My fav music venue for a variety of themes. Check it out when in Cleveland.

Why host a LGBT event and be so nasty to us... Co host of the show felt the same way.. I will spend less money on my next visits. I respect we all have our passions and what's acceptable but I don't favor such forward mental lazyness... And im still wondering what to do with this empty bucket and my empty beer cans.....

Wide variety of musical shows. Friendly efficient staff. Tasty food. Nice beverage selection. Beautiful river views. Convenient paid parking. Handicapped accessible.

Above and beyond!! Very accommodating!Lisa and Ryan responded to my needs! Wow I m impressed, Bob Marley, Lisa and Manager Ryan were great, even though, the downstairs bar made me feel uncomfortable, Ryan and Lisa fixed everything. I will definitely return. My visit was great!! Thank you for your kindness, great music, and great food!

I attended the Baroque Bistro with my husband and another couple, and all of us were pleasantly surprised (it was all of our first visit). We knew the show, being an Apollo's Fire production, would be top-notch, but we were also impressed by the venue itself and the food. The one slight shortfall was in the server's lack of knowledge about the food and beverages, but despite that she was pleasant and attentive. Overall, an excellent dining/entertainment experience, at a reasonable price!

Great place, great food, service was ok. But they were pretty busy so it was not unusual. It did seem like 3 servers were killing themselves and the rest were just kind of milling about .

The food was well worth the expense. The staff was friendly and professional. The live entertainment was so great, we didn t want them to stop. Also take time to walk around and take some pictures or just watch the boats and ore ships go by. I can t wait to find another excuse to visit.

I recently djed a wedding at this place and wow was it amazing. The food was great and the atmosphere was even better. There is a great view of the boats on the water that add to the ambiance. The entire staff was a joy to work with and I highly recommend anyone take time to visit the music box.

Nice layout in the Supper Club. There's lots of outdoor patio space and 2 levels of dinner tables. The music on level 2, in the back, is just right for conversation and listening. If you would rather absorb sound at deafening decibels, sit on level one.

Lively place to watch shows and enjoy a delicious meal. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun night out.

Concert, drinks and food were all amazing. Staff was courteous.

Chef oblivious about food allergies; I guess we bothered him. Believe me, if we were able to eat anything we wanted, life would be wonderful. We don't enjoy sticking a huge needle in our leg, calling an ambulance, and going to an ER because butter was in the dish. Today, this is completely unacceptable. Wish I could speak on how good the food was but too afraid to eat here.

It was excellent through and through. I loved the enviroment and the food/service was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Music Box to anyone who loves music or food!

We were told we would get chairs at the bar, but when we got there early, they had taken all the chairs away and we had no seats.

Great place to see a show. The food and drinks are great. View of the performers is second to none. Servers are a little iffy, but can be overlooked for the other benefits.

My last experience on their website will be my last after the shoot outs record release party in May.
On 4/10 I spent 40 minutes attempting to change a password on the music box website.
Tried changing password on flash seats and finding a log in to axs. Neither of which resolved my issue. Finally got the correct password to be charged a 15% service fee with 20 dollars of the purchase being a record for the band.
A service fee on merch? For the convienance of 40 minutes to attempt to correct a password. Perhaps some of that 15% should go to web design.
As noted both websites for the promotion company provided no correction and the security question authentication pushed me to the music box phone number so the issue was clearly their web design.

Great atmosphere. One of the nicest date night places Cleveland offers.

Great sound but who wants to set at a table to see a show? I could see if it was jazz or something. I've been there and bands have stopped at the beginning of their set and said 'this is really weird, we're not used to people setting down at our shows."

I think some shows they shouldn't even do a dinner and clear out the middle for people to stand.

Went to see a band called "The Vindys", awesome!!! Service, food, drinks right on top of! Establishment very well kept up, great dinner and entertainment scene. Wonderful views of East Bank of Flats and water...great atmosphere all around.

Oh my gosh this place was beautiful!! The view was gorgeous and the interior was so elegant, I loved it! Easy access to parking and lots of bars withing walking distance. The drink selection was good and they serve food, although I did not order food. Came here to see a band play and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend. Great for date night, girls night out, drinks, and depending on the activities that day even kids will enjoy this venue.

Great venue for music. But Dinner took 90 minutes and served cold. It was a sold out show. Will try again.

This is a fun location with a great view. We have been there for a concert and a fundraiser.

This place basically never disappoints. The Rusty Anchor restaurant is a bit more expensive than it should be, but the couple of times we've been there the food has been good, so can't complain too much.

The music is, well, it can really be fantastic whether in the music hall or the supper club. It's clean, well-appointed, service is good enough and you've got really great views before or after the show (or during, if it's boring).

We've never been disappointed; I daresay you won't be either.

Show and food both were great. Can't beat "Big Bad Voodoo Daddy " and the food was surprisingly excellent. Didn't expect that at a supper club. Well done.

Buffet was not good. Salty food including pancakes, potatoes and gravy. Music was great.

Very nice venue! We saw Michael Stanley we enjoyed the food and the staff was great!

Nice venue with view over river but food really needs to improve. Our party of five diners were generally dissatisfied with their different dishes. Many dishes too salty. Also lacked other flavors e.g. basil rice didn't taste of basil.

Great service. Matt went well beyond the call of duty. And, of course, the Falling Stars and The Smithereens were fantastic. Generic review, I know, but I am not a wordsmith.

Good music at a reasonable price, pick your style, there are lots of shows. Parking is reasonable at $5 next to the building. Drink prices are reasonable for such a venue, some in our group only had water. It was crowded when we went so go earlier to give you time to get parked and seated. Only items I did not like, but did not rate negatively were that they do pack in the crowd, so there is not much room between some of the tables and the only food choice was the $20 buffett, which is too much food as I am watching my weight. It would have been better to have a smaller, cheaper, food option.

Saw Escape Sat night. Was a blast. At the end of the night the back curtains were opened with the most beautiful scenery of The Cleveland Flats.

We absolutely loved this venue! The food is fantastic and it's so relaxing to sit on the patio along the river, beautiful views! We've been there for a show in the concert hall as well as a speaker in the Rusty Anchor. We loved the atmosphere in both areas! We're looking forward to our next visit!

Latin night, live band, lots of dancing... perfect atmosphere to meet up with friends or date night and have fun.

Gorgeous venue with amazing entertainment and an awesome staff! Love it!!!

The food is absolutely the WORST!!! We went on Cinco de Mayo - yes, Cinco de Mayo - and they had NO chips NO salsa (at 7 pm). Chicken tacos were horrific. The beans appeared to be a variation of pork n beans from a can. Taco Bell is an elite dining experience by comparison. Wish we would have brought some along. Had to give it one star in order to post review; it's really zero stars. Oh yeah, almost forgot to mention the margaritas containing no tequila. How pleasant!

Went on a Wednesday for the story, second for the food. Good service from smiling faces. Will be back

Looking for something fun to do. And enjoy a very nice brunch. This is the place to go.

Love this place. Staff does a great job, atmosphere is the best with the views of the river. Entertainment well you pick who you like!

Fun place, every seat is a good seat to see the show. The deficit is the seating being too close and impassible unless someone is asked to let you out. Seating elbow-to-elbow. Requested a soda, talked about the details and never received the drink. Received the bill as the act was closing with the last goodnight. Glad the show was a clap act, Avery Sunshine.

Best place to hear music in town. Great lights and acoustics. I love hearing only the music, not others talking.

My visit was the for a wedding reception. It was beautiful event and was wonderfully executed.

Very spacious. Great venue to host a party. Clean bathrooms and great food. Awesome view on the lake front. Friendly staff. A very nice place overall.

We had our wedding reception here and it was amazing! The planning process was a breeze, Shannon was so easy to work with and communicate with! When things didn t go as planned, music box staff just went with the flow and it was like nothing ever went wrong! They even participated in our wedding games! The food was also AMAZING and the head chef, Dennis, was so kind and came out to check on us during the reception. Highly recommend music box as an event venue and as a lovely place for a nice dinner!

Music Box is an excellent venue for an intimate concert experience. The setup enables a wonderful dinner (especially the short ribs) session followed by the performance just feet away. The staff has always been fun and knowledgeable, and knows how to be unobtrusive. I shall go to any show without hesitation.
