A good 5 star hotel, ... in Kendari besides the same hotel and claro

The room looks so dull, linen sheet and blanket got a lot of brown marks. For 4 star hotel, it should be a lot more cleaner and well maintained

For the first time staying at the Kendari West Swiss swissbell it was blocked and WiFi could not be connected. Hopefully the facilities can be improved

Book a hotel in a travel agency with a non smoking room ... when checking in a non smoking room full and given a smoking room with ozone first ... I asked the reason why I can't get a non smoking room even though I ordered non smoking room, the answer is because it depends on who checks in first and depends on the availability of the room, if there is no non smoking room then a smoking room is given, I ask again whether it has been notified to the travel agency. In answer the point is not told first, it should have been reported to the travel agency first and did not need to accept booking ... even though the room was in ozone but the smell of cigarettes was still felt, the hotel promised to replace the non smoking room for the next day ... then how are you when I have to accept my rights as a consumer to get a non smoking room at check in ??? It's been 2 times like this in a hotel with the same name but in the terrain area ...

Went to the swimming pool, it was nice. The pool view turns out to be nicer at dawn.
