Sad shell of what it once was. Not at all worth the visit unless you have reservations at one of the 3 or 4 overpriced eateries on the third floor. This was once a bustling luxury shopping center...now at least 70% is closed, there is no longer access to much of the second and third floors. There was once a subpar, but rather enjoyable water light show that in my opinion, probably costed Caesars little to nothing. Keeping this open would have potentially been a winter destination for many families and even couples, but no...they close it. Not sure what else to say except do not visit, if there is nothing else to do, watch a movie in your hotel room.
