Spacious rooms and halls. Very good hospitality provided by the staff and management. Location, service and facilities would be the reason to recommend this 4-star to others.

Perfect for Business and Lesuire. Entire hotel is always kept clean and well maintained. The rooms are sufficiently spacious and comfortable. Chefs make tasty food. Breakfast options are good. Staff can be more courteous and smiling.

Good ambience , I've just went to attend a engagement function of my close buddy! Food and hall was excellent.

Pathetic experience with rooftop candle light dinner. Spent around 4K and was f.... waste
Spoiled my entire 1st wedding anniversary here.
The servers were not attentive moreover they gave importance to ala carte than couples who opted for food package.
Ambiance was apathetic and there were almost 5 to 6 odd tables very close to each other never felt like candle light dinner at all.
No no no for candle light dinner....

Nice hotel .. We enjoyed at bikes and barrels the pub .. Swimming pool is nice .. Good stay with friends..

Stayed overnight here, couldn't explore more. Reception is bit slow, but all the other services are enough fast and friendly. Hotel interiors as well as room interiors are too good. Can't talk about view from the room, alas the hotel is in mid of the town

Nice place to stay in mid and hot of the city as well reserve rooms in prior notice to save money and hold space for required days.

First of all worst service, which is bearable if we are looking for a place to buy a product at cheaper price. But here the price of jewelery is all at higher end, wastage for Rings is 9 % even for a simple model, + 1 % VAT that too ok as it is government side + 1 % for credit card where as Lalitha jeweler and others does not charge for it. Beyond these the collections are very less and also crooked or in irregular shape. I suggest to avoid this, I purchased in the new shop at Usman Road on 11th Dec.

I landed in the wee hours and was delighted with the warmth of the greeting and lightning fast check in. Room was a combination of modernness and convenience with impeccable washroom and crisp linen. Loved the breakfast and the efficient service going with it, making me feel welcome. Wonderful dining options, traditional and contemporary.
