If you have to deliver here, God Bless you! This place is ridiculous. You're here all damn day, we checked in at 4 am and didn't get out until 4 pm with an 8 am appt. The worker unloading us took a break after every pallet!

Very bad and horrible service. Came few weeks ago waited for 35 minutes for 2 cases of lamb. Today I reached at 10:13 am. Will Call window says will be back soon, a lady came after 20 minutes and said wait outside. Now I am still waiting and it's 11:05 am.
So I am here for about an hour and dont k ow how long. I will call all Chefs of our 5 lications and advise them to look for other vendor.

this place sucks to the max! 10 hours and still not empty

As far as sysco goes this one is at the bottom .over priced lumpers they hold your license at the grd shack not good .your giving your address to people you don't know, think about it?

As far as the unloading and the people inside, it wasn t bad, and the people inside were nice. Now about the female in the guard/check in shack...negative stars for her. I noticed she was fairly quick to help the male drivers, but would ignore all females for a good 20 minutes. You have to pay her the lumper fee and we had a mixup. Instead of her calling to authorize the check, she insisted that I do it (even though we all know, they have to do it). Well she flat out said I had to, so I did. Then she refused to take the check because she couldn t get an authorization number (which I wrote down for her). I called EFS and the lady I spoke to told me to tell the little tart to call the number and speak to any customer service rep for confirmation of the authorization number. The little tart told me that was too much work. Finally Chris from inside called me and apologized for the little tarts behavior (he said she was not one of their better employees and they would be dealing with her...another employee witnessed her treatment of me and another lady driver and reported it). Chris was also able to call the automated EFS line and get the same authorization number I was given, so I could finally leave. That whole lumper payment process took over an hour because of miss snotty britches.

I would literally give the place a 0 if I could. This place has always been bad and will never change and I dont have forever to write all the bad things wrong about this place. Oh and when you check in the location is at Stewart and Christy. They also dont accept cash for lumper.

These guys take slow to another level! They are really sloooooowwwww!!!!!! Expect to be here for at least 3 hours and as much as 7. If possible just avoid completely

I would give them (-10 stars). This is one of the worst places to make deliveries Guard shack employees And warehouse employees very slow and rude I am here for 4 and half hours and they just started to unload

Overnight parking on street, very limited. Check in is easy enough. Got a door right away. Typical grocery unloading times. Food truck on street In front of property. Not a horrible place to unload.

Don't be late big fines.

Even processing a check code takes forever. I don't know why they're so slow at this place. If you have control of the loads you take just avoid the place all together

Attention all shippers: Take your grocery shipping needs elsewhere. This facility is unclean, unprofessional, and doesn't respect your time, and time is money. By far the worst and slowest facility Ive ever delivered too. Lady at driver check-in is extremely rude. Witnessed her berate a driver for asking a simple question before she started on me. Workers are slow and lazy. Lastly, this is FREMONT, not SF you wannabe dummies.

I only have 5 pallets to deliver and have been here for over 5 hours.

They gave me a door right away but didn't even open the gate until after sitting at the door for 2 and a half hours.

The lumping service is extremely slow.. Sysco needs to do something about this place it's actually almost worse the Safeway Tracy

I rated this facility 1 only because there wasn't a negative option. Our
rep messed up every order I placed either by sending the wrong products or none at all. Never bothered to call and see if there was another option or let me know something would not be on the truck. He left me having to go shopping at the last minute for what he didn't ship. I never had such horrible service from Sysco in Sacramento and dealt with them for 13 years. This SF facility is terrible. I am not going to use them again, Cotati Foods will serve me better. The only way they could be worse is if they didn't show up at all.

All these cross country drivers just complain it's a great company to work for. Great pay, great benefits, and all the management I've met so far are nice.

Things are very confusing. Takes awile to get papers, lot is difficult to maneuver. Docks are easy to back into

Driver check in on Christy street. Very long walk if you park on any other street. You have to get there the day before your appt. to have a decent parking spot,long wait for a dock door.

We've been here for 4 hours and is still here I'll say that kind of sucked there's been trucks that have been here longer than us and I'm hungry there vending machine does not work just saying

If you late 30min -$50; 60min-$100; 90min-$150; 120min-$200; 150min-$250; 180min-$300. Bad place.

Fired for having personality conflicts with upper management! I will need to pay GOD $10,000. dollars for Amazon to take over this company and send the vindictive employees out of state!

This place is the worst. All day for twelve pallets 4 hrs just to take out the first pallet

Check in is at the corner of Stewart and Christie. You can pull in if there s not too many truck already pulled in. Pay Lumpers on your way out at the guard shack. You have to use their check#,ask for one if they don t give you one.

4 hours to offload it 2 hours waiting on paperwork these people go on my list never to come here again

The check in dude was 50 minutes late because he wanted some coffee. Nice. I ll be doing 10 hours at the door and I ain t pulling out, because they stole my time. If possible, do not come here

Very slow. Acted like they did me a favor by only taking 8.5 hours to unload me.

Delivering here for the first time, appt is at 7 am, I got here at 6:30, it is 2 pm and I still havn t been unloaded.

Full trailer unload appointment at 4:30am and was ready to go by 7:30am. Check in was fairly quick, and the whole process was not as bad as I thought it would be. It was okay, at least this time for me.

What a mess. These people need to go to Costco and take lessons in how to run their business. Hpours and hours wasted. And the bathroom..... One stall for all those truckers. Filthy and no soap.

This place is the slowest sysco in the country..and ive been to almost all of them...the only good thing about this place is that they have a bathroom to use. Because you are going to need it.

Very very very SLOW. for 4 pallets 5 hours?? What is wrong with you people?? Does bearnie sanders work here or something? My goodness what a joke people. Why in the world does it take so long to count some cases?? Cmon STEP IT UP or get another job if you can't handle it.
