Food is always good. Service is fast in average. Great service!

Good food, nice outdoor seating, can't say much else

I love Habit Burgers! I can only recommend it to every vacationer who doesn't know "Habit Burger" yet - the burgers are super delicious, the sweet potato fries are great too.
In America I am in one of the branches as often as possible - and luckily there are many in California.
This Habit Burger Grill is in a great location, right on State Street in Santa Barbara - you won't be able to eat anywhere near that cheap (and tasty too).

The food was fast and really good no issues expect I asked for onions and they forgot but food and customer service was adequate

Amazing burger! Great prices in my option. The bread is what makes a difference and the fries are spot on. I actually like this place better than In-N-Out.

I could eat their burgers until I dropped over with a smile on my face

Always a local favorite! Gets VERY busy, so the wait can be long, but worth the wait!

Great Food, Great Ambience and Great Company. Excellent food and iced tea! I had the Chicken Club (Santa Barbara-style Chicken Sandwhich) on the first day and the Santa Barbara Charburger w/cheese. I had a bird stop by for a quick visit wherby he stole a frenchfry right off my tray. Unfortunately, I didn't have my camera as I usually do the first day. So naturally, I returned for a second day hoping for a repeat performance. The bird did not disappoint. An employee graciously offered to replace my frenchfries but I declined because I'm cutting out the bread and potatoes (too many carbs).

Cold fries and one grilled chicken sandwich completely wrong. Asked three times what we wanted, still came out wrong.

The food us good, but water and drinks taste terrible due to excessive chlorine and old pipes.

The Habit has been around in one location or another for as long as I've been around and I'm 42. Not from Santa Barbara originally but I grew up here. I remember the old Habit back in the 80's out in Isla Vista right next to Campus on Pardall St. They don't use their secret sauce anymore and haven't in about 30 years. I miss it.

Like any Habit, the burgers, fries, and onion rings are awesome. It's outdoor seating only. There are tables right on State St or in the back where it's shaded.

Super burger not too expensive to eat on the go after walking the State str in long and wide.

Burgers are just as good as in&out and the sides are way better!!

Save your money and your health. Tasted awful, meat was like rubber fries medium warm to cold. And soggy. They failed in every way. Poor customer service

Fast good junk food for a decent price considering the downtown location.

I love Habit grill but this One was the worst experience I ever had.
Very rude lady worker with bad attitude .
With stupid social distancing rule that I've never seen in other dine in restaurant or Burgries.

They don't have a full menu or Strawberry Limeade like most Habit Burger restaurants. I go to Habit for the Limeade! So disappointed.

Good burgers, great options and fresh. Plus, the location and value can't be beat!

This was my first visit to a Habit burger. Very busy place, and I can see why. The burgers, fries, and fried green beans were all great.

I spoke to the store manager heavy accent gave us the complete wrong order. Told

Good burgers often a pretty good line but the wait isn't that bad

The food has really improved and is really good the burgers and fries are not over cooked anymore and taste amazing

But today I had a horrible experience the cashier at 3:14 pm December 9th 2017 did not aknoledge me when it was my time to order she just blankly stared at me till I said hello and just decided the start saying my order. She was too preoccupied talking to her friends in line before me who were very rude and blocked me from ordering pick up my food and getting my soft drink the cashier also seemed to be giving her friends free food and she served me my food I asked her for chili s she gave me one I asked her for one more and she just walked away with out saying a word.

I hope this cashier get reprimanded for this horrible service.

The Habit is a Santa Barbara Favorite. Great burgers and decent fries with a convenient downtown location. Prices are fair you definitely get what you pay for.
