Congratulations on the change, but the ad is average, despite the cool idea, there is no element highlighting that you are breaking up with your own practice, because the reaction of this guest refers to you a few months ago.

On March 22, 2016, after a long absence, I came to Krakow and went to the T Mobile store on the Kleparski Market.
I was served by an employee Tomasz Grzechowiak who behaved outrageously.
After making a copy of my American passport which I reviewed for quality assessment he tried to snatch this copy from my hand
in a very coarse and rude way.
I paid PLN 100 to extend the contract, refused to check whether the phone was working and confirm my payment.
Faced with this, I left this store and went to TMobile in Galeria Krakowska.
There, a competent and cultural employee named Wojciech tried to put the right program on my phone, but Tomasz Grzechowiak blocked my phone for 4 hours
and only after sending him a series of emails was it possible.
Tomasz Grzechowiak's rude behavior does not give your company a good name.
I demand compensation in the amount of PLN 1000, preferably from Tomasz Grzechowiak's salary.
I complained to the headquarters at Marynarska St. in Warsaw on April 8, 2016. I received a reply from Jolanta Tober with a compensation claim of $ 6 (PLN 25) which I obviously laughed at.
20.4.2016 I received an email from Anna Wos with the same nonsense as the previous one.
I advise against visiting Poland using T-Mobile.
In the coming days I will write the same review for people who speak English.

You don't even deserve one star. God bless the company. Not only is the subscription somehow different (higher) every month, and it should be the same (this is what the subscription is about - other companies somehow have no problem with it), but if you want to quit, they will punish the amount of the Palace of Culture. In T-mobile Poland, of course, nobody can do anything. And I have to pay stupid fare for letting me make a balloon like a small child.

T-Mobile is one of those operators that, despite unfortunate events, works without any problems, the coverage of the network is the best in Poland, Play can hide (including those who are pissed off), colleagues at work -1 must approach the window ( they are on the Play network), and I never have a network problem. Problems with invoices are easily solved, access to services is easy, fast and pleasant. The offer is very attractive. Consultant Rafa , who solved my problem today, showed understanding and can see that he is also a human being. I write this opinion after a few years of cooperation with T-Mobile, because it was always ok, but when there were problems - a Data Center fire and my problems with one invoice - neither did I feel problems with the service, and the problem with the invoice was solved by Mr. Rafa in 10 minutes. I hope that he will get a raise - I will probably never change the network :) I honestly recommend.

Every month incorrectly charged fees. Every month calling to correct it. Scammers in one word. I regret that we have joined this network waiting for the end of the contract. I warn against the t-mobile network.

Unfortunately, I can not say anything good about the company and the services offered by them.

The consultants lie every time when concluding contracts by phone. I suggest recording them. With the extension of one contract, 3 different people wanted to turn me into terms other than those proposed on the phone. More than certain that you will get something different in the contract than what the consultant offered you. This indicates sales policy, not individual cases. You have to read exactly what they send.

I do not judge the shop as such, because I was not there, but the best network in PL. You call BOA and you get it done right away. Previously, I was in Plus and there was such a pathology that Jarek should by ordinance to outlaw this sloppy network, and her property to give the best or T-Mobile. I would recommend!

General opinion regarding the T-mobile operator:
1) At the signing of the contract, the employee of the T-moblie salon did not notify me that the funds from the account for the packages will be charged. By 42 top-ups, I was automatically charged PLN 50 for the package I did not want.
2) Regarding complaints regarding the problem in point 1) I was told by the customer service that nothing could be done about it.
3) Availability and coverage of the network: average.

It is impossible to rate 1.5 stars, and 2 stars is too much so I leave the lowest rating.
