause of COVID-19 restrictions we decided to try it for the 1st time. We spent about 30 min in choosing of what we want and finally ordered Fried Chicken and Waffle, and Pancakes.

All meals were delicious and totally tasty. Me and my wife were satisfied for sure.

Discovered this gem on G+. The food was yummy and I loved my mimosa. Everyone was attentive to our needs. I went for Sunday brunch and had the chicken and waffles and a mimosa kit. They leave the bottle and orange juice for you to serve yourself. Totally shareable. I will gladly come back again.

The worst customer service ever. The hostess was mean and unhelpful. They had available tables and she still made us wait for a table for two. And it s on a week day in East Hollywood area. Well we won t go there again and wouldn t recommend this place to anyone even though it s in my neighborhood. Nice decor is not everything.

American food, very delicious. Do not leave if it's busy, it is worth it. Service is typically great. It has a cool interior. Like a restaurant in Washington I loved.

...sadly a year ago I would have rated this 4 or 5 stars....it has gone down hill as the portion sizes and prices have gone up....pretty much stopped going to either location.

The chicken and waffles seemed to have lots of reviews so I decided to try it- the chicken was a bit too black peppery for my personal liking but over all it was great with the waffles! I definitely recommend this dish!

I also HAD to try the bacon mac n cheese! It was really tasty and a good portion for sharing!

Looking forward to trying some of their drinks next time :)

Cocktails are amazing. I had the vodka and cucumbers and watermellon that was incredible! The atmosphere is really cool and hipster and comfortable. We were there for brunch and we couldn't have been happier. I had the egg on top of fried rice with turkey sausage in a skillet that was unique and really good. Also try the brownie bites for desert. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Really one of the best spots in Silver Lake!

Amazing service. Ordered the fried chicken and waffles. Perfect crunch seasoned just right, but breading wasn t completely fried. I do recommend if your looking for great customer service with a nice drink and a quick bite to eat. Food came out just at the right time. The calamari was to die for the sauces complemented the flavor. Overall, the experience was great.

The red velvet pancakes are amazing! As is the pulled pork sandwich and the burgers. The green pomegranate tea is great as well! The decor of the place is simple but beautiful.

Five stars for this places atmosphere but my grilled chicken wrap came with basically no chicken.

My friend got the ahi tuna burger which tasted much better and the calamari was good as well

Great vibe. The outdoor dining area is great. Peak hour may cause difficulty in acquiring a table on the spot but the food & drinks are worth it. Service & coffees are great. I've been here several times and it's consistently impressed me.

This is a must go to if your in the area, the habanero wings were amazing, also had the Mac and cheese bits as a appetizer and both did not disappoint. For my main course I had the breakfast burrito which was just amazing, the breakfast fries were good as well, and they have different varieties of beer seasonally, and there's a great ambience in the place. 5 star.

Good bar to go to after dinner, always full of people. The bartenders are fast and nice.

Although this place is somewhat dusty/windy ii did provide valet service and the Beet , candied pecans, blue cheese and pear salad was delicious and mouthwatering.The earl grey tea hit the spot too.I highly recommemd this salad. The wait staff was effectively set to provide great service.

The venue itself was really cool, except that we had some berries fall on us while we were eating dinner, presumably from a critter in a tree above us. The food was really good and different. I definitely plan to go back.

We stopped here for lunch and I was so happy! The food and service was incredible.

We started with some crab cakes, followed by clam chowder and garlic steamed crab. It was Dungeness crab season, so there was a special menu for the cab specialties. Oh my goodness. I wish I could have tried it all.

The crab cakes were a little spicy, hot, and crispy. Perfect. The garlic steamed crab was sheer perfection. That's all there is to it. And of course the chowder. Piping hot, salty, so yummy.

Best Benedict's I've ever had! The servers are always sooo pleasant! The mimosas are tasty and the atmosphere is perfect for brunch!

Second time here for late lunch. First time excellent in all respects. This time falling short in all respects except courtesy. Questioning if efforts for a tiebreaker will be made.

This place is a gem. Beautiful outdoor seating with incredible trees to provide the right amount of shade. Every seat is the best seat in the house.

Wow I love this place so much! Been here a couple times and I can't believe I never wrote a review! This place is great! Very affordable and very tasty! I got the pad Thai lunch special! Can be made vegan upon request! That also have a WIDE variety of vegan and vegetarian options! The service is great too! The parking can be a little bit tuff as it's street parking but it's totally worth it! Come down to Thai Rama and support small businesses!

This place is my most favorite restaurant. We are generally here once a week for lunch.
Their nigiri is the best. The oysters are consistently good. Well deserved 5 stars.

Solid selection of both Mexican style and traditional breakfast. I got El Ranchero because I was craving Mexican style, but I bet the eggs Benedict or biscuits and gravy would have been great as well. I'd probably only recommend el ranchero if you're really in the mood

Service was excellent. Food was great. The atmosphere was beautiful, only thing I'd say is a little more lighting once it gets dark. It's hard to see anything once the sun goes down.

If you haven t been here then stop looking for places to eat and go try this place out. Their outside patio is an experience all by itself. Not to mention the service is usually excellent. But they are a local favorite so if they are busy you just have to be patient. A wide variety of food to select from on the menu. Everything is done well. They have really good Chai lattes. The Crab Benedict or Chicken and Waffles are two other good recommendations.

They get very busy on weekends. I try to be there between 8-9 am if I m looking forward to breakfast there.

Everything tastes good here. I've tried every single pasta dish they have here. Fresh ingredients. Very casual atmosphere. Desserts are also amazing.

Okay, so...
Getting here can be a nightmare, as in anywhere else in the county of LA - depending on the time of day and day of the week. UGH!
Parking can be tricky too so just KNOW that this might happen so it doesn't screw up your mood.
We lucked out and literally parked at the front door.
We walked in and were promptly greeted by what seemed to be the entire staff and seated!
