Rested on the weekend together, we all enjoyed it. The breakfast is excellent, the pastries are very tasty. Wonderful spa, especially during the day when there is no one. I recommend masseur Tyson. Conveniently, you can immediately go to the casino. We liked the service, but saw a lot of complaints at the reception, mostly about room service and the restaurant. We ourselves had lunch in an Italian restaurant at the hotel, very much.

We stayed at the Marriott Krasnaya Polyana hotel from 07/08/20 to 07/12/2020.
I want to start with the fact that we warned in advance that we were coming for a honeymoon and very much asked to consider an upgrade. They promised us, but as a result we were settled on the 7th floor in a dark room, where the balcony was not with a panoramic view of the mountains and the river, but with a huge concrete wall, having climbed up which one could already see a beautiful view. We politely asked to change our room while we went to lunch. But the reception works so slowly that after returning back, I still had to wait a long time for check-in. As a result, the number was given to us only around 8 pm !!! Because of this, we did not get to the planned evening with friends.
The next day, returning to the room at 18 o'clock, they found that it had not yet been cleaned. The reception desk explained that the rooms are cleaned up to 20:00. How many lived in different hotels around the world, but never encountered such a thing!
07/10/20 in the morning we found out that after cleaning out of the ROOM the Apple AirPods HEADPHONES LOST !!! We tried to contact the concierge and hotel staff for a very long time, but no action was taken! Moreover, then the hotel even began to deny that on 09.10.20 our room was cleaned! We were apologized and that's it!
Also, during our stay at the hotel, things were handed over to the laundry, after which the Van Laack branded corners for the collar disappeared from one of the shirts. They called and asked to return, waited for 3 days!
Already before leaving, they reminded us again, but they told us that they had not found ours and they could offer to give something from the hotel's reserves, it would suddenly fit. As a result, they brought the corners exactly the same as we had (brand name, size completely coincide).

Very disappointed with the hotel and such an attitude towards guests !!! They did not expect such a service from a large world network! We really hope that all the same headphones will be found, as well as the corners of the shirt. Or the hotel will refund the cost of the headphones!

Generally that hotel deserves 5 stars. All services are working well... Even all zones of spa...
