Stores are smaller and selections are scarce. Won't make it a point to go back again or recommend

Nice outdoor mall with a decent amount of stores. Everything from department stores to a tattoo parlor. Parking can be difficult to find at times. If you find yourself in search of a spot, just save yourself some time an head over to the parking garage behind Macy's

Awesome place to shop. Finally a mall type place close to my home. Check out the nightly light shows. Pretty cool. Also activities for kids several times a month I believe. Favorite stores:Barnes and Noble, Macy's, Dillards and all the eatery/restaurant type places are great with excellent food. Good for a lunch after Church!!

Nice place. Good mix of big name retailers and smaller stores.

Outside friendly atmosphere and new amazing design for a mall.

I enjoy the variety of shops here and the atmosphere is always welcoming, especially for people with dogs.

Barnes and Noble and Red Robin are my favorite places. Parking can sometimes be a problem.

A few stores going out of business but it was expected after the outlet mall opened nearby. Great selection of stores, lots of great activities, car shows, farmers market, symphony of lights during the holidays.

Upscale street level shops with large anchors as well. Parking garage free. Street level parking in front of stores, metered parking, which I didnt like. Its not MB or Rodeo Drive. Most stores are corporate ones, that ppl come to rely on. No unique mom pop stores, that I noticed..

Nice place to take the kids and out of town guests.

Cool place to be, many shops to go to and great activities for the kids on Saturday morningish. I generally like open door malls

This review of The Shops at Wiregrass concerns the March carnival rides in the east side parking area. This small carnival is a nice event for families to walk around and enjoy the myriad of rides and games. It's even better at night after the sun goes down and you can enjoy the scenic light display on each ride. This is a nice event to attend when headed to the mall.

Love Wiregrass Shops!!! Take my dogs there all the time to walk around. Absolutely great place for adults, kids, pets!!

Aweful place, florida is too hot for an outdoor mall. Poor lighting indoors and terrible loud music everywhere you go.

My first time to go to this mall. It was very nice outdoor mall. Went to one of the restaurant Red Robin. Food was great!

Clean and attractive facilities and a great selection of stores. With as spread out as the stores are though, it would be great to have better signage around the building for smaller stores in addition to the big anchor stores like JC and Macys. We had trouble finding the store we went for because of the lack of direction while driving around the exterior of the shops.

I live in the area of the wiregrass mall only to see that 2 stores have shut down and left because the ownership of the wiregrass mall is asking the stores to do renovations at their expense and I. Addition raise their rent!!!! Thus is why businesses shut down!!! So sad to see but I presume many more will go out of business.

Beautiful out door mall better to go in evening when cooler. Winter is really nice. Great upscale shops very clean music playing lots of benches for the husband's while waiting for us the wives. Resturants all great. Enough security and in the fall the sherrif department are out with there horses very cool. Christmas you must go Santa big Christmas tree lighting concerts just the bomb

There is so much to do here. Shopping for everyone in the family. Plus there are numerous restaurants to choose from. They also have special activities for the family during holidays and specials times during the season.

Good on a slightly cloudy day, too hot sometimes during sunny days and not good on rainy days but the stores are cool. And people can be friendly.

I like this mall because it is not a big building like other malls. You can walk in the street and check the stores. Also, tere are several nice restaurant there.

Please management we need more security ( teenagers) never respect and very annoying, they have to be watched.

I've been here a few times with my daughter. What a great place to go and just walk around and Window Shop or actually shop

Aside from having a wide variety of shops, they're always having fun events and the fur babies are welcome to join the family walking around outside.

Went in store Lady was very nice helping me to fine the Blouses and she was so helpful .

This place is always clean and well managed. The shops are decent and I think they could use more places to eat, but it is always fun to go here and enjoy a nice walk with the family. There are small activity areas for kids (chess and checkers). They do occasionally hold events here and there is a center stage. The train ride for kids seems great and the little play area is a nice break for parents.

Beautiful walk shopping. There are some restaurants and a library with children area.

This is a fantastic outside mall. Plenty of shops and places to eat. They have many activities that go on during the weekends. It is also a wonderful place to meet friends and family. Or go out for dates of any kind.

Beware the parking meter "scam"

I needed to return an item so intended to park on the "main drag" for about 5 minutes. The previous parking meters have been replaced with solar meters. A sign on the meter said it had a $1 minimum but I assumed that was for the credit card option. I put in a quarter...nothing. Put in another quarter...still nothing. My daughter says, "It's a dollar minimum!!!" so I ended up putting in an entire dollar in change. Nothing. By then I'm annoyed and don't have time to move my car to the back of the mall so I go ahead and scan my credit card. It charges me ANOTHER dollar. So I go into the store where the sales clerks tell me they have been having trouble with the meters since they were installed "about 6 months ago". They tell me to walk all the way down to "customer service" (a total misnomer) in the 90+ degree Florida heat and tell them and they can refund my money. I walk down to "customer service" and explain that the parking meter isn't working and I would like a refund. The "customer service" representative then informs me that they have no method in place to refund customers when the parking meters malfunction. (By the way, while I was there, I walked by two other customers also having trouble with the meters not working...so apparently this does happen a lot). The representative told me I "could" have come down to customer service and they would have then called mall security so that I could have THEN gone back and stood by my car and waited for security to meet me. Security, would then allegedly make a note NOT to ticket me. Now, how the would I have KNOWN that WITHOUT walking away from my car, with the fear that I would get a $$$$ parking ticket on top of the $2 you already got from me?Did I mention that I was trying to get in and out of there QUICKLY, not stand around in the heat waiting for security to maybe show up?

To make matters worse, the customer service representative told me I could fill out a slip of paper to file a complaint, and someone would call me. It's been over a week and ...no call.

WIREGRASS MALL MANAGEMENT:
Sure, "it's only a dollar" but how many times a day is this happening to your customers? To have no means of refunding a customer when your parking meters malfunction infers you really don't care about making things right.

You need to develop a protocol to refund people when your machines don't work.

One of the best malls in the new Tampa area. Would have gave it a 5but its missing some big name shops.

This is a great mall. I like that it has an open concept so you don t need to walk through an entire mall just to get to the one store you need. They also have a great selection of stores so you can find pretty much anything you need at this one spot. I also love the holiday spirit they have going. they have nine Christmas trees! They have a little village with shops too. I can really feel the Christmas spirit here.

I went to grillsmith ordered out and waited 45 minutes

It's a fun place to go you need to experience it yourself you can park your car and just walk to all the shops there's all kinds go have fun take your sweetheart and go have a nice time...

Cool outdoor mall. Has a lot of nice stores and some great restaurants and bars.
They always have weekly events going on.
Was recently there during the Christmas season, and they had a cool Christmas Tree light show, as well as an "ice skating" rink on the street

It's a distance to drive but lots of stores. Some opened at 10am which is a problem to some.

I'm not a fan of outside malls but it's a great mall with plenty of shops to choose from but...it is an outside mall so if your not a fan of the heat. Place might not be for you.
