An unpleasant experience staying at Swiss Belhotel Kendari because:
1. Confirmed for pickup at the airport was not there because the car broke down. Even then, I found out after I arrived at the airport and repeatedly called to the hotel.
2. Food is not good, order cream mushrom soup and tomyam but the taste and appearance is strange. Only fried rice is ok
3. Rooms that smell musty and cigarettes fortunately a few hours later a non-smooking room was replaced

An international standard hotel ... the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean ... office activities are also frequent ... the problem is pretty decent ... Which is not according to me this is a very small parking lot ... Staying for the new year this year can't get a parking lot so have to park alongside the road rather far to walk back to the hotel
