Texas Yamaha, Inc Review

Staff was great when I purchased my bike from here. Jared helped me without being a pushy salesman which is all i could of asked for. Jared is also very knowledgeable in bikes. Appreciate all the people that made my first motorcycle purchase experience an enjoyable one. Also had a pup that told me which bike to buy. Would also recommend speaking with the dog, knows a lot about bikes. Thanks again Texas Yamaha!

Excellent repair work by Brad and top notch customer service by Matt!

Staff was extremely detail oriented. They found multiple other issues with my motorcycle and had them fixed in a timely manner. They were very accurate on the date they would have it ready. They also answered every question I had about what was going on with my vehicle and how it could be fixed.

Exceptional service. Very quick at getting my r3 pulled back and serviced. Exceptional staff. Will return again for later service.

They got me in quickly, they were honest, they also used the parts that I had previously purchased and brought in. They gave me advice over the phone as well. It seems like the labor was inflated slightly, but it wasn't as bad as I anticipated considering the circumstances.

Have been here 3 more times and they have always been very courteous. They have been very accommodating during the pandemic.

Great service, Texas Yamaha is a great company with a wide variety or power sport vehicles. Dirt bikes, jet skis, street bikes and much more.
The service department here is awesome, gets things done quickly and proactively. They also have a variety of Bike gear, parts and fluids.

I bought an atv here, I will buy my next one from here. They gave me top dollar for my trade in!! Guys are down to earth, and patient. Not pushy sales men.

Can't say enough good things about Texas Yamaha. I arrived in Houston last fall with no transportation. I decided I wanted a Kymco 300i because I'm a scooter guy. Laugh all you want, but I don't want to be able to go 120MPH. Because if you're a man, and you CAN go 120 -- you WILL go 120. That's just science. I also hate shifting, and there's PLENTY of that when you're stuck in Houston traffic.

I searched high and low for the best price and dealership. I went with Texas Yamaha because they had it for $600 less than anyone else. Little did I know I stumbled across the best bike shop I've done business with.

I didn't know bike shops in Houston are typically closed on Monday. I rode the bus all the way out there and walked the last half mile or more to the spot. When I arrive and discovered they were closed, I sent them a message on Facebook with my name and number.

The Sales Manager, Brandon, called me within 5 minutes!

He took it personal. He wanted to find a way to help and tried every combination of the lock possible. In the end, there's a lot of people involved in a vehicle transaction so I had to head back to my place near The Galleria.

When I came back the next day, Brandon picked me up from the bus stop. He also ran me to the bank so I could take care of my financing and treated me like family.

I've now had the scooter for 6 months and couldn't be happier. I'm 6'0'' and need to drop about 40 lbs, and it has NO PROBLEM moving me at 90MPH if it needs to.

Lastly, I just called back to ask some service questions. Brandon was as on point on a service call as he was selling me something, which is the true sign of a pro.

I went for something real simple, the emblem for a bike, they ordered and supposed to they had to call me to let me know, that never happened.

Sale's staff was knowledgeable, communicative, and extremely helpful.

We have bought several bikes here and they do all the service needed to the bikes. From the beginning of the sale to the end we have had excellent and professional sales people. The accountant does fast excellent work getting the paper work ready and can answer any questions one has.
The service department is very knowledgeable and do great work. The people in the service department are always friendly and very helpful.
Thanks for an amazing place to shop and have dependable and reliable service preformed.

Came here to get some work done, the tech Matt was freaking awesome, went above and beyond to help me out. I will def be doing more business with these folks. Matt the service manager is awesome to work with also. All around great guys and gals here.

I have purchased three motorcycles from Texas Yamaha. Their sales people and staff are on top of their game. It's been an absolute pleasure doing business with them. Any service work that I have had done has been first class. I assure you will not be disappointed.

The Management Staff at this location are the worse in the industry including the Finance Manager who only thinks of his bottom line when it comes to sales. The sales representatives are great and provide wonderful insite on the world of cycling.

Mat and the guys always take great care of me and my bike. Attentive and straightforward, not just trying to sell ya something ya don't need. Will never go anywhere else.

I have been going to Texas Yamaha for 7 years now. The entire team from the front of the store to the back service department is very polite respectful and willing to help solve whatever problems you have.

Had a issue with a wheel bearing I purchased a few months ago they warranty it it no problem. Would recommend to friends and family.
