Well maintained IT park. Well connected with the public transportation lots of eater's near by. Beautiful roads. Shortly metro rail service will be available. Park is located very close to express highway which connects to the other parts of the Bangalore city. Hosur city is also quite near to the park, which attracts lots of people from near by city as well.

Tech park is awesome... N greenary.. it's like resort. But Ur mood always depends on Ur line manager...

This is the review about Velankani Tech Park. It has having no relation about Velankani Companies.This Tech park has been properly designed and also maintained by Velankani development authority.The most important thing about it is that it is a zero wastage campus. So the surrounding greenery creates a healthy atmosphere for work.

Good and small IT park with restaurants and bus stop near to this place.

One of the best tech Parks in Bangalore. More close to nature, Unlike other concrete jungle type tech parks.
