A stroll on the pier for lovely ocean and boardwalk views. We enjoyed the indoor beach setting with amazing views of the ocean, beach, and the boardwalk. A number of good restaurants, clubs, shops, and comedy shows. Not a 5 because a lot of stores werent open.

Practically no stores left open. The only stores that were open had really bad customer service. the mall itself (stores aside) was nice. Pretty sad to see it unused and pretty much abandoned. Now all it's left for is mall walkers and that one tourist attraction store "It's Sugar"

The playground is a wonderful shopping center located off of the boardwalk in front of Ceasars hotel. They have many stores including Apple, Its Sugar, Michael Kors, Tommy Bahama, Tiffany and Co., Sports city, Victoria's secret and Pink, And so much more. It is a great place to shop at in Atlantic City. They also have great places to eat at including Phillips (seafood), The continental (American), Buddakan (Asian), Souzai sushi & sake (Asian) and Piazza Di Giorgio cafe (international). I love to go eat here since you can choose from all of these eateries in one place. The establishement is kept very clean and is modern. They even have a place you can sit at on the 2nd floor that allows you to look at the waterfront and boardwalk. I prefer coming here at sunset to watch the sun over the ocean.

We loved coming here with the family!
when the family came to visit us from Puerto Rico we would bring them here to watch the light show, Shop, Eat at some of the beautiful restaurants and Eat at the Food court. But Now No Food court ,No water & light show, a lot of the stores are closed! It's just Bars and restaurants. There's no place for the kids to eat. kids like small thing to eat and fast and No place for them to hung out at . The small area with sand and chairs, so they can set and chill isn't there anymore . Well the sand is gone.
This is a place for Adults Only Not for Family's with Kids. Still beautiful but in the day it's dead.
I HOPE THEY MAKE IT MORE FAMILY FRIENDLY.

I wish there was a few more things to do or places to shop. The entire middle level of the building only had about two or three open stores, which was a bit underwhelming. The overall atmosphere of the mall also felt a bit like a ghosttown. However, the restaurants located at the top were all very unique and clean.

Beyond special events such as comedy, music, TV shows and the bar at the end there is not alot going on inside. It does have a great view of the beach if you go all the way to the end in the food/bar area.

Loads of stores inside to do some shopping and there are some great restaurants. If you go to level 2 & 3 you can go to end of the pier and outside there is a observation deck and that's really nice.

Sad monument to the crumbling atlantic city skyline. Empty shops, vacant storefronts, and half the place is either down for maintenance or blocked off for visitors. Not worth the time.

Have always had a good experience here. Great views and selection of restaurants up on the 3rd floor. Since I last visited a couple years ago, looks like they added a new place called Monkey Bar along with a handful of entertainment venues. Has the ingredients to be the hippest spot on the boardwalk if they can pull everything together.

This used to be a bunch of stores and restaurant but most of this mall you have to pay to get in because it's mostly night clubs now. People have weddings there too. There a great place you can watch the Sunset set also a cute area.

A shopping mall with a bunch of different stores like clothing stores, candy store, sneaker store, and some REALLY good restaurants upstairs on the third floor. Buddakan, The Continental, Phillips Seafood, and Souzai. Buddakan is my favorite for their happy hour $5 drinks and apps which are worth $10-$15.

This mall could be absolutely beautiful however, it is not being used to it's full potential and is very sad and disappointing. There are only like a total of 5 stores and 3 restraunts in the whole 3 stories of mall.

For the most part this was a ghost town but up on the third floor is a little gem of a grouping of eateries where the happy hour drinks are delicious and the food specials even better. I had some of the best peanut sauce on chicken I've ever had and with it the absolute best margarita. It was a nice escape from the well drinks of the casinos.

Buddakan is 5 stars but it does get crowded - could be loud on weekends - definitely need a reservation - worth it and definitely get the edamame ravioli - i didnt see much of the other stores in this pier tho

The place is empty the candy store cell phone case store a convenience store and the sports jersey store are all that's in there everything else looks like it's permanently closed Governor Murphy really screwed everybody.

This is the mall formerly known as "the shops at cesars." It is a shell of its former self with 70% of the stores gone. The fountain at the pier end is long gone. What remains is seating on the 3rd floor that overlooks the ocean. The candy store, Apple store, Wet Willy's and a comedy club are on the 1st floor. Nothing appealed to me on the second floor. Still worth a trip but it is sad to see.

It is a nice shopping center with a good although small variety of shops of all kinds. It has many empty or un-rented premises, although on the top floor it has beautiful views of the Atlantic City beach.

In my personal opinion the closing of shops or empty spaces is due to the fall of tourism in Atlantic City, I think that at some point this city was a tourist paradise and little by little it has been losing its lucidity.

Ok place to go if you like to go shopping, its located on the boardwalk in atlantic city right across from ceasers palace casino. Get food on the 3rd floor and pretty good local comedy at night! If your ever in the area check it out.

Very pleasant shopping and dining experience - one of the few locations one can shelter from rain with a wonderful view, as well as seating!
Quite a few retail locations are permanently closed - ~50-75% are not opened (but cleaned out and presentable). Some very interesting locations still remain and the food court is upscale and enjoyable!
