Well laid out ,the best location in the world over looking the Taj Mahal . What Mike could you ask for .

It was an amazing experience. Surreal. The staff was very warm & accommodating. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The bed was big enough for 2 people to sleep
comfortably. The best part about the hotel were the people. It was like, they had a sixth sense. They knew what you needed, how you needed & when you needed, and made it available before you could even ask for it. Very perceptive. The food was delicious. Evening cookies were heavenly. The evening Bharathanatiyam with tea with the backdrop of Taj Mahal made it a beautiful memory.

Better than other hotels, you will get all the facilities

Great stay. Staff catered to our early arrival, provided breakfast, and even temporary guestroom to freshen up in. Mark was exceptional!

We visited for breakfast and evening drinks. The breakfast choice was excellent and the service was very friendly.

We had a superb experience at the Oberoi. It is of course the best situated hotel for visiting the Taj Mahal (you are but a short golf cart ride away for your visit at dawn). What we didn't expect was unbelievably gracious and friendly service from the entire staff, exquisitely designed and tendered grounds, gorgeous pool and spa, and delicious and innovative Indian cuisine in the restaurant. It's one of those splurges that actually ends up feeling like a great and unique value. Highly recommended.

You would love to sit in the balcony with the eternal Taj Mahal in the backgroud and sip a cup of coffee with your loved ones.

This place is beyond outrageous. We called in for a drink and it felt like we d been transported to the late 19th century. Perfect views of the Taj on amazing grounds.

The experience of visiting amarvilas was perhaps better than that of visiting the Taj Mahal itself!! The staff is super courteous, helpful and accommodating. I had coffee and lunch at the place, both were out of the world. The view of taj over the green cover from the amarvilas is great. Amarvilas in itself is a beautiful property , must visit!!!

The Oberoi as the name suggests is one of the must places to be visited. Amarvilas, located in Agra, just adjacent to Taj Mahal gives a beautiful view of Taj Mahal from its every room, hall, restaurant and bar. When we come to hospitality, no one can beat the Oberoi's in this sphere. Prices if seen are competitive enough as compared to any other 5 star hotel in this range. But once a person visits will realise the worth of every single penny spent. Food...the most awesome one....can't stop licking your finger. Atleast once a visit is a must for all.

This is hands down a stunning property. This is the 3rd Oberoi I've stayed in and what sets them apart from any other chain in the world is their level of customer service. Everyone is very kind, accommodating, and helpful. They remember your name and most importantly they don't call you by your first name. It really bugs me when hotel staff address me by my first name when I've not given them permission to do so. In my job I always address people as Mr. or Mrs. until told otherwise. In any event , if you are traveling to a country in which an Oberoi is located you owe it to yourself secure a room. The hotel in Agra is expensive buy you will not find a better view of the Taj Mahal nor better customer service.

In my humble opinion, it has pleased me more than any other of its sister hotels. The grandeur of the palace like architecture surround you in a plethora of awe of the new classical Mughal-esque build. The highlights are gilded dooms which are an eye magnet all around the premises.
The indigo colored pool is a sight to behold. Every room has a view of Taj Mahal, yes it is bonkers! The staff didn t give any opportunity of complain and every room comes with round the clock butler service. The concierge service is also amazing and do not lose an opportunity to catch a glimpse of sunsets from your balcony. A room with balcony is recommended and you can have an evening high tea or your night s dinner whilst looking over the expansive gardens and the Taj domes on your horizon. The only thing which can be improved is the provision of better TV sets in room, they re a little obsolete for their application.
