Large hospital, parking can be very expensive though.

My wife was taken to the hospital last night by ambulance and as soon as we arrived there just in minutes the nurse came around and performed an ECG not long after that a really nice Dr called Liam saw me and made me feel listened to and took me seriously my named nurse was called Larissa and she was polite and would recommend MUSGROVE Park Hospital to anyone and my mice was discharged from hospital within 4 hours and the hospital was all nice and clean and was in there only 2 hours

Staff here are caring and efficient. Have had a very supportive experience, you have the feeling that you are in safe and knowledgeable hands.

Its a well run hospital, the staff are very helpful, it was a pleasure to be an inpatient

Went for a job interview here didn't even let me know if had or not but from what I saw its badly run

My partner was admitted to Musgrove for 2 nights, would like to say thank you to all the great staff who looked after him. Great service from NHS and lovely clean wards with helpful friendly staff.

Ridiculous waiting times in A&E, when asked how long we had to wait we were told by staff that they are not allowed to say. Then there s the cost of the parking ticket!!!

My dad past away in there he was having one2one care then it stopped. They said that it was there fault he died. They stop helping him. They kill my dad.

Spent 5 days here for an amputation just before Christmas absolutely A1 care staff were very professional and attentive and very cordial my procedure and after care at the hospital were excellent thank you to the dedicated hospital team on Brassington ward

My father suffered a suspected stroke today and we could never have asked for better treatment from the nurses in A&E Jo, Katherina and Ruta together with lady Doctor whose name I rudely cannot recall. We would like to give a huge thank you to all connected with our unexpected visit from Reception to departure everyone we met was fabulous.

Cannot rate the staff and services high enough.
The only criticism I have is in relation to the parking. Too little and too expensive.

I recently fell through a garage roof and as a result I have a badly broken my leg.
I wanted to take the time out to say how unbelievable my service and level of care has been.
The ambulance crew were incredible, getting me out and into hospital. The ankle specialist surgeon Mr Kelly filled me with nothing but confidence and all the staff and nurses on Hestercombe Ward have been outstanding.
I m proud of the NHS and they ve delivered nothing but outstanding care and results for me.
I m so grateful!

Thank you so much for the wonderful treatment you gave my son. He was treated with such care by the Ambulance, A&E and Gould ward. We could not have had better.

I was taken by ambulance to Musgrove, my first experience there. The A&E staff were all amazing, caring people who put me at ease straight away. Then I was transferred to SAU and once again the staff were exceptionally brilliant. Dolly one of the health care assistants showed real empathy and care and was constantly checking with me while waiting for my surgery. Afterwards I was taken to Montacute ward and once again the brilliant NHS staff shone through and nothing was to much trouble. After all they have been through in the last 12 months, I am amazed at their constant dedication and cannot praise everyone I came across enough. Thank you Musgrove.

I was admitted via A & E with inflamitory arthritis. I was in there for 3 nights and the care that I received was second to none, all of the staff were very good and I could not has wished for more. Keep up the good work.

Having been in the hospital for many weeks you get to know the staff.. There are fabulous nurses there really are but there are also ok nurses and down right negligent ones.. The standard of care should be 2nd to none.. So those who are in charge need to take more notice and take more action.. I'm not talking life saving care week I am as it all counts.. But I'm talking the little things.. Like telling a patient what you're doing.. Maybe talk to the family instead of being stand offish.. Maybe listen to the family when a patient wants or needs something ... The nurses like a gossip but it would be nice if they spent that time brushing up on your patient and people skills.

Unfortunately I have had to attend hospital numerous occasions, I am so thankful musgrove is my nearest, from heart attack to broken bones and all in-between, the staff and level of care has been brilliant. I CAN'T SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH

Saved my life, need I say more. Extremely caring and professional staff, not just doctors and nurses, I would also include all the supporting staff there too. Visiting times seem to be really flexible, food is good and you get plenty of choice (just ask). The Beacon Centre is just amazing is every respect.

Precautions against this virus were excellent, cleanliness was above the call of duty

Cannot praise Musgrove staff enough, a&e staff were so efficient and kind and follow up appointments with no waiting around

Went in for colonoscopy.. The information and advice, sent well in advance, was very clear and helpful. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very efficient. Everything was well explained and I had all the help and support I could wish for. The procedure itself was quick and far less painful than I expected. The post-procedure information was again very clear and helpful and friendly. Thankyou to all at the Colonoscopy Unit. You are all excellent.

Fantastic service last night when I thought I'd broken my foot, but luckily only a bad sprain. All the staff were great - friendly, and efficient, and the hospital looks spotless. Thank you all very much! Only minor downside was a Jobsworth More
