Room was very clean, unfortunately the "free Wi-Fi" was absolutely terrible. The hot tub was also broken, and appeared to have been broken for a while. Room service was great and staff is friendly.

Felix is the best front desk employee ever. The room was amazing and the made-to-order breakfast even more amazing.

This was a great place to stay (we only stayed overnight). Breakfast was wonderful, not too expensive. Free toiletries in the bathroom for ladies :) They give you 2 waters for free, but one of the ladies at the front desk did not look like she wanted to give us any at all and even made a comment, I can't remember her name. Other than that, everyone was wonderful including the servers during breakfast.

Great stay, park, and cruise package. Wonderful breakfast. The staff were friendly, attentive, and overall a great visit.

Very nice hotel with good customer service. The hotel is next to a park and it is a perfect spot to run or ride a bike.

I'm staying at this particular Hilton for a business visit. It is extremely close to my work place which I enjoyed.

Sad location... but great breakfast, and the small indoor pool is a popular hit for young children.

I went to the Hilton Garden Inn to work on the fire alarm. The place has 5 levels and more than 500 rooms, I found that the customer service workers do a good job. Even a person like me who was not staying there and only went because my job requires it. They treated me with cortex, patience, and attention.

Very nice hotel staff was very nice as well Indoor pool was kids favorite.would definitely re visit soon

Hotel chain with an excellent value for money to be in the outskirts of the city. I always use it as an option to travel to New York, as I rent a car and prefer a place to expand, with good facilities and services, at a reasonable price, to the hotel offer of dubious quality in downtown New York.

Very clean, well maintained hotel that was recently refurbished.

It is very close to Samsung Electronics America Corporation. Interior facilities are clean, and parking lot is large, too. Breakfast is served with simple bread and drinks, and you can order eggplants or omelets.
However, it is adjacent to a large road, and there is a little car noise at night.

Nice hotel w typically good Hilton service. The only reason I can't give it a higher rating is because of the traffic noise from the highway. DONT BOOK A ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR. Its the same elevation as the highway.

The staffs were very accommodating. This is a great place to have an event.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Location is good for running as there is a park just down the road with bike trails.

Room was nice. Love the Sleep Number bed. Fitness room is a little small. Not much within walking distance.

Dirty room. Advised front desk of bugs in room and asked for broom to knock them (millipedes) off the ceiling. Front desk reply (laughing), " you have bugs in your room?"
Cruise-N-Park was a disaster. Waited 2 hours, with children, for what we were advised would be a 20 minute pick up from NY City Pier 88.
Will not recommend and am eagerly awaiting a phone call from managment.

The best hotel in Ridgefield Park. Totally renovated and the service is first class. Excellent rooms

Great hotel with easy access to the city. Regular bus service to Port Authority which is less than 30 min. Price great and the service was top!!
A special award to Felix and Richard at the front desk, and Gloriman in the restaurant. So positive and work to make all the guests happy. Thank you, we will stay there again.

The room was clean, Felix at the front desk was friendly and conversational. The meeting rooms were large and well equipped. The 3rd floor was a bit warm though.

Poor service level on reception. Breakfast staff and bar staff very friendly, but breakfast itself is poor. Rooms are good size, we'll equipped and clean

This hotel is, quite frankly, in the middle of nowhere. If you stay here and don t have a car you re stuck. I m checking out this morning and only now realized there is a van that will take you around town. They should advertise this service better.

If you re looking for a good exercise equipment you might want to call ahead and make sure their equipment is working. They have for cardio units and only two were working. The space is cramped as well.

I wouldn t stay here again.

Hotel is very quaint and comfortable. Felix the manger is a great guy. He took care of all our needs. Restaurant crew is awesome they made me a special Burger that was super delicious.

I Spoke to the sales Rep at this location, he never sent me the email for the prices. I told him that I wanted to stay on hold to wait for the email but he just close the phone on me. I always stay at this Hilton hotel but I guess that won t be happing from now on. I spoke to this person two times and both of the times the person didn t showed a friendly attitude or helpful.

The staff is friendly. Felix the manager helped stop my baby from crying. Very nice. The room is clean and the service great.

I loved the lobby and the fresh cookies they had there. Customer service was great as well. My only complaint would be that the pillows werent all that great.

Beautiful clean rooms, although there were some questionable behaviors going on in the pool.

Nice Inn, I wasn't to crazy about the carpet designs. Take a look. The carpet could be dirty, but from the design you can't tell.

The rooms are good, has good modern furniture and a smart tv. The breakfast is good, the gym is O.K for a hotel, and the pool is currently under construction (for July 2018) so I can't rate it.

Always can drink coffee and cold water at lobbu area.
Staffs are very friendly and professional.

Room was clean and microwave, small refrigerator and kugur coffee maker.
Bathroom also clean and no bad small.
Bed and pillow also comfortable too.

Breakfast restaurant was not prepared for customers. Even chief wasn't there on sunday. No eggs or omelette..

The rooms were clean and comfortable to stay in. Staff member phelix was wonderful he started conversation and told us places that he knew we would like based off are personality and style. Staff was all kind and respectful. Very pleased with my stay.

Comfortable. Unfortunately, you need a car to get anywhere. The food is mediocre at best. Not my favorite hgi experience.

Place was under construction when I was there but the people were really friendly and I had no issues with the room. Very clean and quiet.

I went with my friend over here for her birthday and the service is great! The hot tub and he pool is on point. Rooms are clean. Also the breakfast is delicious! Keep up the good work!

The room and service we're great and the hotel is only a bus ride away from New York City.

I want to Thankyou to KIM and CHANG at the front desk as they did everything so easy for us when we arrived at Hotel on Oct 7th. Rooms were not completely ready but gave us 2 other rooms with no problem. Also setting up transfers for our cruise the next day and breakfast in the morning. Thankyou again

Convenient to the city. Clean rooms but be prepared for traffic noise due to the highways around the hotel.

Friendly staff and a beautiful hotel with a large conference room.

Was there for a certification training, nice conference room with proyector, nice temperature, easy access to clean bathrooms, dining area was comfortable and they served delicious lemon chicken with pasta, vegetables, fresh baked cookies.

Only some staff friendly. I went in a group so breakfast variety was bad. Tasted terrible. Found a previous renters hat in room. Other than that, clean room, sheets and towels.

Great location but poor service diminished the event I attended. I expect more from a Hilton property.

Tried to iron a fresh shirt for work in the morning only to have it stained with rust from a dirty iron. Called front desk to get a clean iron for last remaining clean shirt only to be told "No, we don't have any." Had to meet my customers at 6am. Thanks Hilton for your help.

We booked the cruise and ride (transportation to the boat port). We waited in the lobby over an hour for the shuttle there and were told to call the hotel when we got back for a ride back. The hotel reception had no idea what phone number to call and were less then helpful in figuring it out when we got back. We waited in the cold for over an hour for a ride back.

The restaurant at the hotel was aweful with one guy running the bar and was the server. Too much for one guy to do. He was a nice guy but was too busy to really attend to everyone.

Complimentary breakfast was cold and not enjoyable at all.

The hot tub and pool was nice but thats about all we enjoyed of our stay.

Good hotel, free parking and easy access to Midtown via NJ Transit 157 167Q routes. The staff was exceptionally friendly. However looses a star for highway noise and uncomfortable bed that says in the middle.

I've stayed here many times for work and every time, I had a great experience. Unfortunately this time the receptionist was less than accommodating. I had a red eye flight and guaranteed late check in but I was there for a meeting that would last until 1pm. I requested a late checkout and being a diamond member have never had an issue. I was requesting a 1:30pm checkout just so I could come right back after my meeting to change and head back to the airport. The meeting was literally across the street and the lady at the front desk was adamant about me being out no later than 1pm. She was new though I think, the usual employees there are usually extremely nice and accommodating.

Amazing experience at this hotel.I ve been to this hotel many many times and they have a great app.You can Check In and now you can go to your room with just your Phone.
