Customer service is meh. One of the security guards isnt very professional. Good prices decent variety, open late.

This dispensary had a coupon on WeedMaps that said if you buy 2 1G s of any Craft Cannabis, you get a preroll of your choice for $1. Every time we picked a strain, the bud tender kept telling us that it didn t qualify even tho the whole page said Craft Cannabis. After choosing 2 strains that we didn t even want, we went on to pick a preroll so we could get it for $1. The bud tender told us only 2 of the prerolls qualified. We left with overpriced weed that we didn t even want. Not happy with their service. We will not be back.

The delivery coordinator (female) that is working this Sunday morning is seriously amazing! She's on top of things, knows her job and is easy going if theres any issues or changes requested. She went a little extra mile to make sure she contacted me so I could choose my first time FREE gift. I have yet to go in person but I know when I do, I'll be taken care of just like I was today after ordering from this dispensary!!!

ghost og awesome was amazing as always. Me and my friends also enjoyed the roserillo it was the highlight of the most epic night ever and it looked amazing in videos/ photos a real eye catcher. I would recommend everyone to try this at least once. Especially for girls night or bachelorette parties. The roserillo is wrapped in roses which makes its the perfect for photos and /or if you just want to relax and think about life. Just smoking it made me feel like bad bish which made my whole night awesome.. It's Beautiful inside, like a museum. They have their own cultivation with fiery flowers and make unique products like creams and drinks. Go get you some, and pick up Vegas Cannabis Magazine on the way in!

I took a couple of out of town passengers there after explaining that I get a 10% kickback of what they spend for taking them. They thought this was great after connecting on the ride about being from the same hometown, they insisted that I accompany them inside so I explained that I am supposed to wait for them, they still insisted. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes (with no medical patients) they get to the counter and start asking me for my opinion of what to buy. I tell them it wouldn't be fair because I get a kick back, the lady hears this and with attitude tells me to leave, the passengers get upset and insist that I come back, I was allowed but they were made to wait another 20 minutes. They only spent $70 instead of the $400 they withdrew from the atm. They still tipped me $40 and assured me that when they come back to Vegas they would be sure not to go there again and that they would tell others not to go there either.

Horrible delivery process. When you call they give vague answers on eta. Talked to 3 people yesterday. First 2 said it should be delivered soon. 3rd said owe the driver didnt take your order. They put a note to delivery early next day. I call the place and the driver again did not take my order.

I'm from Vancouver Canada and I know my buds this place has dry herb with bad taste and hasn't been flushed properly the ash supposed to be white not black and gives me sore throat not supposed to give people sore throat

This was my first dispensary visit. I can't compare it to any others, and I didn't actually buy anything. It seemed expensive, honestly, but it was cool to see the changing of the times up close. Walking distance from the Rio.

Just came from this place. Bought three pre rolls infused. Noticed they where each doubled labeled. Peeled off two labels and they where both the same pre rolls. Peeled the third that I didnt open and it matched the same. 190 octane all three were labeled when the top label was different. Got the pictures wish I could post.

This place is not just a place to buy ever you want. They will help you and treat you like you are a patient. Most amazing place ever.

To many other shops have better customer services they do not seem to care when it comes time to help their customers they cannot focus on one customer and are extremely rude

Obtaining entry and purchasing products was a smooth process. There were a lot of quality products available for purchase. My party of three was impressed at the knowledge and helpfulness of the employees. A personal favorite of ours was the cherry hard candies! The free popcorn with a variety of seasonings was a nice touch too! We look forward to visiting again on our next Vegas trip.

I admit, I'm an uneducated recreational smoker, and kudos to staff member, Anthony B. for helping me choose a few pre-rolls to enjoy. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful! The atmosphere of the dispensary was extremely chill, and loved how it had an old fashion feel. The staff members are professional in their appearance, and attitude. I will definitely be back!

Such a professional appearance not only in the comfy lounge but the show case was amazing I wanted to look at everything. So clean and the selection is amazing. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, very well dressed and carry them selfs in a professional manner . Really easy to find there is a huge bill board that says it s up on the right and the sign for the business is very clear. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to pick up some legal bud in Las Vegas.

I really enjoyed this place. It rivals the best spots I visited in Colorado. It scores on all levels. The location is close to the casinos. The place is comfortable in the waiting room and very classy in the back room. Everyone there is super nice (I've never met a sociable security guard but the one here the last few days is awesome!). The product is top notch and the variety is good. Just check it out once and you'll probably make it your go-to shop.

I love this dispensary! It's different from any other weed shop I've been too. I love the old school feel and the staff is amazing! The girls on the nightshift are so fun!! I love coming to visit Devin, my favorite budtender. She's knows her products and is so informative. And they're 24 hours now! Can't beat it!

Horrible prices and understaffed. I went next store after paying with tax $19 for a joint and went next store to Apothecary to a place called exhale twice as good half the price.

This place is a joke, they will offer you money to bring people here, but won t pay out unless you walk in with your customer....NO DISPENSARY that actually makes money even suggests you to walk in with your customer. The ladies in the front are so confrontational and are of no help. I will never bring another soul to this ghost town of a dispensary ever again. Completely overpriced completely overrated

Nothing but good things to say, they were great at answering my questions and it looked like an old apothecary shop. I visited ReLeaf too but this one is head and shoulders better customer experience by far !

Apothecary is the best shoppe in Las Vegas in my opinion. The staff are very friendly, they meet all the customers needs without hesitation. Fast service and all around I'm very happy with the service I get from these guys I highly recommend you try out this shoppe.

Visited the dispensary while on holiday from England, the whole experience was great from start to finish. I visited the recreational side of the shop and found the guy to be friendly helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Fair prices and great products.

Scratch this one off your list if your a Medical patient. Recreational inebriated tourists flooded the place and they took over and then ignored us and we waited and waited and waited.

I ve been into this place three times within a year. I live out of state. While other dispensaries In Vegas are run like a corporation, this place was very personable and took their time with me. I especially love Lisa and Maria! They were the best! They remembered me and complimented my Italian heritage. Big plus!

Used to be a great place locals came for flower buds. But they prefer to cater to tourist than to locals now. ITS A SHAME THAT They ELIMINATED $13 and $35 price of strain. There buds WERE great. A lot of locals came there but simply stop coming now we go elsewhere. It was nice while it lasted.

Bud was very dry and old. 3 kinds. Vape cartridge was bunk had a bad connection and wouldn't work. Tried with multiple batteries. CBD oil was good. Will not be back.

My first time at this dispensary was on June 8th I Purchased $30 gummy , $40 2 grams of some buds, $45 for .5g of oil cartridge and $20 vape pen to smoke it.

The good: the buds were great get Gorilla glue

The bad: the gummy s had no affect on me I ate plenty

The bad: the oil Cartridge .5g of doc s haze the Cartridge itself is cheaply made it s a plastic mouthpiece which is rough, the tases was more of a low quality bud after a few vapes it started to tases like the wick or the coil was burnt so the next day I brought it back to the shop maybe they could fix it or maybe it was defective cartridge but the owner had the nerve to say it was a Taste preference and when I told her it wasn t and it tasted burnt she said it was state law all sales are final like I wasn t looking for a refund she just dismissed me like I was looking for a hand out well I bought some more buds and left

Don t Buy any extracts from them stick to the buds

I have receipts and pictures to go with all my claims

They are many better dispensaries in Las Vegas a short Uber ride away
