You can get almost everything you want here and of course there's a chic place to eat when tired of shopping

It's decent supermarket for qurum and in adjacent areas. Good collection of local and imported goods and groceries. Along with nice discount amd offers it makes a nice proposition for daily grocery shopping

Good place for shopping. It opens as early as 7:00 am unlike Carrefeur for example. The upper 2nd floor has a lot of high quality camping material (Imported). When it gets busy, the line can be really long and slow. The bakery serves excellent fresh cakes (the take orders as well). There is also a food section that serves sandwiches, snacks and sushi.

Its a good place to go for shopping as it's has less crowd and also some of the most exquisite stuff which one won't find in the local market!

Quality products and brands, rates are on higher side if you compare with Carrefour or Lulu

Clean produce, Lots of outdoor activities & gardening gear, variety of household it s.
Most importantly, open till 1AM, so it is the best spot for shopping late at night!
Not as pricey as people think but has less product variety than LuLu & Carrefour
Wish they hire more staff to help out shoppers!

Very good facilities .. price bit higher when you comparing other departments stores .. you will find some rare brand products which you never seen anywhere in Muscat .. also vegetables are very fresh .. you will get delicious shawarma between 11:30 am - 1:00 PM but only on working days

Substandard products are also mixed in the rack. When I tried to return a wall clock of 'Orient' make after just used for 21 days, they refused saying that it is not under warranty, which was surprised to know. These kind of acts will keep customers away from Sultan centre.

Good store. All westron items are available over there. Nice arranged. Don't forget to go at restaurant at 1st floor.

Good super market to shop. Nice staff to support. Like the non-veg section since they serve fresh. Vegetables are bit costly but worth for it.

Hi my experience with sultan centre is ok i was fine but something worst happened with me i ll share and i wont recommend to anyone to Shop from there.I visited today and gather my stuff when i go to counter first there was only 1 cashier 2nd there was one customer lady before me she finished her stuff & suddenly one of her friend came to counter & put her items before us and ready to pay the cashier asked her sc card she start searching after long she found card and strt paying it took almost 10 min.my first complain is against balushi with curly hairs Cashier why he didnt excuse & accepted his mistake & when i asked wht you are doing this is not fair then he was very rude without any respect he said they are togather.Next time i ll never Shop from this market where there is no respect for customers & all non trained staff is there.They should respect to customer & must be fair with everyone....This is my experience i am sharing with everyone...
