Really fun place to go to but the three stars is because my father in law and I had the rib eye steaks. I ordered medium rare and he ordered medium. They were cooked as we ordered but they were very very tough and had zero seasoning. The More

This has turned into an over priced tourist trap. They serve beer and wine now but you have to drink it in the hall not served in dining area. Steaks are overpriced and don't bother if you're looking for something else. I know that's what they are famous for but I go with my husband and I don't eat steak. Should offer other options.

We finally had time to stop in here for a meal and it was absolutely worth the stop. I had the Chicken Fried Chicken, it was hand breaded and served with cream gravy. For my two sides I ordered mashed potatoes and fried okra. For an additional charge I added a side salad. My husband had the 16oz. Big Texan Steak. The steak was medium prepared with a nice seared crust on both sides. For his two side dishes he ordered the mashed potatoes, gravy, fried okra and he also added a side salad. My husband stated his steak one of the best steaks he has ever eaten. We will definitely be stopping for dinner again.

Figured it would be more touristy than good food but discovered it was both. Had one of many lunch specials for $11 and it was excellent and came with one choice of many sides. Raspberry wheat beer was amazing and on way out was offered a piece of fudge . Service was excellent and we even watched 2 guys trying to devour a 72 oz steak for free in 1 hour. Great place and reasonably priced.

Place had pretty awesome steaks and although is a "tourist trap" I'd say when passing thru Amarillo it's a must see. And, we're usually the type to avoid these types of places. But, the steaks were great, there were some games, a souvenir shop, bar, and other cools stuff that made it worth the stop. I didn't think not was overly expensive, I'd definitely go back.

Had the breakfast buffet. More food than any person should need. Skip the eggs on the buffet and go for a freshly made to order omelet. Staff was friendly. So much cool stuff to check out after eating. With the stop.

Super neat decor, great menu, excellent beer choices. However after spending $100 for a meal for 2 was pretty disappointed they got my husband and my steaks mixed up with wrong cook temps..waitress didn't seem to care. Should've asked for a manager, so that's on me. But appetizer was excellent and the sauteed shrooms are superb!

Awesome food and great service. The staff were all very helpful and quick, the food was all amazing and they had plenty of options for the kids. The steak was cooked perfectly and the Jalapenos were the hottest I've ever had. The place is awesome, oh and the beer is pretty good too, brewed on site.

I didn't expect much from a tourist trap, but I was very impressed. I ordered one of their pecan porters, and the manager gave me a free 24oz for the wait.(which really wasn't too bad, but I'm not the type to pass up a free beer) which was delicious by the way. I ordered the 18oz ribeye, cooked perfectly med rare (I wasn't expecting that, or I would've ordered rare.) Loaded mashed potatoes were awesome. Green beans, were... Green beans. I ordered my steak with a 3 fried shrimp topper, which I forgot about till halfway through my steak when I realized they forgot them too. When I told my waitress, who was super nice, she brought me 9 pieces of fried shrimp, at no charge. Fantastic food, friendly service, and decent prices.

Came here with large group of friends and family. ...

Came here with large group of friends and family. It is noisy and confusing. Took over an hour to get seated. We were divided into 2 different tables. 2 waiters. No problem right? Wrong, orders were taken at the same time, table #1 got their food, table #2 got their food 30 mins later. I was on table #2, once our food was delivered to our table, My steak was not ready, according to our waitress. It came 15 mins later. By this point, I just wanted to leave. Everyone was done with their food and I had barely taken a few bites of my steak. Also, waitress never came to ask if out side of the table needed anything. Food was ok. But, honestly, it is overpriced. In all, it took about 3-4 hours to get out of this place. From the waiting to get a table, till orders were taken and food came out, until we were done eating. This is just a tourist stop, that's it. Will never come here again. If you want overpriced food, crowded rooms were you can't even walk, and noisy machines, then come here.if not, spend your money somewhere else, I'm sure there are better steakhouses were the service is better. Poor wait staff can't keep up with the amount of people that comes here. No sense in wasting your money for food you won't get to enjoy. So so disappointed. My husband's steak was bloody. He ordered medium, and it was burnt on the outside, bloody inside. Most of out table didn't like their food either. The rolls were delicious though. But overall, 25 of us left disappointed.

The best part of that to me because I live in Amarillo Texas is I go there once a year for the free birthday steak dinner.
The atmosphere is great with the style of Texas real Western like settings with the boots and jeans and cowboy hats in grilling to your Perfection on the steak.
A lot of entertainment and a lot of things to view

Little bit of a wait but theres things you can do before getting seated. Friendly barstaff. The food is a little pricey but shareable. The peach tea has changed, more syrup than a tea. If going through town a spot to check out.

Besides having AWESOME food, the service is outstanding. Living in Colorado we are sure to frequent this place every time we travel .
We are brown -skinned people but get treated like regular human beings , not like so many other establishments. We would like to give them a 10 star rating if we could!!
